Прекрасный отель, очень уютные номера, хоть и небольшие. Великолепный душ, все растает в номере отлично. Халат и тапочки необходимо просить отдельно, но в Испании такая практика почти везде. Не ресепшен есть приветственное шампанское и вкусняшки. Вкусный мармелад! Могу сказать, что отель отличный, мы провели там всего день, но нам все очень понравилось. Комфортные кровати с мягким матрасом, супер удобные подушки. Завтрак заслуживает отдельного внимания — в нем есть абсолютно все. Расположение отеля отличное. В общем, все прекрасно 🫶

No está mal, me gusta la habitación del segundo piso, que es más cómoda. El desayuno es bueno, y lo que más me gusta es el zumo de naranja recién exprimido, que está lleno de vitamina C.

Mercure Bilbao dispone de un parking que cuesta 20 euros. El hotel es tranquilo y no está demasiado lejos para ir caminando al casco antiguo o al Museo Guggenheim. El desayuno está disponible, y si el desayuno no está incluido, puede desayunar en la amplia zona de bar junto a la recepción. La dirección de Ctrip Navigation está en la entrada del estacionamiento del hotel, y la recepción está subiendo las escaleras. La ciudad tiene pendientes, un poco como Chongqing.

La estancia fue agradable en general. Las habitaciones son bastante sencillas y el aislamiento acústico podría mejorar, ya que se escucha con claridad lo que ocurre en las habitaciones contiguas. Una de las noches, por ejemplo, llegamos a oír claramente la conversación del señor de la habitación de al lado. En cuanto a la habitación, no destaca especialmente por nada en particular. Algo que llama la atención al entrar es el olor, que es bastante perceptible al principio, aunque uno termina acostumbrándose. Sospecho que proviene de las cortinas. El hotel está bien ubicado, en una zona muy tranquila. Eso sí, si planeas moverte a pie, ten en cuenta que el regreso puede ser algo exigente por las cuestas. La gran ventaja de su localización es el fácil acceso desde cualquier punto sin necesidad de atravesar el centro de la ciudad, ya que está muy bien conectado con autopistas y carreteras principales. El desayuno merece una mención especial: muy completo, con gran variedad y productos de calidad.

I have a great stay! The location is fantastic — just a few steps from the Guggenheim Museum, which made exploring the city super convenient. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for. However, there's one detail that could be clearer: the hotel advertises ”private parking,” but in reality, it's a public city parking lot located about 450 meters away. It costs €20 per day, and there is no parking directly at the hotel. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to know in advance.

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

A True Gem That Feels Like a 4-Star Hotel! My stay at the Sercotel Arenal Bilbao was flawless. The hotel is absolutely spotless, with lovely decor and beautiful views from the room. The entire hotel, from the elegant lobby to my room, was spotless. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work, ensuring a pristine and hygienic environment that immediately made me feel at ease. The reception staff provided excellent, warm service. The breakfast was perfect—not too big, not too small, but just the right selection for an amazing start to the day. The management is clearly doing a fantastic job. With this level of quality and attention to detail, this hotel truly operates like a four-star property. I can't wait to return.

Los baños son excelentes. La habitación es relativamente sencilla, pero en general limpia. La cama es muy cómoda, con algo de firmeza y suavidad. El servicio de recepción es regular. Para empezar, ya había pagado la habitación por adelantado, pero en recepción insistieron en que no la habían recibido y no estaban dispuestos a revisarla con atención. Más tarde, el agente de Ctrip se puso en contacto conmigo y el problema se solucionó. Además, era evidente que tenía una cama individual, pero me dieron una cama king size sin posibilidad de negociación. Más tarde, me prepararon un sofá cama.

Loved my stay at Hotel Arriaga! The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of everything and super easy to walk everywhere. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was super comfy. The staff were really lovely and gave us some great tips for local pintxo bars. The vibe is relaxed and unpretentious, which we appreciated. Small note for light sleepers: ask for a room away from the street, as it can get a bit lively at night (but that's part of the charm of being in a great location!). The WiFi was also a bit spotty at times. Overall, fantastic value for money. Would definitely stay here again for a casual city break! Perfect for: Travelers who want a central spot without the fancy price tag.
