Aruba Harmony Apartments

La propiedad era exactamente como se anunciaba, pero no recuperamos nuestro depósito (NO teníamos IDEA de que se requiriera un depósito) porque no había nadie allí cuando hicimos el check out. A pesar de que hicimos el check out durante el horario indicado en la puerta de la oficina. ¿Ambos números de teléfono a los que llamamos ni siquiera funcionaban? La propiedad fue excelente, disfrutamos de nuestra estadía, pero fue extremadamente frustrante perder su depósito y luego tener CERO CONTACTO de ellos.

Mi esposa y yo pasamos un tiempo increíble en Aruba. Bárbara, que fue nuestra anfitriona, nos recibió a nuestra llegada. Nos dieron una habitación maravillosa con vistas a la piscina. Era todo lo que esperábamos mientras intentábamos capturar el verdadero ambiente de la isla. El jardín y la decoración junto con el ambiente eran realmente serenos. La ubicación estaba cerca de todo y realmente disfruté de un corto paseo por el vecindario, lo que nos hizo sentir como si tuviéramos a alguien a quien visitar en una casa mientras estábamos de vacaciones. Eso estuvo bien. Le doy a Armonía 5 estrellas.

Aruba Harmony, ¡el mejor lugar para estar! Excelente lugar en Oranjestad. Muy limpio. Increíble ubicación y super precio! Hermoso y acogedor complejo, justo entre el centro de la ciudad y las playas. Habitación con cocina, camas cómodas. La piscina es bonita, el jardín está bien cuidado. Servicios profesionales, desayuno fabuloso! Reservamos una noche pero decidimos quedarnos 10 días más. ¡Aruba Harmony el mejor lugar para estar!

¡¡MI EXPERIENCIA CON ESTE HOTEL Y LA RECEPCIONISTA FUE ABSOLUTAMENTE HORRIBLE!! Te prometerán y te mentirán en la cara y luego se darán la vuelta y no tendrán ninguna intención de cumplirlo. ¡Nunca en mi vida una empresa me había tratado tan mal! ¡¡NO TE QUEDES AQUÍ SI QUIERES QUE TE TRATEN BIEN!! ¡¡MIRA TUS TARJETAS DE CRÉDITO PARA ASEGURARTE DE QUE NO TE COBREN MÁS PORQUE NO TE REEMBOLSAN SUS ERRORES!!

Scam. It’s a one star HOSTEL. Literally, they rent beds with shared bathrooms if that’s what you’re looking for, but the worst part is that we got there and had to wait for about an hour for someone to show up. When Barbara showed up, there were many upset customers waiting and she just said we had to keep on waiting because there was a problem with the reservations. It was already getting night and no room for us, nor a straight answer or someone to talk to us. She double booked rooms and didn’t have enough availability. At the end no solution, no apology and the only thing we got was a strange lady with terrible communication skills and a very bad attitude. I’m surprised this scam is even here on *******. That awful place and personnel don’t belong here.

A nice place with friendly staff

Family ran business. Contacted me directly by Whatapp, which was good because it meant I had a direct contact with someone, should I have needed it. We were in the studio apartment which is in a different block. Having read previous reviews about the noise from the lift, we needn't have worried as the studios aren't in the in building with the lift. It was a tad difficult to find our apartment initially, but that's probably more a language barrier. Once we found it and worked out which keys were for which door it was a doddle. The apartment was clean tidy, with TV (only English speaking channel CNN not that we watched any TV anyway) and a job, fridge, microwave and washing machine in the kitchenette. The bathroom was massive and the jacuzzi bath was a nice touch. The room was really warm, and the hot water instant. WiFi provided too.This building is situated in a courtyard and there are rules about making a noise. That suited us to a tee as we had a 9year old with us some went back to the apartment after our day of exploration and dinner. Suited us perfectly as Budapest night life isn't really suitable for children. Staff were friendly and you can leave your cases at the reception either before or after check in, for free, which was really useful. I got sent a YouTube video on how to find the reception, which was easy to follow. It's not like a typical hotel, but we found it fabulous. A great experience and we'd highly recommend here for a family break

Pros: Location (walking distance to most of the good sites, also very close to Metro stations) Extremely convenient if you arrive on Budapest airport (2 mins away from the 100E bus stop) Huge rooms Excellent communication and fast check-in Complimentary bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water Clean room and bathroom Cons: Terrible noise isolation of the building, you can hear everything Overall very pleasant stay
