Excellent hospitality!! we were very much impressed by all the staff within the hotel specially mr sea turtle helped us a lot ,super helpful and friendly. They message on wechat every few minutes to check up on you and give you news for the day and ask about room. We asked them for late check out and they agreed which we really appreciate and the best part was our children had a great time and we will definitely come again. We highly recommend people with children must come here. The rooms are clean and nice toiletries. Although it's a little far but it's worth coming here the surrounding area outside the hotel is very nice and quiet which is very relaxing. And those who are muslim looking for a near by halal restaurant the plus point for them is there's a halal restaurant just around the corner. We will definitely come here again to try a different theme room. At check out they gave many gifts for kids specially when they tidy up rooms

The room was visually appealing, especially for photos and social media. However, there were several safety concerns that made it less suitable for young children. For instance, the slide was too short and too close to the edge, there were no anti-slip mats in the bathroom or shower, and the staircase lacked safety features at the edges of each step. My 3-year-old actually fell on the staircase and ended up with some bruises. Parents really need to keep a close eye on their little ones. What really disturbed us, though, was the presence of flying bugs. They didn’t seem to bite, but we were surprised by how many were in the room, especially given the price we paid, which could have booked a stay at a six-star hotel in China. Despite these downsides, we might consider coming back because our child loved the room and it made her so happy. I hope the hotel can improve cleanliness and add more safety features for young children in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was incredibly children-friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The room design was beautiful, and the kids had the best time—they were made to feel so special the entire stay. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

The first time we opened the door to the room, we were in awe. It was truly magical. You really get what you pay for. The kids had a great time using the amenities. Indeed, the details in this room were very well thought out, designed for kids to have fun while also considering their safety. The management continually sent us helpful messages during our stay in Zhuhai. They kindly gave us free coins so the kids could play with the claw machine downstairs. Thank you again, 海星五月, for taking care of us and for providing us with a breakfast that suited our needs.

My room is a duplex. Kid likes the room. There is a minimart and noodle store near the carpark entrance which takes about 5 mins to walk. Hotel is located quite far away from everything if you like serenity and there to enjoy the room it will be a good place.

Kids enjoyed the room. Staff was cooperative in making alternate arrangements for some issues we encountered. Overall decoration was very child friendly.

Service was great, hotel provides laundry service. Room is great kids liked it very much very satisfied.

The room was incredible. Perfect. My kid is really enjoy to stay. And also breakfast was so yummy. I would love to come back here again. Staff name Starfish butlet and flying fish are very helpful Thank you so much .

It was a beautiful room and the service was good. I would definitely visit again. There were some problems though. 1. The breakfast did not have enough food for everyone. 2. The bath water is too cold, which defeats the purpose of a bath. 3. Someone’s bags were already in our room when we arrived.

The hallway looks nice and there is a washing machine available good
