Cosmov Bilbao Hotel

My stay at Bypillow Amari was very pleasant and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I was greeted warmly by the staff every time I entered or left the hotel, which made me feel very welcomed. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. I arrived early and my room wasn’t ready yet, but the staff kindly stored my luggage for me while I went out to explore the city. Even after checking out, they were happy to keep my bags while I spent a few more hours sightseeing before heading to my next destination. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The excellent hospitality and helpful staff really made my experience at Bypillow Amari a memorable one. I would happily stay here again!

The location was good, and room was adequate. Strong smell of air freshener when I came into the room, so I needed to open all the windows to vent the space. The walls were pretty thin so people caughing and phones ringing bothered me a bit. Room was clean and the service at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

I have a great stay! The location is fantastic — just a few steps from the Guggenheim Museum, which made exploring the city super convenient. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for. However, there's one detail that could be clearer: the hotel advertises "private parking," but in reality, it's a public city parking lot located about 450 meters away. It costs €20 per day, and there is no parking directly at the hotel. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to know in advance.
