For the age of the property and the price, it was a bit underwhelming. Rooms were not very clean, lots of dust and hair lying around. Coffee cups hadn't been wiped in several uses. Room linens had stains. Breakfast bar was mediocre at best; minimal food choices and there were so many people Saturday morning they couldn't keep up easier to eat off property.

The young lady at the counter, Natalie was knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. Made check in very easy. Was in my room in 10 minutes. Much appreciated.

We always stay at the Hyatt when we come to canton. It’s a really nice hotel! Everyone is always so friendly.

Everything was great but my room stayed insanely hot. We even turned the heat off and it was 78. Finally had to turn the air on. Got the temp down to a manageable 70. Then when I turned the air off the room got back up to 76 again.

I have stayed at this property in a number of occasions. The property is fine but there needs to be extra attention paid to cleaning the bathroom sinks.

The breakfast was very good. The bar was very cozy and convenient. The staff was excellent.
I would recommend a top floor room if available.
