Das Nobu Hotel kann als Business Hotel wärmstens empfohlen werden. Für Familien ist es jedoch eher nicht geeignet. Wir hatten uns für 10 Tage einquartiert und in Summe drei Zimmer belegt. Die Zimmer sind schön, modern und aufgeräumt. Den Mehrpreis für Ryokan Zimmer kann man sich aber sparen. Die Wanne ist bestenfalls für ein Fussbad geeignet. Mit Staubwischen hinter den Möbeln hat man es auch nicht so. Mir fiel eine Socke hinter den Nachttisch und als ich sie aufgehoben habe war sie voller Staub. Etwas Schade, wenn doch sonst alles so schön sauber gehalten wird. Die Betten waren fantastisch und man konnte sehr gut einschlafen. Allerdings hört man sehr den Strassenlärm, wenn die Zimmer zur Strasse gerichtet sind. Wer also leicht aus dem Schlaf aufschreckt ist gut beraten Zimmer nach hinten raus zu nehmen. Wir hatten unsere Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht und konnten jeden Morgen herrlich schlemmen. Das Frühstücksmenü ist war klein, aber der Avocado-Toast und der French-Toast wurden sehr schnell zu unseren absoluten Favoriten. Auch die anderen Frühstücksgerichte sind zu empfehlen. Der Valetservice ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man mit einem Auto zum Hotel kommt, Parklätze sind wie überall in Palo Alto rar. Überhaupt, war der Service immer überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einzig unser Abreisetag wurde etwas stressig, da man uns keinen späteren Check-out als 13.00 Uhr für ein Zimmer gönnen wollte. Zwei Zimmer hatten wir bereits um 10.00 Uhr geräumt. Unser Flug ging aber erst um 20.00 Uhr. Also was macht man mit acht Koffern und dem Nachmittag, wenn man nicht mehr im Hotel bleiben kann? Da hätte ich mehr Rücksicht vom Hotelmanagement erwartet. Nobu Hotel can be highly recommended as a business hotel. However, it is not suitable for families. We stayed for ten days and occupied a total of three rooms. The rooms are nice, modern and tidy. However, you can save yourself the extra price for a Ryokan room. The bathtub is, at best, suitable for a footbath. Dusting behind the furniture is not a big deal either. I dropped a sock behind the bedside table, and when I picked it up, it was full of dust. It's a shame when everything else is kept so clean. The beds were fantastic, and it was very easy to fall asleep. However, you can hear much street noise when the rooms face the street. If you are easily startled out of your sleep, you would be well advised to take a room facing the back. We booked our rooms with breakfast and had a lovely feast every morning. The breakfast menu was small, but the avocado toast and French toast quickly became our favourites. The other breakfast dishes are also recommended. The valet service is highly recommended if you come to the hotel with a car; parking spaces are scarce everywhere in Palo Alto. The service was always amiable and courteous. Our departure day was a bit stressful, as we could not check out later than 1 pm for a room. We had already vacated two rooms at 10.00 am. However, our flight did not leave until 8.00 p

THE GOOD: The hotel was recently renovated, rooms are nicely renovated with beautiful bathrooms. A nice size fitness center and a small but nice pool area. THE BAD: Wifi was absolutely horrible, there was ZERO wi-fi service in the lobby, restaurant or pool area. The Wi-fit would connect for 2 - 3 seconds then drop. When I asked the attended at the café if I could use the Westin Meeting wi-fi I was told no, they don’t have the password. In my room every so often the wi-fi would drop and it would take 20 – 30 minutes to reconnect!!! Furthermore, the power outlet at the desk was dead, there was also no power near the bed to plug in your laptop! Sadly, the food and beverage offerings at this hotel are on par with a Holiday Inn Express. There is no full-service restaurant, just a grab and go café which serves mediocre food. There is a limited breakfast buffet in the morning with poor quality food. On both mornings of my stay the scrambled eggs were a rubbery mess, the breakfast potatoes lacked flavor. The only item that seemed decent to eat were the fresh berries and bread. The quality of the food from room service/grab and go was also upsetting. If you want a full-service dinning experience, you are told to walk over to the Sheraton…. really? BTW: I was told the hotel kitchen is also located at the Sheraton, food is not cooked onsite at the Westin. Hospitality at the hotel is hit and miss. The front desk seems pleasant, but staff were very hesitant to go the extra mile to please… they lacked the hospitality soft skills I have experienced at other hotels of the same caliber. Café staff is very unhelpful, not very friendly, I receive a far better guest experience at my local In-N-Out Burger. In the end if you are expecting an upscale hotel experience in the Palo Alto / Stanford area the Westin disappoints. For the price I would expect a memorable experience, one where you would hate to leave and could not wait to return. During my stay I was looking forward to leaving, I really felt like it was a waste of $$$ and time staying here. When I left, I felt like I had just stayed at a Holiday Inn express with upscale rooms. Hotel should be rebranded... it's not an upscale full service hotel that is about hospitality with a mindset of wellness.

