住過很多酒店，也見過很多要好評的酒店，這家是為數不多因為住得好，想自己寫好評的酒店。還沒有入住的時候就會有人來聯繫，問這次入住的人數，我們本來定的雙床，因為我們帶娃和姥姥一起入住，給我們升級的家庭房，真的是驚喜，入住的體驗非常好，進房間以後已經把拖鞋和牙具都準備了3+1，都不需要我們自己打電話要，另外因為娃容易過敏，也提前把床品深度清潔好，寵物直接放在了前台旁邊的地方寄養，等我們過去看的時候，已經幫忙給我們準備了給狗喝的水。因為這次回上海路上超級堵，選擇的這家酒店，也是這次最大的驚喜了，以後有機會還來！

When I realized I had left an item behind, I called the hotel, and 小徐 (Xiao Xu) at the front desk confirmed within seconds that it had been safely kept. She even arranged for it to be delivered to me the very next day—such outstanding service! Thanks to this wonderful experience, I will definitely choose Mercure hotels again in the future. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my stay so delightful!

The rooms are clean, and very comfortable, designed for complete relaxation, with large windows that bring nature into the space. A major highlight is the thermal water, perfect for unwinding and recharging, adding an extra layer of wellness to the overall experience. That said, it’s worth noting that the spa and massage services were not available during this period, which may be a drawback for guests specifically seeking those facilities. Overall, Yihe Lakeside Homestay remains an excellent choice for travelers looking for beautiful scenery, a calm retreat, and a truly photogenic stay, where time seems to slow down.

Not bad, but the room had a damp musty odor that wasn’t pleasant. It was clean overall. Good breakfast the next morning. We enjoyed our stay in my wife’s hometown of Dongtai.
