酒店工作人員下午就插卡把房間加濕器打開了，我們到酒店後幫忙提行李送到房間，詳細講解了加濕器和供氧機的用法，給孩子拿了小童牙刷拖鞋還有小禮物。去的那天有零星小雨，工作人員還幫忙開車到地庫，退房時又幫我們開上來。早餐廳的工作人員同樣熱情，每位進餐廳的客人都熱情招呼，介紹餐廳食品，還幫忙拿餐。在這家店，真正做到了賓至如歸的感覺。 酒店設施很齊全，乾濕分離衞生間，房間有凈水器，凈水器的水直供加濕器，真的很細心，不像別的酒店是自來水加濕器，各方面都超預期。房間很安靜，有洗衣房，全店蒂芙尼藍色調，特別温馨，下次有機會去格爾木一定還住這裏。

Excelente hotel y servicio al cliente. Llegamos temprano por la mañana y nos dieron la habitación prácticamente enseguida. La chica de recepción hizo un trabajo estupendo y nos llevó a la estación, además de ofrecernos té local gratis. También hay un excelente restaurante halal al lado. ¡Excelente opción para Golmud! ¡Lo recomiendo muchísimo! Además, gracias a su ayuda, tuvimos energía para ir al lago Qarkan. ¡Gracias!

A comfortable, modern stay. The room was clean with good amenities, and the smart room features were a nice touch, giving the stay a more high-tech, convenient feel. Useful base for the Golmud reroute.

La habitación es muy limpia ～ ¡Hay ventiladores eléctricos en el hotel de la ciudad, en general, no hay ventiladores con aire acondicionado, pero esta casa es, me siento muy intimidad! Hay una sensación de verde frente a mi ventana que cura ❤️🩹 Y el servicio del jefe que es muy entusiasta, todas las cajas de la recepción me han ayudado. El salón especial está lleno de jefes que me han abierto a probar. Finalmente, cuando me fui, compré un negro salvaje (la mayoría de los que compré por correo gratis a casa) y ahorré mucho dinero para mi viaje. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver a mi casa, viviré en su casa... deseo al jefe saludable.

Loved this place so much! True it is a bit far from the city center, around 4 hour drive but you can stop to the famous chaerhan salt lake on the way. I was torn between the many options they had. Decided finally on the white chalets overlooking the Yadan park😍 absolutely worth it! Best decision.. The slide and swimming pool were closed. Maybe because of the cold season. No idea Dear guests if you are considering this stay keep in mind that there isn’t any didi to take you back nor will the hotel arrange one for you. So make sure you arrange your transportation right. The hotel offers shuttle car to move around the hotel but they reply a bit late.. keep that in mind too. And i wished they had their wechat contact on here because it was hard to reach the hotel via email before arriving. Got no response..

Hilton Golmud was a comfortable and welcome stop during our long journey through Qinghai. As a halfway point between destinations, it provided a much-needed opportunity to rest and recharge. The hotel feels more like a business hotel, with comfortable rooms and all the essentials for a pleasant stay. One thing worth noting is that if you plan to dine at the Chinese restaurant, it is best to make a reservation in advance. We walked in without a reservation and found that many dishes were no longer available. However, the restaurant team was very accommodating and kindly prepared several dishes using the ingredients they still had on hand. We were grateful for their effort and hospitality. Overall, a reliable and comfortable choice for travelers passing through Golmud.

房間很大很剛乾凈，住的很舒心，老闆人特別好，有任何需要都第一時間及時幫我們解決，提供建議，而且相比本地住宿環境，性價比超高！推薦大家選擇

das Hotel ist fussläufig zum Bahnhof und gut zu finden. Das Zimmer war sonnig hell mit Blick auf die Berge. Leider kein englisch sprechendes Personal, aber sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung funktional und in Ordnung.
