Muy buena ubicación, servicio de trasporte como el Metro y el autobús a tan solo una esquina.

El servicio bueno, pero no incluye aseo diario, eso es lo único que no me gusto, y muy pequeño. Es mi 1a vez en NY, no se si eso sea normal.

Es la tercera vez que elegimos quedarnos en este hotel. Pero a mi sorpresa ahora es del tipo boutique donde todo lo tienes que buscar tu , el servicio de limpieza no está incluido y tiene un costo de 60 usd x día , lo cual no está tan mal si al menos avisaran antes. No me quedaría de nuevo

I am legally blind and literally could not function in this hotel. I was unable to independently enter the building or my room due to the very small key pads. Because tehre was not a person at the front desk at all times, I had to limit my schedule to when they were on duty. It was visually a nigh**are. I will not be returning. I also feel like this hotel is a walking ADA violation, Please call ou ton our site that the rooms and buidling require a key code so people like myself are aware before we book.

Room was very small, pillows not comfortable, thermostat for heating did not work properly and room would not maintain a consistent temperature.

Rude staff, old building that they clearly tried to “modernize@ in the cheapest ways possible. Up charge for everything. Wifi was out in the building most of my trip.

I've stayed at numerous hotels around NYC and staying at Sonder Henri was the most comfortable experience I have had. The beds are SO comfortable - literally felt like I was sleeping in a cocooned cloud every night. Each room is equipped with a sound machine (lovely touch), and everything was fairly updated. I also appreciate that the Sonder is committed to being more eco-concious so cleaning is available only on demand. One negative was the shower leaked a bit onto the floor. Given that NYC hotel rooms are normally quite snug/tiny the room I booked maximized the space quite well, however it was a bit cosy for two people. Will be staying here again!

Out stay in a room with two double beds was okay. the room was very small for two people. It was stuffy and the air conditioner seemed to turn off at night (sensor?) and it was really hot all the nights we were there. it took us a few times to get the app requests for additional items and on various occasions we had to text twice for things. The front desk folks were very curteous and tried to be helpful.
