Desde que llegas todo es muy fácil. Te aparcan el coche por 30 euros y puedes hacer uso de él siempre que lo necesites, lo que en Palermo es muy conveniente. Todo el personal es muy profesional, atentos, amables, pendientes de todo, especialmente el de recepción. La situación del hotel es perfecta, muy cerca del Teatro Massimo y de las calles principales, aunque en una zona más tranquila y fuera de la zona de pago de vehículos (ZTL) lo que es muy conveniente para quien llegue en coche. El hotel está situado en un Palacio muy bonito, la zona del desayuno es preciosa, y al desayuno, el único pero que le pongo es que el zumo de naranja no es natural, por lo demás, espectacular. Nuestra habitación era cómoda y tranquila. Recomiendo mucho este hotel a todos los que queráis una estancia placentera en Palermo.

Llegamos tarde, veníamos conduciendo desde Catania y no nos advirtieron. Que la zona estaba llena de obras y sería difícil acercarnos. No nos querían dar permiso para dejar el coche en la calle ( zona reservada para el hotel) cero amabilidad en la recepción y en la entrada,queríamos un taxi y nos lo tuvimos que buscar nosotros. Amenities más que pobres al igual que la habitación ( trasnochada). Y desayuno normalito y desangelado. No lo recomiendo. A la noche se oía mucho ruido de la calle

Hotel que conozco en viajes anteriores y era un 3 estrellas digno . Ahora le sobran. La habitación y el baño no estaban limpias y la alfombra se veía sucia.En general todo muy deteriorado, la cortina de la ducha de corredera rota y a penas podía rodarla. El desayuno no se puede decir que malo , pero sujeto a mejora.No lo repito.

From start to finish, this was a fantastic place to stay. The hotel contacted us via whatsapp prior to our arrival with clear video instructions on locating and entering the hotel building (we were arriving late at night) They also arranged an airport transfer for us and even recommended a restaurant nearby that would be open late that night! Our room (room 6) was very nice with clean modern fittings that contrasted nicely with the old stone building. We met Siriana the following morning at reception and she patiently went through the city map with us and marked many places of interest as well as some nice dining options. By the end of day one we had our bearings and realised that the hotel is ideally located close to the city centre and marina with plenty of nice bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby too. The guys at reception were so friendly, always on hand to help, and they made a couple of dinner reservations for us in local restaurants which was much appreciated. We found the area beside the hotel (and the city itself) to be very safe to walk around and explore, day or night. A big bonus was having the pool to cool off in after a hot day's walking around the city! As first time visitors we weren't sure what to expect but Palermo is a great, great city with lots to see, do and experience. We had a fantastic few days in Palermo and a very pleasant stay here. We will definitely return to Palermo again and to the Bastione Spasimo Hotel. Grazie mille Siriana, Giuliana and staff.

Hemos estado en este B&B en Palermo, excelente estructura, habitaciones muy acogedoras con aire acondicionado en el cuarto [ nos servimos también en este período]. Propietario siempre disponible para cualquier necesidad . El hotel está en una ubicación óptima para visitar la ciudad. En las inmediaciones hay 3/4 locales donde comer típicamente palermitano . A unos 500 metros de la estructura encontramos casi todos los lugares turísticos más importantes de la ciudad. Si debo volver sin duda volveré a contactar con la propietario Rosy

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena a la estación de tren del centro de la ciudad muy cerca del mar! Es conveniente ir a cualquier lugar en una calle en el viejo bar hotel de la ciudad. Esta noche será más quente, pero también muy estúpido. Si te gusta el calor, esta es muy apropiada. También está muy cerca del mar. También es bueno ir a la estación de trenes y pasar mucho alimento alrededor El entorno interior del hotel es bueno. El desayuno también es muy agradable. También es limpio en el cuarto! Super recomendado 🌟🌟🌟🌟 El personal de la recepción es muy amable y actualiza la cama todos los días.
