Mala reseña. Es una lástima que un hotel tan hermoso haya tenido una buena impresión inicial. La ubicación es buena. Las suites cuentan con servicio de mayordomo y la actitud del servicio del mayordomo también es muy buena. Es una lástima que un hotel tan bueno de Marriott esté ahora bajo administración. Es como una tienda negra. Pagué la habitación por adelantado. Me cobraron una tarifa de habitación cuando me registré. Por una cantidad tan grande de dinero, finalmente saldamos la cuenta claramente después de varias negociaciones con el personal de Ctrip. para cortes de pelo, comidas, etc. cuando nos registramos, para poder ir a la peluquería el mismo día. Me corté el pelo con un cupón y el peluquero aceptó el cupón de 50 yuanes cuando llegó el momento de negociar. Al departamento financiero para deducciones adicionales, se negaron a reconocer el cupón e insistieron en que los cortes de pelo no tenían descuento y eran solo para cenar. En resumen, siento que la otra parte está encontrando formas de deducir más dinero de los clientes. El barbero ya nos había quitado el cupón y era solo una pequeña cantidad de dinero. Ya nos habíamos ido de Nueva York, por lo que solo pudimos reembolsar la gran tarifa de la habitación. Había registros bancarios y no podían negarlo. Pero tardó muchos días en recibir el reembolso. Este hotel no es bueno, ¡nunca más me alojaré allí!

I just stayed at the Motto in Times Square for the weekend, and had a great experience. First, let me say that I was born and raised in NYC (I live about 30 miles north of NYC now), so I know the NYC area very well, and it was such a joy to experience the city as a ”tourist” for the weekend. The hotel is in a great location near Times Square, where access to public transportation is very easy, as well as to restaurants, and Broadway shows. The hotel is very efficient and modern. The rooms are cozy, and very comfortable. The service is excellent, and the breakfast menu is delicious. I very much enjoyed my stay at the Motto in Times Square.

The first thing I will mention is that the hotel is 5 star and is expectedly, very expensive, being in the heart of Times Square. I took this into account when writing my review. If I am paying that much, my expectations would be higher than normal. I stayed for 12 nights over the Christmas and NY period so I obtained a very comprehensive view of the hotel and everything about it. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and the staff were always there to attend to any requests and issues. The moment I got out of my transfer car, there was a lovely young gentleman waiting to get all my bags and transport me upstairs to the reception. The check-in was reasonably flawless but there was a bit of confusion around the payment because of resort fees the hotel charges daily. I prepaid my booking and there was confusion over whether it included or excluded the resort fee. The reception area is immaculately presented and the bar and restaurant are both located here. I intended to use the gym during my stay, but didn't have time to even take a peek. Nor did I visit the bar or restaurant. There's way too many options outside to do that. The very polite and courteous young gentleman then took me up to my room. He showed me everything and away he went. I got a bit of a room upgrade which I highly appreciated and had a beautiful view of Times Square. I was on the 2nd highest floor, floor 39. The room is not big. It was adequate for one person but nothing more. I don't think I would be able to stay here if I was with another person. It would be too uncomfortable and I had to find space for my 2 suitcases and carry-on. The bathroom is open plan, with a door for the shower and toilet. A big problem I had in my room was that if it was windy you will hear a loud whistle coming through the bottom of the front door. It really annoyed me. I had to take the cover off the bed and make a snake shape to block the gap underneath the door to stop the noise. Even a bath towel didn't work. They need to fix this. The hotel is very new and the rooms are very beautifully equipped, presented and maintained. I was pleased to see that most of the things I requested before I arrived (some extra bath mats, bath towels, hand towels, face towels, mini fridge, bathroom scale) were mostly there upon arrival. I quantified the number of towels I needed as I was not getting any housekeeping during my 12 night stay but I did not get the quantity requested. I expected a bit more attention to detail for a 5 star hotel. Before I arrived I was asked if I was celebrating a special occasion and Guest Services pushed up my expectations as I was celebrating a special occassion and they said something nice, I assume maybe a cake or some alcohol would be waiting for me in the room. When I arrived there was nothing. And there was never going to be anything throughout my stay. I didn't mind and only remembered towards the end of the stay. When I enquired via email I was met with silence. They

El hotel ha sido inaugurado recientemente con nuevas instalaciones. Está ubicado en Times Square en Midtown. La entrada y salida de la estación de metro están en la esquina debajo del hotel. Es muy conveniente para ir a varias atracciones. El personal del hotel es muy amable y el desayuno riquísimo, pero no hay mucha variedad para elegir. En definitiva, muy recomendable.

El hotel está en Times Square. La ubicación es muy buena. La habitación es más grande de lo esperado y el efecto de aislamiento acústico es bueno. No hay agua embotellada en la habitación. La variedad del desayuno no es lo suficientemente rica y necesita mejorarse. El precio subió mucho durante la reunión de las Naciones Unidas.

Large room! Kept clean and a gem of a place, they should be proud of it, but out of the way from Times Square, but walking distance! Honestly cannot believe how big the room was and the bathroom was massive too, but had to ask for towels though! Also reasonable price for 4 nights too!

Al pasar por Nueva York, reservé una noche temporalmente. La habitación era muy pequeña, pero la ubicación era buena. El vestíbulo del hotel no está en el primer piso. Hay que tomar el ascensor hasta el vestíbulo para registrarse. Sensación industrial y muchas piezas están hechas de metal.

Lo mejor del hotel es que la ubicación es muy buena, justo al lado del edificio del World Trade Center en el distrito financiero. La recepción también me dio una habitación frente al edificio del World Trade Center. Hay supermercados, tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes. Abajo. La seguridad es la mejor en Nueva York, el inconveniente es que el hotel es relativamente antiguo y las instalaciones de la habitación son bastante satisfactorias.

Hotel correcto,habitaciones buenas para el precio que pagas. Ubicación estupenda. No lo recomiendo si eres un poco impaciente o vienes con poco tiempo, en un hotel con casi 400 habitaciones solo haya dos ascensores. Esperas al ascensor de 15 minutos en un pasillo a 40 grados o, como hacían muchos de los clientes, maletas y escaleras a montón…bueno parar los músculos

Ubicado en Flushing. Es una buena ubicación si quieres explorar el otro lado de Nueva York. Hay muchos restaurantes asiáticos, panaderías y teterías en la zona y lugares interesantes para ver por la noche, como puestos de comida callejera. Mi madre y yo nos alojamos en este hotel y todos fueron muy amables. También nos dieron botellas de agua gratis cuando nos registramos y otra en la habitación. La habitación estaba limpia y era muy cómoda. Me encantaría volver a alojarme aquí en el futuro cuando visite Nueva York.
