Swift and prompt check in. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is clean and tidy. The bathroom is very spacious and ergonomically comfortable. The location is superb right in the center of the city center where all the activities and attractions are.

There is some smell in the washroom but it is not a big deal and it is acceptable.

In the centre, clean, spacious, very nice. There is nothing much as a possibility, a simple and beautiful place.

Overall cleanliness was good, however there was a visible stain on one of the pillows. Having a separate ironing room on each floor and everything ready to start ironing made my job much easier. There were no hand towels in the bathroom, so I had to use the body towel to dry my hands. Overall I was very pleased and it will definitely be a hotel I plan to stay at when I come back.

We were allocated a double room. Things were fine. At the last day, there was water noise from the roof. It was certain there was a leak on the water pipe on the roof which was causing sound. Be clear that there was no leaking in our room, only the sound which was certainly irritating. I complained to the front desk. They came and decided to shift my room along with complementary drinks as it was out of hours to fix it.

The staff were so nice and polite . They allowed us checked in before the check in time absolutely good. Enjoyed our stay there and the breakfast was amazing.
