Hotel Gutsgasthof Stangl

The staff were really nice. The restaurant was closed so we couldn’t eat there. But the breakfast was delicious. There were plenty of choice. It was 30 min away from the airport with car. Free parking space was available in the hotel.

Super friendly, makes you feel like home from the very first step. Breakfast was delicious, dinner was awesome as well. Clean, elegant and comfortable! Will never try anything different when I am in Munich, by far the very best hotel in this area!

Let me start out with the positives. Our visit was three days in September Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Room #310. First of all, it is so charming from the outside of the building (s). The drive we took to get there went through winding corn fields was so pleasant. There are two beautiful yellow and white buildings separated by a courtyard, outdoor eating/seating area and glass surrounded eating area. This hotel has charm just oozing out of it! Every nook and cranny you turn, there is a different well styled display. The interior decorator of this place should be commended. Even the outdoor grounds were all manicured and had so many different areas for guests to enjoy...just lovely. The breakfast was outstanding, from fresh, fruits, breads to caprese salad. The quaint wood room breakfast area was so cozy and you could just imagine what it was used for from days gone by. I'd love to give this charmer a five start but there were a few negatives. The biggest concern was if you like your sleep, I wouldn't go on a weekend. They must specialize in hosting wedding receptions as they had a wedding on both Friday (around midnight) and Saturday (later than midnight) nights. We had a lovely room facing the church, however, it also is right above the party tent that loud, dance music played all night. The roosters at the farm next door and the chiming of the church bells early in the morning were pleasant ways to wake up but the late night party music I found disturbing. My guess is that how they make a majority of their revenue so they cater to the wedding parties. I can appreciate that. Did the negatives out weigh the positives? NO WAY..I'd stay here again in a heartbeat...might just be during a week day! :)

The hotel was in a small town outside of Munich. The area was rural, quiet and peaceful. The building was charming beautiful, and well maintained. The only negative was no elevator.

Very beautiful place where stay some days near München

Large room with huge bathroom (suite) with very comfortable beds. Clean and nice in every detail. This place is wonderful. The buildings are beautiful, the staff very friendy, nice and helpful and the breakfest was great! The locaction very close to the Munich ring made it a perfect stop on our way through Europe and we will be happy to come back soon!

The food is amazing and the hotel is very charming and family/pet friendly. Wonderful experience for our whole family! Thank you!

This is how a guest house should be run, all the staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful in every way possible. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful, lots of choices for dinner in the various restaurant rooms and cooked to perfection, each room was decorated with beautiful decor, each receptionist was most accommodating with help for various outings we made, The bed was MAHOOOOOOSIVE!! And the soundproofing really works as do the blackout curtains. We would definitely return and cannot recommend Gutsgasthof enough to any visitors! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Great Staff, Restaurant, nice hiking trail nearby. Breakfast and small bar area. Enjoy! Close to shopping and easy drive to Vaterstten and S Bahn. On the Bus line. Plenty of car parking. Ladies you'll love this hotel.
