The room is pretty small with a tiny window facing back of the hotel. Front desk staff were friendly, location was great!

My stay was nice! breakfast was good had great options, shower doors in the westbridge suite didn’t function properly so the water leaked all over the floor and the tv/media system was awful out of date and excruciatingly slow so for the price point it was a little disappointing. The lounge area is fabulous!really nice space. Overall the hotel is nice and staff were very helpful and friendly, I will stay again some day but choose a different suite next time!

Its a nice place my stay was quite good, the service was alright and its quite close to stratford station and Westfield which is also very convenient.

The staff were polite and friendly, the room was clean and bed very comfortable. Only a few minutes from Stratford Rail Station and ideally situated for the ABBA voyage concert. The room was quiet, and there was everything you would ever want for breakfast, excellent, (self service) but run very efficiently again with friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Working in Westfield shopping centre this hotel is only 10mins away.
Really nice room and very clean.
The room has a lot of mirrors as a feature but unfortunately room 106 had several broken mirrors which gave it bad luck before the stay had started.
Extra positive as much as you get a little noise from people walking past your door (which is understandable )you do not get anything from the next room ie toilet or tv noise.
Only negative would be it’s sold having a bar and restaurant, did try and get a pint after working 14hours only to find it’s has cans or bottles bar only this then put me directly off having any food as that could also just be a ding frozen meal.
House keeping 11 out of 10 well done 👍
Did not see or get any offers of parking so parked in the shopping centre £16 for 24hours.
Over all would recommend for the stay if you are eating and drinking elsewhere.
