¡El ruido de la calle fuera de la ventana hasta 3.30am, seguido de ruido de tráfico, así que no hemos dormido mucho! Nuestra habitación ”Heritage” no tenía ni luces ni un incendio (como se describe en el sitio web) y era pequeña y mal formada, con gran parte de la habitación tomada por un baño libre, de modo que el guardarropa se estremeció contra una pared en el otro lado. La habitación no estaba bienvenida a decir lo menos. Cuando mencionábamos el ruido de la calle en el check-out, nos dijeron que solicitara una habitación tranquila la próxima vez .....no será la próxima vez. Nos reservamos directamente con el hotel y no se nos dijeron nada sobre el ruido de la calle. La habitación era muy confortable, muy confortable y muy confortable.

I often use Premier Inn hotels, but the 3 night stay I've just had stay at Norwich Duke Street didn't come up to my expectations. Our room was far too warm, even with the window open and the provided pedestal fan running constantly. I mentioned this to the chap in reception when checking out this morning and I was told that this is known problem with the building which customers frequently complain about, even in the winter. He went on to say that the they put portable air conditioners in the premier plus rooms and suggested that next time I book one of these. I don't think this is an acceptable answer. Why should I have to pay extra to be comfortable when there is a known issue with the temperature of the rooms?

Tenía una estupenda estancia en este pequeño hotel de tres estrellas de primera categoría en una corta caminata de la estación de ferrocarril Norwich donde se puede llevar el tren a Londres y el resto de East Anglia o donde se puede acceder a la red local de autobús con transferencia directa al tren. El hotel de la ciudad de Norwich, en el centro de la ciudad, y el resto de Norwich, se sentía muy bien acogido y eficiente desde el principio, como un cliente valorado. La habitación era maravillosa, también bien mantenida y presentada, la cama estaba muy cómoda con grandes ropa interior, ducha y cucharas, la televisión era adecuada y el Wi-Fi funcionaba bien. El baño en suite era excelente con buena presión de agua a la ducha y hermosas toallas. Todo el hotel estaba limpio sin escenas. Gran estancia y hotel que puedo recomendar muy a todos.

Reservado aquí para un viaje al teatro que se ha demostrado ser a 10 minutos a pie del hotel perfecto si el tiempo permite. Las habitaciones son limpias con una cama grande y cómoda. Estacionamiento gratuito con mucho espacio. Volvimos después del teatro en 10.45 para ser diciéndole que el bar se cierra a las 11:00 pero más personas llegaron, así que la dama en la recepción siguió sirviendo mientras preparaba el desayuno de la mañana siguiente. El desayuno era bueno, pero no un buffet, pero todo lo que se consideró una buena opción para un viaje de fin de semana a Norwich.

This was my second stay here, room 318 again. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom a little on the small side in comparison but good powerful shower. It’s quiet and 5 mins from the town centre. Breakfast had all the usual choices but great coffee and very tasty scrambled eggs. Staff all very helpful and friendly.

Estado aquí para ir en viaje de tren de vapor .soldown festival en el hotel lleno y incapaz de ofrecer upgrade.aún tiene una sala de pizza de lado platinumhg miembrocharming personal útil incapaz de dar 5 estrellas como no tenía ningún plato.algo cuando nos quedamos por última vez aquí 15 Hace años, noté un fallo de diseño en el baño los distribuidores de jabón y champú son muy altos en la pared para el duche y las personas que usan el baño no pueden llegar a ellos sin estar de pie y no tienen ningún jabón separado.esto aumenta el riesgo de deslizamiento sin embargo esto es Aún un buen hotel con fácil acceso a la estación de ferrocarril. Creo que este es el mejor de los Kew Green Holiday Inns en Norwich

Location: The hotel is in a mixed residential/commercial area of Norwich, its quiet and feels safe. The hotel is a short walk from The Riverside for restaurants, bars, cinema, etc. and close to local pub etc. it is a short walk from the station. There is no onsite parting - the street parking has daytime restriction. Facilities: There is a card secured front door and reception desk which is not 24hr. There is an onsite Indian restaurant. I didn't use it but it looked good. There is also a bar. The hotel offers a number of guest services such as a luggage locker, laundry etc. The public areas of the hotel are clean, well maintained, etc. The room: I had room 2 on the gorund floor. This was clean, spacious, and well equipped. So pleased to have a proper wardrobe! There was a tray of stuff such as fruit juice and biscuits. There is a small room safe also. There is an en suite shower room which was modern, clean and worked great. The bed was firm and comfortable. The linen was fresh. I like the characterful decor Service: Everyone at the hotel was friendly, professional and helpful. I was prepaid booking so I didn't need to do a full check in/out. Everything seemed organised and efficient. My only gripe was that the people in the next room to me were noisy at 5am interupting my sleep and had the TV on very loud. Oh well, an earlier start than expected! Thats just bad luck I guess. I would recommend this hotel and I will stay here again next time I am in Norwich.