No me di cuenta de lo hermoso y encantador que esta casa sería. Es realmente lindo. El lobby está lleno de historia, bonitas placas pequeñas explicando el fuego, lámpara de hierro, etc. La habitación era simple, espaciosa, limpia, aireada, y extremadamente cómoda. Excelente sillón de lectura, sillón de escritorio con ajuste de altura (gracias!), grandes tocador, muy tranquilo y tranquilo. Muy amigable de descanso a la tierra. Este no es mi primer estancia como Hotel Garden de Dinah y mantienen el más alto nivel de servicio, limpieza y visita sin sorpresas. No puedo decir lo suficientemente buenas cosas sobre las personas sorprendentes que manejan este hotel. Tenía citas médicas en Palo Alto en días consecutivos y necesitaba una habitación que pudiera acomodar mi deseo de ciertas mitigaciones/precauciones covidas (entrada de la habitación desde el exterior, y unidades individuales de AC. ) Hablaba con Roger, que no sólo confirmó los protocolos y características del Zen Hotel, sino que me dijo que acogeban a muchas personas que están en la ciudad para problemas médicos (el Hospital Stanford y otras grandes instalaciones médicas están cerca), así que el personal allí es muy cuidadoso. A los días de nuestra visita, me envié un correo para pedir medidas adicionales, y Jorge, el agente del Front Desk, reconoció mi petición. Cuando llegué a casa la noche siguiente, había dos mensajes de Jorge, y uno de Roger, que había llamado a principios del día anterior (antes de mi llegada) para pedir información sobre mi tarjeta de crédito que de alguna manera no había sido conectado a su sistema. Ellos fueron vendidos y necesitaban confirmación de pago de mí, pero larga historia corta(er)No recibí los mensajes hasta después de que regresé. Me dieron el beneficio de sus dudas y su compromiso de servir a los que tienen necesidades médicas. ¡Me siguen mirando, escribiendo esto! Cuando les llamé hoy, Jorge me dijo que si tuvieran que cancelar la reserva, me habrían encontrado alojamiento en uno de sus hoteles afiliados. Desde el hotel en coche más cercano a la ubicación, el camarero de la recepción tenía una buena actitud. Usé la aplicación para hablar con él sin problemas. El check-in incluye la recepción diaria de autoservicio en la recepción, con rebanadas de pan, leche, fruta, café, zumo de naranja, cereales, etc. Me resulta demasiado cómodo. ¿Es caro el precio, quién lo coloca en el centro del universo?

La habitación de la habitación es muy grande y se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. Yo me encargo de un caso completo una cerveza:) usted podría encargarse más si usted desea. La cama es increíblemente cómoda. Estás preordenando desayuno que se entrega cada mañana. Tus opciones incluyen: huevos cocidos, sandwich de huevo con salsa, frutas frescas, mantequilla de ovejas, Yogur y diversas bebidas. La estrella es la piscina!!!! No es el tamaño olímpico, sino lo suficientemente grande. Ellos tienen sillas de salón y mesas con sillas y sofás en la piscina. Hay sol y hay sombra. La piscina era maravillosa. También tienen un bbq en la piscina. En el frente de la oficina, tienen un hermoso tronco de árboles con mesas y sofás bajo. Esta es una hermosa, limpia y cómoda propiedad. Vamos a considerarlo de nuevo......la próxima vez que el Muerto está en Shoreline.

