Прекрасный отель, очень уютные номера, хоть и небольшие. Великолепный душ, все растает в номере отлично. Халат и тапочки необходимо просить отдельно, но в Испании такая практика почти везде. Не ресепшен есть приветственное шампанское и вкусняшки. Вкусный мармелад! Могу сказать, что отель отличный, мы провели там всего день, но нам все очень понравилось. Комфортные кровати с мягким матрасом, супер удобные подушки. Завтрак заслуживает отдельного внимания — в нем есть абсолютно все. Расположение отеля отличное. В общем, все прекрасно 🫶

El Hotel es grande las habitaciones están limpias. El establecimiento del Wi-Fi tiene cierta dificultad. Pero el balance es adecuado y suficiente sacando buena nota en la relación calidad/ precio.

Mercure Bilbao dispone de un parking que cuesta 20 euros. El hotel es tranquilo y no está demasiado lejos para ir caminando al casco antiguo o al Museo Guggenheim. El desayuno está disponible, y si el desayuno no está incluido, puede desayunar en la amplia zona de bar junto a la recepción. La dirección de Ctrip Navigation está en la entrada del estacionamiento del hotel, y la recepción está subiendo las escaleras. La ciudad tiene pendientes, un poco como Chongqing.

I have a great stay! The location is fantastic — just a few steps from the Guggenheim Museum, which made exploring the city super convenient. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for. However, there's one detail that could be clearer: the hotel advertises ”private parking,” but in reality, it's a public city parking lot located about 450 meters away. It costs €20 per day, and there is no parking directly at the hotel. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to know in advance.

A True Gem That Feels Like a 4-Star Hotel! My stay at the Sercotel Arenal Bilbao was flawless. The hotel is absolutely spotless, with lovely decor and beautiful views from the room. The entire hotel, from the elegant lobby to my room, was spotless. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work, ensuring a pristine and hygienic environment that immediately made me feel at ease. The reception staff provided excellent, warm service. The breakfast was perfect—not too big, not too small, but just the right selection for an amazing start to the day. The management is clearly doing a fantastic job. With this level of quality and attention to detail, this hotel truly operates like a four-star property. I can't wait to return.

Cuando la reserva se hizo especial para encontrar un hotel relativamente nuevo. Abajo está el metro. Los compatriotas masculinos están en tres estaciones de metro para ver la pelota en el parque de San Marmelo. La carretera está en el otro lado del Palacio Británico, y se llevan 10 minutos a la antigua ciudad. El hotel no tiene un estacionamiento, el estacionamiento público tiene más de 10 minutos. Hay muchos cafés alrededor del restaurante, y la comida es muy conveniente.

Excelente hotel de 4 estrellas en una ubicación perfecta, a 12 minutos a pie de la estación de tren y la estación de autobuses intermodales. Habitación grande, camas cómodas, todas las comodidades como TV, aire acondicionado, hervidor de agua, nevera y caja fuerte. Bañera y bidé en el baño. Se ve un poco anticuado, pero está bien. El único problema fue la llave de la habitación, una tarjeta de plástico con banda magnética, que se desmagnetizó varias veces en mi bolsillo con la funda de los auriculares. El hotel tiene varios bares/restaurantes, incluyendo uno en el jardín interior. Y salas de reuniones para conferencias.

Está justo enfrente del estadio de San Mamés, por lo que es la primera opción para ver fútbol. El personal de recepción también es muy acogedor. Aunque la habitación no es grande, está limpia y tiene buena iluminación. Hay varios restaurantes en la planta baja, lo cual es muy conveniente para comer. Hay una gran tienda de comestibles en la calle de al lado, lo cual es muy conveniente para ir de compras. Temprano en la mañana, fui a la recepción del aeropuerto para ayudar a llamar un taxi. Buena experiencia.

Loved my stay at Hotel Arriaga! The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of everything and super easy to walk everywhere. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was super comfy. The staff were really lovely and gave us some great tips for local pintxo bars. The vibe is relaxed and unpretentious, which we appreciated. Small note for light sleepers: ask for a room away from the street, as it can get a bit lively at night (but that's part of the charm of being in a great location!). The WiFi was also a bit spotty at times. Overall, fantastic value for money. Would definitely stay here again for a casual city break! Perfect for: Travelers who want a central spot without the fancy price tag.
