Nice experience. Staffs are friendly. Facilities is good and very clean. Location is near the subway

Nice hotel with free ramen at night and overnight onsen on top floor.

Takes about 6 minutes to walk to the hotel. Need to climb up the steps from the subway. The walk to the hotel is quite quiet, without many shops along the way. The onsen is clean and good with amenities provided. Free ice cream, yakult and ramen given out at different times of the day. For those who want onsen, this is a good choice despite the distance from the subway.

Request room change that can be entertained immediately. Nice walk to Osaka Castle in 15 mins and 20 mins to Q mall.

Front desk was not helpful to help my friend to make a reservation for a local activity. Location js not convenient either. Onsen is good though.

A spacious resting area awaits you upon arrival at Dormy Inn Osaka Tanimachi. You will find everything from hair brush to complimentary ramen noodles at night. A simple soup noddles but so delicious! Awesome services from all the staff for making the place clean and tidy. The staff helped us to bring our luggages to our hotel room, as we were out! There are many little treats & recreation activities prepared for the hotel guests. We highly recommend staying here and looking forward to returning back again 🌸

The hotel is great and close to the station. The room is much bigger than we thought in Japan and the place is clean with great service. Every night, we went to the hotel onsen and afterward, there are free ramen & ice cream.

Cleaning service was not provided as promised even though I clarified during check-in that my reservation details showed that cleaning was included. This is first time this cleaning service issue happened, I have been using Dormy Inn hotel in Tsu and that has never been an issue before.

Hot spring is good. Environment is clean. Room size is Japanese style, not very big but could be enough.

The location of the hotel is not directly linked to central transportation pivot, making moving around the city or neighboring places more expensive and time consuming. The room is quite small for a family. We stayed for 2 nights but the staff didn't clean our room on the second day. Even after we called the front desk to come to collect our trash (because the trash can is super tiny), they didn't come. We had to wrap up the garbage by ourselves to spare room in the trash can for the second day. I called the reception about the bag of garbage, and they told me to leave at the door outside of the room. The staff didn't come to dispose the garbage, so the garbage was lying at our door for the whole day which is super gross. The bathing house is nice, but during the prime time (6:00-12:00 in the evening), it was super crowded. A group of Korean tourists were chatting loudly in the bathing room, making the place as loud as a market and bathing experience not a pleasant one.

Room is pretty big and location is close to a subway station which is easy to get around. Even though there is no cleaning service but clean towels are provided everyday. The towels are very clean and spotless. Onsen is a bit crowded in the night but it is good also.

This hotel offers unbeatable amenities including free alcohol drinks, ice cream and ramen.

Nice room with good service. The hot spring was nice. Good location too.