I had an incredible experience staying at SureStay Plus of Best Western in Mountain View. Manager Samir was a fantastic asset to the hotel, always ready and willing to help with whatever we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was peaceful and tranquil. I was able to take long, hot showers with hot water coming out of both the tub and sink right away. The breakfast was amazing, with so much variety - from fruits, eggs, meats, breads and more. We had access to speedy internet and a TV with a great selection of channels. The staff were friendly and helpful with all our needs. I was extremely pleased with my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fair and honest service experience.

Ubicación inmejorable si necesita alojarse en Palo Alto o cerca de la Universidad de Stanford. Autobús lanzadera gratuito cercano. Parada de menos de 5 min. andar. Me encantó el desayuno estilo buffet muy saludable y el servicio. La habitación es muy pequeña pero limpia y tranquila. Durante los fines de semana el precio es muy asequible. Los días de semana puede que sea demasiado caro para mis bolsillos.

No me di cuenta de lo hermoso y encantador que esta casa sería. Es realmente lindo. El lobby está lleno de historia, bonitas placas pequeñas explicando el fuego, lámpara de hierro, etc. La habitación era simple, espaciosa, limpia, aireada, y extremadamente cómoda. Excelente sillón de lectura, sillón de escritorio con ajuste de altura (gracias!), grandes tocador, muy tranquilo y tranquilo. Muy amigable de descanso a la tierra. Situación fantástica, totalmente a pie en todas partes. Café en el lobby de la mañana. Me alegraría quedarme aquí otra vez.

Das Nobu Hotel kann als Business Hotel wärmstens empfohlen werden. Für Familien ist es jedoch eher nicht geeignet. Wir hatten uns für 10 Tage einquartiert und in Summe drei Zimmer belegt. Die Zimmer sind schön, modern und aufgeräumt. Den Mehrpreis für Ryokan Zimmer kann man sich aber sparen. Die Wanne ist bestenfalls für ein Fussbad geeignet. Mit Staubwischen hinter den Möbeln hat man es auch nicht so. Mir fiel eine Socke hinter den Nachttisch und als ich sie aufgehoben habe war sie voller Staub. Etwas Schade, wenn doch sonst alles so schön sauber gehalten wird. Die Betten waren fantastisch und man konnte sehr gut einschlafen. Allerdings hört man sehr den Strassenlärm, wenn die Zimmer zur Strasse gerichtet sind. Wer also leicht aus dem Schlaf aufschreckt ist gut beraten Zimmer nach hinten raus zu nehmen. Wir hatten unsere Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht und konnten jeden Morgen herrlich schlemmen. Das Frühstücksmenü ist war klein, aber der Avocado-Toast und der French-Toast wurden sehr schnell zu unseren absoluten Favoriten. Auch die anderen Frühstücksgerichte sind zu empfehlen. Der Valetservice ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man mit einem Auto zum Hotel kommt, Parklätze sind wie überall in Palo Alto rar. Überhaupt, war der Service immer überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einzig unser Abreisetag wurde etwas stressig, da man uns keinen späteren Check-out als 13.00 Uhr für ein Zimmer gönnen wollte. Zwei Zimmer hatten wir bereits um 10.00 Uhr geräumt. Unser Flug ging aber erst um 20.00 Uhr. Also was macht man mit acht Koffern und dem Nachmittag, wenn man nicht mehr im Hotel bleiben kann? Da hätte ich mehr Rücksicht vom Hotelmanagement erwartet. THE GOOD: The hotel was recently renovated, rooms are nicely renovated with beautiful bathrooms. A nice size fitness center and a small but nice pool area. THE BAD: Wifi was absolutely horrible, there was ZERO wi-fi service in the lobby, restaurant or pool area. The Wi-fit would connect for 2 - 3 seconds then drop. When I asked the attended at the café if I could use the Westin Meeting wi-fi I was told no, they don’t have the password. In my room every so often the wi-fi would drop and it would take 20 – 30 minutes to reconnect!!! Furthermore, the power outlet at the desk was dead, there was also no power near the bed to plug in your laptop! Sadly, the food and beverage offerings at this hotel are on par with a Holiday Inn Express. There is no full-service restaurant, just a grab and go café which serves mediocre food. There is a limited breakfast buffet in the morning with poor quality food. On both mornings of my stay the scrambled eggs were a rubbery mess, the breakfast potatoes lacked flavor. The only item that seemed decent to eat were the fresh berries and bread. The quality of the food from room service/grab and go was also upsetting. If you want a full-service dinning experience, you are told to walk over to the Sheraton…. really? BTW: I was told the hotel kitchen is also located at the Sheraton, food is not cooked onsite at the Westin. Hospitality at the hotel is hit and miss. The front desk seems pleasant, but staff were very hesitant to go the extra mile to please… they lacked the hospitality soft skills I have experienced at other hotels of the same caliber. Café staff is very unhelpful, not very friendly, I receive a far better guest experience at my local In-N-Out Burger. In the end if you are expecting an upscale hotel experience in the Palo Alto / Stanford area the Westin disappoints. For the price I would expect a memorable experience, one where you would hate to leave and could not wait to return. During my stay I was looking forward to leaving, I really felt like it was a waste of $$$ and time staying here. When I left, I felt like I had just stayed at a Holiday Inn express with upscale rooms. Hotel should be rebranded... it's not an upscale full service hotel that is about hospitality with a mindset of wellness.

