Not bad, but the room had a damp musty odor that wasn’t pleasant. It was clean overall. Good breakfast the next morning. We enjoyed our stay in my wife’s hometown of Dongtai.

The Hotel seems located in an area which you can find several funny locations surrounding such as night bars, music, billiards and many local small restaurants. The hotel rooms are small but I believe it was clean and safe. each room has enough space for 1 to 2 person. The internet was working properly. A small TV, and private bathroom. It also has a small window for the rooms in from of street exactly beside the bed which make it convenient to open and close while you are at rest. With this budget I like the location and cleanness. I strongly advice try it if you are near this hotel location. The fees are less than a hundred. Finally, I thanks the hotel manager for hospitality.

The rooms are clean, and very comfortable, designed for complete relaxation, with large windows that bring nature into the space. A major highlight is the thermal water, perfect for unwinding and recharging, adding an extra layer of wellness to the overall experience. That said, it’s worth noting that the spa and massage services were not available during this period, which may be a drawback for guests specifically seeking those facilities. Overall, Yihe Lakeside Homestay remains an excellent choice for travelers looking for beautiful scenery, a calm retreat, and a truly photogenic stay, where time seems to slow down.

This wasn’t my first time staying in Mingcheng Jinjiang hotel but I must say this time they reminded me how great they are.. I contacted them in advance asking them if they will provide temporary residence registration form. They were super professional especially Sandy Li, who made sure the form was ready. Check-in was smooth and quick, car parking was super convenient. Hotel room was clean and spacious. I asked for a bottle of water, they sent 3 bottles. They were amazing throughout my stay there. It’s a pity I missed breakfast both days as I woke up late hahaha.. but overall an amazing experience.. will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yancheng.
