I was in this area for work and found this hotel on *******. We have a timeshare and enjoy cooking for ourselves when on vacation. I found the kitchen in this suite very nice. I loved the homeyness of this location. I was able to park right outside my window, everything was accessible. My husband was comfortable while I was at my seminar. The recliner in the room was excellent. I love the shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the shower. I will be looking for Sonesta's when traveling and not able to use my timeshare. The staff was nice and very accommodating. I use a debit card because I do not like credit cards and they only hold $100 which is much better than other chains. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable.

It is a clean and quiet place to stay when I am in North Olmsted visiting family. The staff is always friendly. I also like having the kitchenette

The guy who checked me in, Grant was the most helpful. The hotel seems a little outdated and there was never anyone at the front desk. I even used the little silver phone and still couldn’t reach anyone. The loud ghetto housekeeping girls started banging on my door at 10:00 when check out isn’t until 11. Omg and not to mention, you have to pay for parking. It’s not even covered parking. If you’re going to make people pay for parking at least have it be covered parking especially for the winter. Imagine paying $5 a day for parking and still have to go out and clean your car. SMH I wouldn’t stay here again.
The location however is very convenient with a lot of restaurants and shopping around. The mall is across the street.

2 room suite with sofabed and recliner in living area. TV in both bedroom and living room. Large, built-in table can serve double duty as desk and dining table. Chairs around table were a bit worn, but sturdy and comfortable. One of the chairs was a rolling office chair. Kitchenette was spotless and functional. Fridge made a little noise, but not enough for me to complain about. Ceramic two burner stovetop and microwave worked fine. Coffee maker can use standard filters, if you want your own coffee. Slide thru AC/heating unit worked well and quietly. Bathroom was clean and water pressure was good. Have stayed here before and would stay again.

I like the convenience of a small kitchen arrangement.
I didn’t like the empty convenience store or lack of functioning equipment; disposal broken and dirty, dishwasher didn’t drain, saucepan lid missing.
The staff was very helpful and tried to overcome rundown property.

When we get there the 1st night we just start feeling terrible as soon as we got to the room, like we were going to pass out we got really scared and just left, the person in the front desk did not even ask what happened

Everything was great. The bed was comfy, the shower worked great. I love that you provide big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The Internet worked good. Plus the guy at the front desk that checked me in was excellent! He went above & beyond.