Ubicación inmejorable si necesita alojarse en Palo Alto o cerca de la Universidad de Stanford. Autobús lanzadera gratuito cercano. Parada de menos de 5 min. andar. Me encantó el desayuno estilo buffet muy saludable y el servicio. La habitación es muy pequeña pero limpia y tranquila. Durante los fines de semana el precio es muy asequible. Los días de semana puede que sea demasiado caro para mis bolsillos.

No me di cuenta de lo hermoso y encantador que esta casa sería. Es realmente lindo. El lobby está lleno de historia, bonitas placas pequeñas explicando el fuego, lámpara de hierro, etc. La habitación era simple, espaciosa, limpia, aireada, y extremadamente cómoda. Excelente sillón de lectura, sillón de escritorio con ajuste de altura (gracias!), grandes tocador, muy tranquilo y tranquilo. Muy amigable de descanso a la tierra. Situación fantástica, totalmente a pie en todas partes. Café en el lobby de la mañana. Me alegraría quedarme aquí otra vez.

No puedo decir lo suficientemente buenas cosas sobre las personas sorprendentes que manejan este hotel. Tenía citas médicas en Palo Alto en días consecutivos y necesitaba una habitación que pudiera acomodar mi deseo de ciertas mitigaciones/precauciones covidas (entrada de la habitación desde el exterior, y unidades individuales de AC. ) Hablaba con Roger, que no sólo confirmó los protocolos y características del Zen Hotel, sino que me dijo que acogeban a muchas personas que están en la ciudad para problemas médicos (el Hospital Stanford y otras grandes instalaciones médicas están cerca), así que el personal allí es muy cuidadoso. A los días de nuestra visita, me envié un correo para pedir medidas adicionales, y Jorge, el agente del Front Desk, reconoció mi petición. Cuando llegué a casa la noche siguiente, había dos mensajes de Jorge, y uno de Roger, que había llamado a principios del día anterior (antes de mi llegada) para pedir información sobre mi tarjeta de crédito que de alguna manera no había sido conectado a su sistema. Ellos fueron vendidos y necesitaban confirmación de pago de mí, pero larga historia corta(er)No recibí los mensajes hasta después de que regresé. Me dieron el beneficio de sus dudas y su compromiso de servir a los que tienen necesidades médicas. ¡Me siguen mirando, escribiendo esto! Cuando les llamé hoy, Jorge me dijo que si tuvieran que cancelar la reserva, me habrían encontrado alojamiento en uno de sus hoteles afiliados. Así que gracias de nuevo, Roger y Jorge y Zen Hotel Palo Alto.
