We have stayed at this hotel twice once in 2019 and then again this August. To be honest this has to be my favourite AccorHotel. The effort by the staff in making you feel welcome and special is nothing short of exceptional. Prior to arriving, I informed them of my wife and I celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary coming back to this hotel where we spent a 15 year anniversary and were greeted by balloons rose petals and even a platter in the room none of which was asked for this was simply done as a goodwill gesture on their behalf. The hotel is 15m on a tram from the centre of Paris and in an area that has huge parks with outdoor eating. Great area if you don’t mind the very short trip in the the centre. We ate out in the local area which was lovely and very French, no catering for tourist which was great as we always like to find authentic restaurants and we did! I want to thank all the staff at this hotel for again going above and beyond. You are a credit to your company (you all need a pay rise) and I cannot wait to return.

Reservamos 2 habitaciones (612 y 613) del 23 al 25 de mayo, todo estaba bien hasta que descubrimos cuando nos empacamos para salir al aeropuerto para capturar nuestro vuelo que 2 bolsas completas de nuevo maquillaje estaban vacías y nueva camiseta también faltaba , fuimos al Recepción y queja y llamaron a la señora de la casa para enfrentarse a ella pero no condujo a nada , dejaron los bolsillos y tomaron la cosa para que no nos notara hasta que era demasiado tarde. También cuando llegamos a la noche había sólo un miembro del personal para trabajar el bar y la recepción, así que nos tomó un tiempo para llegar a nuestras habitaciones, excepto que la habitación estaba bien, espacial, ¡Un poco sobrepreciado y el hecho de que nuestras cosas se perdieron ha arruinado toda nuestra experiencia de París!

Era el peor hotel Ibis en el que he estado. Sí, no se puede esperar mucho de un hotel de dos estrellas, pero no fue barato. Desayuno; había croissants, marmeladas, chocolate y tostadoras y fue el peor tostadora que jamás he comido en mi vida. Había pan cortado y pan blanco cortado a mano, queso y un huevo cocido. Lo que comí fue pan blanco, queso y huevos. Al desayuno había mosquitos de los que los niños comían. Había pirados de fruta en dos copos diferentes, pero ni siquiera lo intenté. No había fruta o verduras frescas. Habitación; las toallas eran insuficientes y fumaban muy desagradable debido al lavado utilizado. Asimismo, el baño estaba amargo y no fumaba limpio. Lo único bueno era que el centro de la ciudad era fácil de llegar y la gente era amable en la recepción. Había parkings contra pago diario.

Reservamos 2 habitaciones (612 y 613) del 23 al 25 de mayo, todo estaba bien hasta que descubrimos cuando nos empacamos para salir al aeropuerto para capturar nuestro vuelo que 2 bolsas completas de nuevo maquillaje estaban vacías y nueva camiseta también faltaba , fuimos al Recepción y queja y llamaron a la señora de la casa para enfrentarse a ella pero no condujo a nada , dejaron los bolsillos y tomaron la cosa para que no nos notara hasta que era demasiado tarde. También cuando llegamos a la noche había sólo un miembro del personal para trabajar el bar y la recepción, así que nos tomó un tiempo para llegar a nuestras habitaciones, excepto que la habitación estaba bien, espacial, ¡Un poco sobrepreciado y el hecho de que nuestras cosas se perdieron ha arruinado toda nuestra experiencia de París!

Excellent choix, le parc de la Villette est à 40 minutes de marche en longeant le canal de l'Ourcq (très agréable) ou bien 10 minutes de métro. L'établissement est neuf, parfaitement décoré, collé à un centre commercial dans un quartier en transformation. Tout est dans le standard haut Ibis Styles. Je recommande sans souci.

Estaba en este hotel la semana pasada de junio. Fue la última parada en la línea de metro 11. Muy conveniente. En la mañana iba a caminar a unos 10 minutos a pie para comprar un cappuccino y atrapar el metro al centro... a unos 15 minutos a pie. La zona alrededor del hotel tenía grandes restaurantes y cafeterías, así como tiendas de alquiler. El propio hotel era limpio, alojamiento básico. Para mi presupuesto era perfecto. El desayuno estaba disponible en el hotel, pero no aproveché eso. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena.

We have stayed at this hotel twice once in 2019 and then again this August. To be honest this has to be my favourite AccorHotel. The effort by the staff in making you feel welcome and special is nothing short of exceptional. Prior to arriving, I informed them of my wife and I celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary coming back to this hotel where we spent a 15 year anniversary and were greeted by balloons rose petals and even a platter in the room none of which was asked for this was simply done as a goodwill gesture on their behalf. The hotel is 15m on a tram from the centre of Paris and in an area that has huge parks with outdoor eating. Great area if you don’t mind the very short trip in the the centre. We ate out in the local area which was lovely and very French, no catering for tourist which was great as we always like to find authentic restaurants and we did! I want to thank all the staff at this hotel for again going above and beyond. You are a credit to your company (you all need a pay rise) and I cannot wait to return.

Era el peor hotel Ibis en el que he estado. Sí, no se puede esperar mucho de un hotel de dos estrellas, pero no fue barato. Desayuno; había croissants, marmeladas, chocolate y tostadoras y fue el peor tostadora que jamás he comido en mi vida. Había pan cortado y pan blanco cortado a mano, queso y un huevo cocido. Lo que comí fue pan blanco, queso y huevos. Al desayuno había mosquitos de los que los niños comían. Había pirados de fruta en dos copos diferentes, pero ni siquiera lo intenté. No había fruta o verduras frescas. Habitación; las toallas eran insuficientes y fumaban muy desagradable debido al lavado utilizado. Asimismo, el baño estaba amargo y no fumaba limpio. Lo único bueno era que el centro de la ciudad era fácil de llegar y la gente era amable en la recepción. Había parkings contra pago diario.
