"Please take a good look at this hotel. It's a very cheap, run-down hotel with some basic, cheap furnishings to make it look nice. I honestly don't know which department rated it or how much they paid. You can't even find this hotel on Gaode Maps; it only shows a hotel with the same name called "Esports Hotel." I stay in hotels at least 50 times a year in cities big and small, and honestly, this is worse than a budget hotel like Home Inn. First of all, the front desk staff were terrible. They didn't know anything when I asked. I asked for a humidifier, and they said they'd register it and bring it to me—but where did they send it? The room was awful. The materials used were the cheapest, the floor was filthy, and the slippers were just scraps of paper. Even the tissues were the lowest quality. The bedding and towels were tattered. The night before last, I asked for a takeaway breakfast. I understand that takeaway breakfasts are simple. I could even understand if they just gave me two eggs. But what's the point of giving me a stale, rancid egg tart in a plastic bag? Even giving food to the homeless wouldn't be like this. I originally booked two days, but it was too late when I arrived that night, so I cancelled one day. The next day, I went to the All Seasons restaurant next door, which was cheaper."

Sin embargo, mi familia y yo nunca nos arrepentimos de habernos alojado en este hotel, a pesar de que el conductor mencionó que estaba fuera de lugar y que tenía que tomar un camino más largo para llegar a Dunhuang. El cielo estaba despejado y pudimos ver las estrellas (¡muchísimas!), así como el amanecer y el atardecer. Una anécdota: ¡Jajaja! Somos una familia de cuatro. Solo la primera persona que se duchó tuvo agua caliente. El resto nos duchamos con agua fría. Había un letrero que decía que el agua caliente volvería 20 minutos después de que la primera persona se duchara, pero no llegó. Sin embargo, no es un gran problema y lo entendemos perfectamente, ¡porque estamos en medio del desierto! Tenemos suerte de tener agua para ducharnos. Nuestro conductor nos comentó que en esta zona no hay tuberías de agua, así que es una gran suerte que este hotel sí las tenga."

"This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment."

"Facilities: This is by far my favorite hotel room in Golmud. It's incredibly spacious, and the functional layout is brilliantly designed to accommodate both business work and personal relaxation. The floor-to-ceiling windows are a fantastic touch too; after working for a while, looking out at the view really opens up the space. The hotel restaurant is also elegantly designed with large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a fresh and refined ambiance. As for breakfast, the variety is quite extensive for the Haixi region of Qinghai! Service: The front desk staff are all incredibly warm and welcoming. They always greet me with a friendly hello and a check-in/check-out whenever I pass by, which makes for a wonderful experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay to try out the gym and other services! Cleanliness: The hotel rooms are spotless and well-maintained.
