We chose this place a bit on random based on location and fine review. So not entirely surprised, but we did not know what exactly to expect. The hotel/rooms and restaurant are fitted into existing buildings in this ancient farm. So this is close to one of a kind. We slept in the "Loft" which is an ancient type of two-storey log building, a building from around 1600 but with a modern bath room and comfortable beds. From the outside the building looks totally old, the old door is about 160 cm (challenging for a big man at 200 cm). We had very nice dinner, a set menu (the restaurant is in old barn). Service was quick and friendly. Access is best by private car.
