Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Helpful and smiling staff.
The only problem we had was that we asked to extend our stay by one more night, the price jumped to double then what we paid for one night.
(We had to look for another hotel and in the end we found an excellent hotel at a better price and in a better location....so everything worked out for the best for us...)

We had such a lovely stay at Holston House!
The rooms were clean, modern & comfortable. The politeness of every staff member we encountered really made our stay one of a kind. We will 100 percent return to this hotel next time we visit Nashville.

Everything was really good except one of our 2 rooms wasn’t ready when we checked in at 5:15, they said it was still being inpected. It still wasn’t ready at 6:30, still waitingvto be inspected. They said they would text me when it was ready and I never did get a text. Finally we came back to check around 10:30 at night and it was ready. No apology for not texting, for it being late or anything. The staff was appethetic and dismissive about the inconvenience. After that night the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect place to stay if you want the downtown experience. Walking distance to everything on Broadway. We will be booking here again.

We booked a queen bed premium room. The mattress was awful and the pillows were about 1” thick at best. Rooftop bar is good views but not open. Room was nice and location is awesome. Do not park across the street at the self pay park thats $50 per 8hrs. Go to library parking garage its $10 per 8hrs and is right there by the hotel. Also be aware of the fees. We thought we were paid up and at checkout they charged us a destination fee. $22 then they tax that. Probably better options for your money but your paying for the location. You can walk to everything.

The staff was amazing. Allowing us early check-in and very attentive. My negatives were in the design of the bathroom. First, only liquid soap, no bars; which I do not like. Second, the door was a barn style that slid across. Did not "close" and could not be locked; made me very uncomfortable. Lastly, the shower door did not seal at the bottom so shower water flooded the floor every time. Had to waste a lot of towels.
