Higiene: Muy bien, el baño limpio no tiene un olor, la cantidad de agua en el momento de la inyección es llena, el agua caliente es caliente, la temperatura del agua es estable.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed for one night on the 16th as a family of five and had a really great experience. At first, the hotel couldn’t reach us because our phone number isn’t registered in China, but once we got in touch, they sorted everything out quickly and had our check-in arranged in no time.
The staff were super responsive the whole time, whenever we needed anything, they were there right away. They also kindly let us check out later so my son could spend more time in the water, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect, the beach is right outside, and having a pool in the room makes it especially good for families. We also appreciated their help when we went to Crocodile Island, they suggested a walking route that avoided a lot of uphill walking. They kept us updated about the heavy rain as well and were very flexible in helping arrange transport to the pier.
Overall, everything was handled really well, even the small details. Would definitely recommend for families.

CCharms928El hotel tiene una estancia muy agradable. El personal es muy cortés y útil. El servicio fue absolutamente impresionante donde se sirvieron servicio de lavandería gratuito y té de la tarde diario con frutas y tortas frescas. El regalo de la puerta es especialmente pensado, que contiene una hermosa paraguas protectoras de UV, repelente de mosquitos y bloqueo solar.
La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y degustada. La habitación con aire acondicionado y agradables perfumes fue literalmente mi oasis durante este breve viaje de isla.
¡Recomenda absolutamente este hotel a cualquiera que planee visitar la isla!

UUsuario invitadoGet this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave.
Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play.
The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way.
The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned.
The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture)
If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe.
I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China.
However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too.
These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host!
I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

UUsuario invitadoThis was an excellent place to stay. It's a bit far from the city center, but with access to DiDi, that was quite alright. It's very close to the beach so it's perfect for travelers to Beihai who want to enjoy Silver Beach. I invited a friend to come check out the city and travel a bit, and the two bedroom space was perfect for us. Honestly, it's a travelers paradise. We had a few days by the pool to relax, and it was wonderful.
The boss was fantastic. Any questions I had, he always answered quickly and thoroughly. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The appliances were brand new and the house had cooking utensils, pots, and a few plates to use. Although, it's worth either going into town or ordering food, there is a convenience store and a couple of restaurants literally outside the complex. A handful of other people who sell tasty treats and fruit were also often outside, which made grabbing some treats fast and easy.
I recommend this place. This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip in Beihai.

UUsuario invitadoThe homestay is beautifully laid out and much thought has gone into the design. It’s very quiet and relaxing, and has lovely benches and swings outside surrounded by beautiful plants. The owner is very eager to please. You can walk about 10 minutes to get to the beach - the beach and the park next to it is beautiful and stretches for miles.
When I stayed in March/April, the weather was miserable and cold so I didn’t make use of the pool.
One thing to keep in mind, is that this is a homestay catering to Chinese people - that means breakfast is standard Chinese and the mattress on the bed is also Chinese-firm. Neither of the owners speak English, but you can add the lady on Wechat to communicate with her. Being a homestay means less crowds and more relaxing.
The owner was very kind to refund me one night when I decided to shorten my stay due to the crappy weather. I really appreciate that she was flexible and accommodating with this.

TTraveling Family from GermanyEl hotel tiene una estancia muy mixta, pero sólo reserva una noche, con la opción de ampliar, pero decidió no.
Mi esposa y yo vinimos en vuelo separado, mi mía retrasada más de 5 horas. Arrivé a las 2 de la tarde para ingresar. Primero me dijeron la recepción que estaba en el hotel equivocado. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. En primer lugar, no ingresar a un extranjero y registrarse es contra la ley. En segundo lugar, ¿por qué despertar a mi esposa dormida en esta hora tarda? Después de insistir en que se controlara el proceso se desarrolló rápida y suavemente, lo que me hace preguntar por qué las conversaciones primero?
La habitación era espaciosa y limpia.
En el desayuno buffet, nos saludaron las hordas de camareros que vio más de medio buffet vacío, a las 09:30, casi no hay opciones de comida occidental y no hay cortes fríos. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.
Ese es también mi último veredicto.
