衹能説美國的酒店體驗太差了，泳池的氣味鑽進房間裏，被子上全是污漬，用個床單一蓋，四天清掃一次房間，服。

Decepcionante el comportamiento del empleado del check in. Al entregar mi tarjeta de credito me dice rudamente "sutarjeta ha sido declinada". Le entregué TRES tarjetas adicionales y siempre me decis lo mismo. Luego de 15 minutos me dicen despectivamente que cualquier adicional lo debia pagar in cash. NUNCA mostró empatia, colaboración, grosero. Al dia siguiente supe que el problema era del Sistema del hotel y no mío. Lamentable que tengan esos empleados

This place is bland, in house dining is availble only for breakfast and was medicre. the pool area was poorly lit and ventilated.

There was no heat in the pool area so it was freezing and there were SEVERAL leaks all around the building. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable, mattress very soft needs to be replaced. Pillow were basically nonexistent. We stacked them, folded them, and tried rolling them up but they were useless. We were on the Cape for a family Chris**as gathering and had three rooms at this hotel for family members. Everyone had the same experience. We were woken during the night several times with doors slamming in the hall outside our room and on with noise from the pool area which sounded like someone in or around the pool after hours being chased out by a hotel employee. We have stayed at this hotel as a family for years, even before the renovation and it is extremely doubtful even given convenience of the close proximity to family who are Harwich residents that we will be back again for Thanksgiving and Chris**as next year.

We stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod for one night last week. We have stayed here multiple times in the past, and this visit was just perfect for us. It was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, we were able to utilize the Charge Point station to charge our EV. One thing we really like about this property is the lack of damp/moldy/mildewy smell, which is common in many hotels/motels on Cape Cod. It's conveniently located right on Route 6 in Eastham, with easy access to Orleans and the Mid-Cape as well as the Outer Cape.

Hotel has a very warm comfortable feeling. Indoor pool area is among the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Easy parking and easy location
However we were given a handicapped room that I didn’t book. Room was great except I felt I was using something someone else with the need may have needed. Also we were in a group attending a function and because I booked through ******* we weren’t able to get rooms closer together which may explain why we got a handicapped room. Small inconvenience but inconvenient nevertheless

Staff was great!
Nice clean Hotel.
Pool was closed and that was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.
Hotel Pub was closed, another reason we chose the hotel.
Again, the staff there was great, but the hotel needs to staff it better.
