I expected nicer facilities for the price. Hampton Inns are usually around the same price but on average are nicer.

Love that rooms (at least with pets) have non carpeted rooms. This seems to allow rooms to be cleaner, smell fresher than carpeted rooms. Well insulated rooms .. only slight noise heard from upstairs neighbors. AC unit/heat worked very well and not horribly noisy. We will definitely stay here next time we are through Nephi!

Loved the staff & the original oa**eal. Thank you. I was concerned about the toilet flushing fully. Otherwise, comfortable beds after driving long hours and being not very young. Staff, fantastic customer service. Thank you again for making a hard trip family wise, a bit easier.

The pet room had hardwood floors and was very clean and clean smelling! Best Western knows how to accommodate its pet guests AND the pets' owners, unlike some other hotels that have carpeting in their pet rooms and which stink of urine and just feel filthy! The room was very comfortable and nice. The staff person was kind.
