The hotel is behind a mountain, which means the only way in and out is with their transfers in 4x4, that are absurdly expensive. There is a 3 min path through the forest to a point where a tricycle can pick you up, but you need to call them ahead. The description in booking is not accurate, there is no 6 min walking to el nido, it is more 15 min tricycle + 3 min walking. I would have loved to know this in advance, we travel with kids and would have gone for an easier option. The premium villas are up the mountain, you need to go by funicular, which sometimes is not working due to maintenance issues, then you have to get a car up to your villa, both things you should plan ahead, the funicular operator is not always there, neither the cars. Also the funicular is not working early in the morning. The breakfast is supposed to start at 6 am, which is a reasonable hour if you are planning to go to a tour, but the 3 days that we went at that time, not everything was ready. They picked us up from the airport with a pick up, the luggage was behind in the open and arrived completely covered in dust, the butler tried to clean it but it wasn’t easy. There are several things in the villa that weren’t working properly, like hair dryer, really bad smell in the toilet, dirt in the curtains… but those were small issues, the main issue we had is that in our last night our rooms were full of bugs, they were everywhere and it was impossible to sleep like that with bugs crawling over us, so we moved to a much smaller villa down the mountain and they gave us a discount due to the downgrade. The discount was nice and the staff did their best with the situation, but we lost more than 1 hour trying to kill the bugs to sleep there and also in the morning we had to review all the clothes in the luggage and remove the dead bugs after the fumigation. The pool toilets are out of order and you need to go to a first floor. In summary I don’t think the above is acceptable in a 5 starts hotel with the price they have. The tours were absurdly expensive, but I can’t tell if they were nice because we outsourced.

Ha sido una experiencia increíble e inolvidable. El mejor hotel y resort de mi vida. Todos los trabajadores han sido super amables y gentiles, desde el minuto 1 te hacen sentir en casa. La verdad que nunca voy a olvidar ese resort y la gente que trabaja en el. Super recomendado.

Engañoso y decepcionante Se quedó cinco días en el sol express reservado a través de Agoda, lo que le da una calificación 8.4 ( desgraciadamente no comprobamos la calificación TripAdvisor - Nuestro error !!) Primero, no es el jardín solar con el que algunos espectadores parecen estar mezclando en la agoda. El expreso es un albergue glorificado (costeoso) detrás de los jardines del sol.A diferencia de tripadvisor, las comodidades/elementos en su habitación (especialmente aguda) están equivocados, por favor lea especialmente si se queda más de una noche. 1 _ No hay seguridad - por lo tanto, ya sea usted leña alrededor de sus valores o cada vez que sales, reserva cada item en el caja fuerte principal . 2_ No hay nevera - por lo tanto no traer de vuelta ninguna bebida / comida, etc . 3- No hay secador de pelo/hierro en la habitación - seguir a la recepción cada vez que tengas una piscina / ducha. 4-No tazas, etc. Así que si más de un día permaneces buena suerte con tus ropa. 5- No hay caldera, no hay instalaciones para beber té, etc. 6- En muchas de las críticas ”local” de agoda el transporte aeroportuario se menciona como gratuito / complimentario _ no es tan pronto como se le lleva a la recepción expresa que se le carga que es una buena introducción ( el conductor del hotel no menciona esto , 7- Uno extraño - no que su plan de permanecer en su habitación pero hay poco o ninguna luz natural - el hotel de jardines solares está literalmente a seis pies de su ventana, por lo que su vista es de un muro de cama. 8-Free desayuno en iconos de instalaciones de Agoda hotel - pero es extra. Las habitaciones se mantienen muy limpias y el aire acondicionado es excelente - para nosotros personalmente no se reservaría debido a la falta de instalaciones y sólo se reservaría sobre la fuerza de los iconos de Agoda. Si se queda en los jardines se encuentran todas las comodidades mencionadas y los terrenos son muy inteligentes como la piscina, pero sabido habitación he estado en mejores o más baratos albergues.

La verdad es que el hotel funciona, su personal es gentil y servicial, la pieza y cama están muy bien y la playa,a solo pocos metros del hotel, es hermosa. Hasta aqui lo bueno, pero mi calificación dice relación al abusivo trato y al poco cuidado de los que nos alojamos en el. Me explico: 1. El hotel toma ventaja de la gran distancia que tiene con la ciudad de El Nilo. Un viaje que toma mas o menos 50 minutos con partes de la ruta en muy mal estado. 2. A diferencia de la gran mayoria de los buenos hoteles que se encuentran distantes de centros urbanos y que ponen a disposicion de los pasajeros transporte gratis en diferentes horarios para ir de un punto al otro, resulta que el Nacpan Beach Resort no solo que no ofrece este servicio sino que tiene convenio con una empresa no del hotel y que te cobra 700 pesos filipinos por llevarte a El Nido, mismo precio que pagué por la van que me trajo desde Pto. Princesa a El Nido (viaje de 5 horas). 3. El precio del restaurant es caro para la camidad de los platos que se ofrecen, pero por la distancia, muchas veces no tienes opción ya que los pequeños puestos al rededor del hotel no nos parecieron ofrecer cuidado sanitario. 4. Como en la práctica estás un poco prisionero por la distancia, el hotel toma provecho de esto y abusa con el bolsillo y cuidado de sus pasajeros 5. Y por último, me fastidió recibir la típica respuesta en la recepcion que nos dijeron que los precios de los tours y el transporte no eran responsabilidad del hotel por trat**** de compañias externas. He trabajado casi trienta años con hoteles en muchos paises y se que por cada tour o transporte que el hotel gestiona recibe una comisión. Si realmente a la gerencia le impirtaran sus pasajeros, en tres minutos pueden gestionar mejores, oportunos y mas baratos servicios. Paren de engañar por favor, RamT.

Habitaciones sensillas y baño asiatico, del que se moja todo el suelo al duch****. Tiene ducha caliente, es uno de los pocos que cuenta con esto en Port Barton. La ubicación es muy buena, esta frente a la playa y en el centro del pueblo. El desayuno es bueno. El Wifi solo funciona en las areas comunes, no en la habitación. Cuenta con restoran con vistas a la playa, el cual podría mejorar la comida.
