This resort is stunning and swimming with wildlife, the staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. A few small changes would make it perfect, when you are relaxing in your room the doorbell and the phone can go 4-5 times a day and its not relaxing, i had to ask reception to put a stop to this and not to be disturbed until 10.00am after being woken up twice on our first two days. Also to note that cash is not welcome here, we were refused cash multiple times which in turn then left us short with spending money and unable to tip the staff with smaller notes. You are also asked to pay $100 per day on the room, you can refuse this but when you cant pay cash either it becomes very difficult. The Food is outstanding especially on special event nights and restaurants that you need to book on arrival these were lovely. You can get any drinks that you want and they will make it for you with plenty of brands to choose from. As this was our honeymoon they made extra effort with a bottle of champagne in our room, discount in the spa and a free breakfast to the room, these touches didn't go a miss. Some people were unhappy with the weather which is not the resorts fault what so ever, this is obviously out of their control. We stayed from 22nd December - 02nd January 2024 and there were only 2 rainy days whilst we were there. The bars all shut at 11.00pm sharp which could have been made a bit longer or some leeway here as sometimes people wanted to have a couple more drinks. They made Christmas day and News Year Eve very special with food, fireworks and decoration. I would recommend this resort and hopefully will be back soon to see the changes implemented.

Te venden un todo incluido que no lo es El hotel está en un lugar precioso, las instalaciones son buenas y bien mantenidas y relativamente nuevas, el personal amable como en cualquier resort de este tipo. Punto a favor es que tiene bastante buena zona de snorkel y bastante variedad de fauna. Punto negativo es la escasa variedad de actividades en el hotel, poca oferta de actividades de pago. pero para nuestra experiencia lo Peor es que te venden un régimen de todo incluido que no lo es, es un régimen de pensión completa con algunas bebidas incluidas, las horas de comida son encorsetadas como en una pensión completa y fuera de esas horas la oferta gastronómica es nula más allá de 2 variedades de mini sándwich resecos a partir de las 10 de la noche no hay tampoco posibilidad de comer nada, ni siquiera fruta o un helado, nada. La variedad de platos en el buffet es muy escasa apenas 9 platos calientes para elegir contando con las guarniciones, sopas, arroz y verduras salteadas, dejando solo 2-3 platos en total con carne o pescado. La fruta es de una escasísima variedad 2-3 y siempre lo mismo, sandia, piña de lata y pera o melón y de una calidad muy justita Los postres de muy buen aspecto pero poco sabrosos, y lo Peor es q no se reponen a lo largo del turno, si llegas a medio servicio encontrarás cosas agotadas. Por lo tanto y teniendo en cuenta que los horarios de comida son encorsetados con nula oferta de snacks fuera de los mismo, no se puede vender como un todo incluido Es nuestra tercera noche en el hotel y aún nos quedan 8 noches… si la cosa mejorara en los próximos días , lo añadiremos Si hubiéramos contratado una pensión completa, la nota sería de 5 sobre 5 pero es muy deficiente para un todo incluido…. El hotel está lejos de Malé y debe ser trasladado a un vuelo interior. Afortunadamente, el hotel ha dispuesto un salón en el aeropuerto de Malé con buffet y wifi. Debido a que el clima no es muy bueno, los muelles que llegan al hotel son bastante grandes. La casa de la playa de la piscina es grande y cómoda, la piscina está al borde de la playa y hay un baño al aire libre además del baño normal. La casa del agua es un poco más pequeña que la casa de la playa con piscina, pero el paisaje es mejor y la privacidad es más fuerte. Las ventanas del piso al techo en el paseo marítimo de la casa del agua se pueden abrir y la vista al mar se puede disfrutar en la cama, pero no es de 180 grados, y hay un bloque de TV en el medio. El desayuno es a la carta + estilo buffet. Puedes pedir dos platos y una bebida. Solo la fruta, el pan, el agua y la leche son de autoservicio. La cena es un pedido, un entrante + un plato principal + un postre, básico para comer, pero el agua y las bebidas están disponibles por un cargo extra, y los platos recomendados por el chef en el menú también se cobran, pero pueden disfrutar de un 50% de descuento. El consumo en la isla es más caro y se añaden tasas de servicio e impuestos. La experiencia de SPA es buena, hay un pueblo de Spa, solo 30 minutos de experiencia de luna de miel. La isla tiene una hermosa vista pero solo una playa principal. Afectados por el calentamiento del agua de mar en 17 años, los corales cuerno de ciervo en el área costa afuera están seriamente dañados. Están más angustiados, pero hay signos de recuperación. Todavía hay más criaturas en el mar. En el esnórquel se pueden observar pequeños tiburones de aleta blanca, pequeños tiburones de aleta negra, búhos reales y grillos. El buceo en arrecifes de islas es más generalizado, principalmente porque el coral está seriamente dañado, el bote se zambulle a otras islas, es más caro, pero una hermana que lo escuchó dijo que es muy bueno, y seguramente, el buceo a caballo es bueno. El tiempo no es muy bueno. No hay días soleados por la noche. La última noche me levanté a las 4 de la mañana y finalmente vi el cielo estrellado. Fue realmente espectacular, pero el ángulo no era bueno, no pude disparar y no tardé en ser brillante. El arreglo de regreso al hotel es mejor, el itinerario se informa con anticipación y llegar a Malé lo ayudará a organizar un traslado o traslado de recogida al hotel.
