TTravelfreeGood hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great.
However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty.
The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building.
The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty)
Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.

1. Una actitud profesional y eficaz en materia de servicios
La hermana Anna Zhang, la recepcionista, tiene una alta cualificación profesional. No sólo conoce los procesos de servicio del hotel, sino también puede abordar rápidamente y con precisión las necesidades de los huéspedes. Tanto el procesamiento de los estancias como el almacenamiento y la recepción de los equipajes pueden terminar en un plazo muy breve, y siempre sonríe en el proceso, lo que hace sentirse respetado y valorado. Este servicio eficiente y no educado me hace sentir mucho más impresionado por el hotel en general.
2. Cuidar de la humanidad entusiasta y cuidadosa
Además de los servicios profesionales y eficientes, Anna me ha dado un sentimiento de entusiasmo y delicadeza. Siempre está interesada en preguntar por mis necesidades de vivienda, en mi experiencia de estancia, e incluso en enviar una verdadera bendición cuando me voy. Esa preocupación humanitaria que supera las responsabilidades me hace sentir el calor de su casa. Cada vez que ella se saluda y se preocupa, me hace sentir sincera y sin lugar a ninguna condición material.

Durante mi alojamiento, tuve problemas pequeños, como pequeños fallos en las instalaciones de la habitación, etc. Pero cada vez que encontré la recepción, siempre respondió rápidamente y trató de resolverlos. Su responsabilidad y su profesionalidad me sentí profundamente tranquila y me hizo más confiar en el hotel. Tthe_wanderlust_jellyWas told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance.
However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated.
Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea.
Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

UUsuario invitadoThis is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices.
First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town.
Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels.
Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing.
I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices.

UUsuario invitadoUna vista agradable no muy lejos de donde para el autobús del aeropuerto. A 12 minutos a pie de la estación principal de trenes, si le gustan las escaleras empinadas en el paso subterráneo. Conveniente paseo hasta el sitio de la mezquita Dogguan, los restaurantes locales y el centro comercial City Mall.
El grandioso vestíbulo (donde se registra) está en el piso 21. Muchas instalaciones en diferentes pisos, pero la mayoría parecían cerradas y no disponibles.
El pasillo y la habitación estaban en excelentes condiciones. Bonita distribución de las habitaciones y vistas a la ciudad. Sin embargo, la luz de la ducha no se apagaba por la noche. El escritorio de estudio estaba un poco tambaleante.
El restaurante de especialidades musulmanas tiene un menú de alta gama, pero creo que los sofás no son adecuados para cenar. El desayuno buffet vegetariano gratuito del hotel era muy sabroso.

UUsuario invitadoThe location is wonderful if you need the train, as it is literally just outside the train station, less than 10 minutes' walking from your train.
We needed the day room to rest between the morning and evening trains, and it works well for us. However, there are some issues we did not like. 1. We booked and paid through Trip, but at the receipton (we checked in early, which was great!) the receiptionst requested 100 rmb, which he said was a deposit that must be paid on the spot, and will be refunded in the morning. This was suspicious to us because nothing of this sort was stated on Trip, and no other bookings in China we made through Trip ever required any deposits, even less so in cash. When I showed him the original booking and payment, and insisted that we are only taking the room for the day, he stopped insisting on the ”deposit.”
2. The room used to be very nice, indeed, and preserves some of that niceness still: the bed is wonderful, with crispy linen, multiple different pillows, and very clean. the bathroom is nicely decorated and contained basic amenities, and the storage space is wonderful and spacious. However, like in some other Chinese hotels we stayed, the indicators of maintenance are the shower and the carpeting. In this room, the bed is super clean, but the bathroom and carpeting are either poorly cleaned, or not at all. We found hair and even a wrapping in the shower, while the carpeting in the room, elevator, and corridors was not cleaned in a long time. And yet, there are some such nice touches in this room, like the living creeper placed in a small vase in the bathroom, or the very nice wardrobe. The room is currently missing a fridge (although there is space for it), and it has not AC, although the corridors are cooled well. Instead, there is a fan, which in the afternoon heat barely helped.
