Excelente. Sala era limpia y cómoda. Recepción amigable. Bien situado. Puentes de energía por la cama (gran más). Inspeccionar fue indolora. Sólo necesitaba una cama para la noche esta vez, pero cuando tengo que volver aquí, seguramente volveré a usar este hotel.

I am from South London and had some unfortunate news my daughter at Nottingham University was taken into hospital. I rushed up to Nottingham to be with her and booked to stay at Jubilee for the night. I had to extend my stay for a whole week as she not getting better. The hotel was fully booked and this really stressed me out even more as I had nowhere to stay. In steps Lassad the duty manager. What an amazing, genuine, caring and helpful gentleman. Without hesitation he secured me a room for the week and went out of his way to make my stay as pleasant as possible given the circumstances. He checked in on me every day and you could see his genuine concern for and my daughter. I cannot praise this hotel, the staff and the warm welcome you get in a beautiful setting. Do not hesitate to stay here you will truly feel welcome. Thanks again Lassad and team, you will definitely see me again soon.

We stayed in the hotel over the weekend (Fri, Sat & Sunday) as we were attending ”The Gloworm Festival” with other family members who were glamping. The room was small, but was perfect for our activity which was get up, get ready, and go out to the festival! We slept like logs as the beds were nice and comfy. Using the bedroom as a base to be located in and to safely store our belongings was perfect. The TV in our room was the size of a postage stamp but who cares, we were at the festival. It fit the bill for our needs so we give it a thumbs up. On leaving we spent a few minutes chatting to a lovely staff member who brought some festive cheer to my mood (I am sorry I did not catch the gent's name but we will call him ”Santa Klaus” for those who know! But what a lovely man to have at the reception desk. Was it the best hotel I have visited, no. Was it the worst, no. But for our weekend it did all we asked for and for all that was needed. A safe warm place to sleep with safe parking and nice staff.

I don’t know how this hotel manages to get four stars. The room felt damp, as did the bed. Condensation meant I could not see out of the window. I was given an upgraded room and I would not have liked to see the original room because the one I was allocated was poky. There was nowhere to sit and relax, not that I want to relax there it as so awful. I was in Nottingham on business and I have travelled quite bit for business over the years. I can honestly say that this was the second worst experience of my life. The staff without question were excellent. It is the overall management of the operation that is a huge problem. The pictures bear absolutely no resemblance to my experience. If I had to sum it up in three words I would say, utterly dreary and dreadful. There was a sliver of light when I checked out the following morning, and that was in the knowledge I would never, ever be going back.

We stayed I this hotel at the end of November as it is a five minute drive to city hospital where our son was a patient for a few days. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very kind, friendly and professional and made a very stressful time much easier. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Really good value and a ten minute walk to local shops and main bus routes into Nottingham. We would definitely stay here if we go to Notttingham again

Omar in the restaurant, took on board I was alone and accommodated my request for a table tucked away in a corner and his recommendation of the Lamb Shank was perfect. Cooked to perfection! Beds are massive and very comfy The room had everything I needed.

LLisaOrdene el aviso, pero tengamos la misma habitación que la noche anterior, muy limpio, encantador, aromático, crujiente pato en el restaurante, no podría estar mucho más cerca de todas las comodidades, un amigo brillante como el personal, lo único negativo es que no hay té Earl Grey o bolsitas de chocolate caliente y terrible bolsitas de leche que necesita alrededor de 6 por taza de té, aparte de eso absolutamente brillante pagó £ 5 adicionales por el desayuno en la cama estuvo bien, pero no tan bueno como esperaba, el café estaba frío al llegar, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante y no lo hicieron No mencione tostadas y mermeladas por el precio del hotel. Hubiera esperado pequeños extras como ese.

IIrwinGreat place to stay in Nottingham - the staff is really good, and it is conveniently located near the downtown, so close to public transport and Albert Hall/Nottingham Playhouse (if that is of interest - tons of good pubs nearby if your interests differ). JJulieEl hotel era hermoso, el personal era muy amable. La limpieza estaba a la altura. El desayuno es muy recomendado. La habitación era hermosa, y la cama estaba cómoda. Su suite ejecutiva tenía un hermoso baño y ducha con todas las toallas y otros suministros necesarios para su estancia incluyendo secador de pelo y hierro y si usted ha olvidado algo por ejemplo un tobillo que le proporcionarán con estos artículos con El hotel dispone de una sala de estar con 2 botellas de agua y un bar de chocolate. Puedes alquilar habitaciones para reuniones y otros eventos. Si usted está en familia, mi único consejo es llamar y asegurarse de que haya una cama para su hijo porque he reservado para tres de nosotros y tuvimos que compartir una cama felizmente fue nosotros tres niñas yo mismo, mi hija y mi sobrina. La cama era muy grande, así que era apropiado que indica en el viaje que recomiendan llamar y comprobar si no está seguro para que puedas sacar el mejor de tu estancia.

Me decepcionó el spa, el agua de la piscina estaba fría y el agua de jacuzzi también estaba fría y ni siquiera el más ligero caliente.
El desayuno era lindo con una gama tan grande para disfrutar. El restaurante parecía que trataba de ser demasiado guapo. Por el precio, realmente no había mucho en la placa y podría haber sido más sazonado. El menú del bar prometió más que el restaurante, así que era una vergüenza tener un buen ambiente, pero la comida no vivía hasta él.
En general, me gustaba mi estancia y me iba a volver a este hotel. El servicio era excelente y el personal era excelente. Gracias por un hermoso estancia.

UUsuario invitadoAntes de reservar, me gustaría haber prestado atención a las críticas negativas de este hotel. El hotel no tiene aparcamiento, y el aparcamiento en la calle no existía. Los corredores en nuestro piso se reequipaban de fumancia, con un hinchado de fumancia *********. En primer lugar, nuestra habitación estaba bien. Dimensión decente, ventanas grandes, etc. Sin embargo, una inspección más estrecha reveló: - rojas en la pared, que parecía una especie de jamón, pero quién sabe. - ¡Telas de marrón en la pared, me ahogo para pensar qué eran! ¡La tapa en la cubierta de la cocina no estaba seguramente atada al cubierta y salió cuando intenté usarla! ¡El cubierta de ducha huele a aguas residuales! ¡El baño necesitaba una limpieza profunda, Muchos (que parecían) cabello pubico en el suelo, y general ”guna de ducha” se construyó - había alrededor del 20% de un rollo completo de lavandería disponible, sin otros - la cama fue presentable, Pero tenía cabello negro largo dentro y bajo la hoja - la hoja era demasiado pequeña, y descubrió la matriz durante el uso - las paredes en la habitación eran de papel-tanas, y no puedo culpar al hotel por esto, La puerta siguiente es un bar estudiantil que fue muy alto la mayoría de la noche, pero nada comparado con la gente en la habitación junto a nosotros que tocaban música muy alta hasta 1am.
