Al Poggio

Wonderful hosts but the house is worn down and there is no Air Conditining. Since it’s a very warm Italian region we couldn’t sleep. Perfect for a family one night stay otherwise. The pool, the view are a plus

We stayed here for 8 nights and had a great stay. We had the Camino room, which has a large balcony with a stunning view over the lake and the swimmingpool. The hosts Gianmaria and Beppe very nice and invited us to have dinner with the family on one night. Beppe made us a great breakfast in the morning with crossants, capuchinno, fresh fruits, yoghurt and omelettes.

Very friendly and welcoming owner who did his best to make our stay ad good as possible. Nice pool with a view over the lake.

The view is the only positive thing. Accomodation is old and no maintenance has been done in many years. Needs a renovation than it can be a nice place. The bathroom was very dirty it had not been cleaned. Last night the place was full with young people partying and using *****. The owner did nothing. We fled the place in the middle of the night because did not feel save with my children. I made a complaint. I was promised a refund for that night, but even after many messages and promises from the owner, I never received my money back. Very bad service. I would not recommend this place.

Soggiorno pessimo, non fatevi ingannare dalle foto, ho soggiornato in questo “albergo” per una notte e posso assicurare che non c’è stato nulla di positivo se non la vista. Il locale è molto sporco, le camere da letto hanno le tende bucate, luride e con insetti morti sopra, pieno di polvere ovunque, letti scomodi, tappetino della doccia indecente con doccia usabile da tutti e con dentro ancora bagno schiuma di non so chi. La colazione servita con le “tovagliette” del prosciutto, fazzoletti di carta da naso e nulla di mangiabile sul tavolo. Il custode ha con sé un cane che purtroppo come tutti i cani perdono un sacco di peli per tutta la struttura. Abbiamo fatto davvero tanta fatica nel dormire in un posto così sporco e degradato. Le lenzuola vengono lavate a mano in un secchio.. Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto perché non c’è nulla di veritiero!!

Ci hanno informato che è in previsione una ristrutturazione della struttura che sicuramente apporterà un miglioramento....personale gentile e disponibile....la colazione sulla terrazza vista lago impagabile!

Catastrophique. Il s'agit d'une arnaque, en aucun cas il s'agit d'un établissement professionnel. Il est difficile de comprendre commun cet établissement puisse encore accueillir des gens dans ces conditions tant le bâtiment est délabré et semble ne pas être au conforme aux normes (électriques par exemple). Le ménage n'était pas fait lorsque nous sommes arrivés sur place alors que l'annonce prévoyait un ménage renforcé. N'imaginez pas utilisé la baignoire balnéo, l'eau y coule jaune. Que dire de la literie et des serviettes de bains... L'hôte nous a accueilli torse-nu et en fumant des cigarettes. Il n'y avait pas de WIFI. Nous n'avons pas pu rester dormir et avons du prendre une nuit d'hôtel en urgence. Notre séjour dans la région a été écourté à cause de cet établissement. Nos vacances ont été gâchées et nous n'avons toujours pas été remboursé. Nous recommandons à ********* d'enlever au plus vite cette annonce du site.
