Hoteles con gimnasio en Kelowna

We had a great stay! The staff were so friendly and polite, and the hotel was very clean and tidy. The free breakfast was tasty, and the shuttle bus made everything super convenient — especially for visiting our son at UBCO. We stayed two nights and would definitely come back.

The hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

Hoteles muy limpios y limpios. Conocemos las vacaciones de la calle de pie en la ocasión, no puedo abrir la puerta del hotel y no encontrar la entrada del estacionamiento. Recepción telefónica, muy cuidadosamente, encontrar a alguien para responder. ¡Un servicio muy bueno!

Clean Rooms, Swimming Pool and Hot Tub and Very friendly Staff and Great Food

La chica del frente era muy amable y útil. ¡Nos encantaba poder levantarnos por la mañana y tener grandes opciones para el desayuno! ¡Nos hemos quedado aquí antes, y definitivamente nos quedaremos aquí otra vez!

Es bueno, porque participan en las actividades, los amigos recomiendan que se hospeden en el hotel. El entorno general es bueno y el precio de reserva en Trip.com es mejor. También es muy bueno comunicarse con el personal del hotel.

The hotel was great, we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, nice pillows and towels. The toiletries were a bit too small, so we asked for more and were provided right away. I absolutely loved the territory and the warm outdoors swimming pools and hot tubs, those are amazing!  The only thing is the restaurants on the property, even though the menu is quite good, the dishes didn’t taste great, we had two breakfasts and two dinners, and ordered different things every time, but still. Could be us, but just a note, you may want to eat elsewhere.

El hotel es más nuevo, así que se siente fresco y limpio. Aunque intercambiaron las piñas, el segundo conjunto no fue mejor, así que los pulvérizo con alguna aromaterapia que me sucedió que tenía en mano. El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, el personal del frente puede ser más amigable y profesional, pero no un gran problema.

El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. La habitación era limpia y se esperaba un servicio, pero nada especialmente memorable. Respetámos que, pero poco después, otro huésped utilizó la piscina a las 9:37, seguida de una familia con dos niños antes de 10 también. Se sentía incoherente y un poco injusta. Una política clara y coherente habría evitado la confusión y la frustración. Este pequeño incidente nos dejó con sentimientos mixtos sobre el estancia.
