Advertised as ‘pet friendly’ and refused to honor our reservation with our pet cat. Clerk was unfriendly and unhelpful

Was put in a handicap room and when asked to be moved got told no and was put on bottom floor by exits and was loud and door slammed all night. Then check out time came and we were getting ready to leave lady opened door and left opened while trying to change

It was a nice hotel only thing was they breakfast was not so good only had waffle no eggs or any type of meat but the room and everything else was wonderful

The last night was not very peaceful due to noise from a disagreement or fight ( not sure).
Seemed to last about 2.5 hours. I am surprised the front desk attendant did not hear it and stop it. And i am sure others were kept awake.
I had to pay a pet fee x 2 but the disturbance was not my dogs but other ungrateful people.

Everything was fine except I had a minor issue with the draining in the bathtub and due to the Thanksgiving holiday the maintenance couldn't come out until the next day and I understood. Thanks

I stay at this facility all the time and enjoy. I did have a minor issue with the bathtub didn't drain in my room and due to the Thanksgiving holiday the maintenance man couldn't come until the next day and I was okay with that and he did come by asap. Thank you
