Hoteles en Kelowna con aparcamiento

We had a great stay! The staff were so friendly and polite, and the hotel was very clean and tidy. The free breakfast was tasty, and the shuttle bus made everything super convenient — especially for visiting our son at UBCO. We stayed two nights and would definitely come back.

The hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

This is an ancient hotel but with very convenient location and plenty of parking lots. The room is clean and tidy with romantic dim lighting in the room area. Simple breakfast comes with boiled eggs [very limited quantity and you won't get one if even at 9am], cereal, breads, muffin, yogurt, milk and coffee. Surprised that there's sauna room and a small pool. Helpful and polite Front Desk staffs with efficient services.

La chica del frente era muy amable y útil. ¡Nos encantaba poder levantarnos por la mañana y tener grandes opciones para el desayuno! ¡Nos hemos quedado aquí antes, y definitivamente nos quedaremos aquí otra vez!

The hotel was great, we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, nice pillows and towels. The toiletries were a bit too small, so we asked for more and were provided right away. I absolutely loved the territory and the warm outdoors swimming pools and hot tubs, those are amazing!  The only thing is the restaurants on the property, even though the menu is quite good, the dishes didn’t taste great, we had two breakfasts and two dinners, and ordered different things every time, but still. Could be us, but just a note, you may want to eat elsewhere.

The stay was amazing. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. The kitchen was great for a home cooked meal. I would definitely cone back when I am in Kelowna again

Junto a Okanagan Hwy, las estaciones de servicio, Walmart, restaurantes y tiendas están convenientemente ubicados. Nos acomodamos por una noche y seguimos apurados al día siguiente, por lo que esta posición es más adecuada. 1. El hotel no dispone de zapatillas ni cepillos de dientes, por lo que deberá traer los suyos. 2. Hay una señora que habla chino en la recepción, muy agradable 3, es relativamente silencioso por la noche, el aislamiento acústico de la pared está bien, pero el aislamiento acústico de la puerta no es bueno 4. La habitación doble es bastante grande, 1,5 m / cama, no hay problema para 4 personas 5. Hotel económico con una decoración bien decorada. Sin embargo, está relativamente limpio. También hay un gimnasio, lavandería e instalaciones de entretenimiento. 6, desayuno americano sencillo, no hay problema de saciedad. # La relación calidad-precio está bien

Our stay was generally okay—clean room and expected service—but nothing particularly memorable. One issue stood out: we were asked to stop using the pool at around 9:30 AM because we were told it only opens at 10. We respected that, but just minutes later, another guest used the pool at 9:37 AM, followed by a family with two kids before 10 as well. It felt inconsistent and a bit unfair. A clear and consistently enforced policy would’ve avoided the confusion and frustration. This small incident left us with mixed feelings about the stay.
