La habitación del hotel es muy pequeña, un poco como un hotel de negocios japonés, pero el tráfico es muy conveniente, hay una animada tienda de hamburguesas en la planta baja y, en general, es muy conveniente. El hermano de la recepción también es muy amable.

Muy buena ubicación alado de la estación central y del casco antiguo. El hotel es algo antiguo pero las habitaciones están bien equipadas. Cogimos habitación estándar (categoría intermedia) habitación muy grande ,con cama de matrimonio y sofá cama. Ducha grande, al agua le faltan unos grados más , a mi gusto , que me encanta el agua muy caliente. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas.El desayuno con abundante variedad de dulces coma quizás faltaban más productos salados. Personal muy amable nos ayudaron en todo. Posibilidad de contratar tours desde el hotel.

Este hotel dice que es 3 estrellas y de eso no tiene nada, le daría 1 y de casualidad. Las fotos de este hotel engañan, las habitaciones con camas redondas y sábanas cuadradas que no calzan. El baño nada bien mantenido y sucio. La ubicación es céntrica pero el barrio es horrible, lleno de negros vendiendo en la calle. Da miedo regresar de noche. El wifi no nos llegaba a la habitación, no puedo decir si funcionaba o no. Nooo volvería nunca a este hotel.

La mala comunicación desde el principio, ya que la propiedad era muy difícil de encontrar. En el quinto piso de un edificio de apartamentos muy grande y con un pequeño signo en la puerta, que estaba cerrado y tuvimos que averiguar cómo llamar al escritorio usando el intercomunicador para que nos dejaran entrar. Sería muy apreciado si hubieran compartido esos detalles con nosotros antes de la entrada para salvarnos el tiempo y la ansiedad de tratar de encontrar el lugar. Una vez que entramos, el lugar era muy viejo y se desplomó. No se sentía bienvenido en absoluto. La habitación era la misma y había un terrible olor a azufre que vino de alguna parte del baño. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. No somos personas que necesitan un hotel de lujo por cualquier medio, simplemente buscamos un lugar cómodo para dormir y tomar una ducha. La única razón por la que no le di 1 estrella es que el hombre en la oficina era lo suficientemente útil para llamar a un taxi para nosotros en la mañana y fue un lugar decente como llegamos del puerto de ferry esa noche y llegamos al aeropuerto en la mañana.

Looking to do some sight-seeing in southern Italy near Napoli? Hotel Puntaquattroventi fit the bill perfectly. We were two families of four. We have four boys between us (ages 8 - 15). We were traveling to Napoli & to Pompeii so Ercolano was perfectly positioned in-between the two. Here are the highlights: - The Parking: Included and very accessible. I don’t recall there being a valet but it was steps from the front door in a gated lot. If you have a car, you just pull right in on arrival. - The Rooms: For a family of four, it was good because we could get two queen sized beds and a large bathroom with a balcony overlooking the ocean. One thing to note here: the rooms, as is the entire hotel, were a bit dated. I’d describe it as a very well kept 1980s Miami vibe. Ultimately, every thing was clean and comfortable. - The Pools: There are two salt water pools (one indoor and one out). The indoor pool is olympic sized. Also note the the facilities are used by the community. I think there is a local swim team that practices there but it was never a problem. It sort of added to the atmosphere because the place was all inclusive but you were still around locals. My kids are swimmers and it kept them amused our entire stay. - The Beach: The beach was steps from the outdoor pool. You have to walk down some stair, but it is passable. The beach is a quintessential Naopolitan beach. It’s rocky but they had ample lounge chairs and umbrellas. They even had a covered lanai to get out of the sun. (Both the pool and the beach are almost a must if you are doing a walking tour of Pompeii in July.) - The Food: The breakfast was a buffet and included in our room fee. It was both savory & sweet with pastry & cured meats. Fantastic. The restaurant was great for dinner. All dining areas are on outdoor balconies and have amazing waterfront views. There is also a full service snack bar by the pool that is reasonably priced. Truthfully, we stayed there for four nights and barely eat off the grounds during that time. - The Staff: Knowledgable & courteous (i.e. - They suffered through my very poor Italian but also spoke English when needed : ) - The Price: Considering all it included, it was very reasonable. Ultimately, I decided to write this review months later because I keep thinking back to how amazing it was. I’ve been to Italy several times both alone & to visit my Italian family. This was the perfect place to build in some R & R on a trip that was very busy. I would definitely go there again.

Amazing views of the Bay of Pozzuoli and the Isle of Capri, comfortable rooms and incredible staff! We recently moved to Italy for my husband's job and we have been staying at this hotel while we search for a home. We enjoy the daily breakfast buffet which has a wide variety of choices such as pastries, meats, cheeses and eggs to a variety of coffees and juices. In the evening, we enjoy aperitivo time and then dinner in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff is always friendly, kind and very accommodating. Restaurant staff such as Jennifer and Hugo greet us with kindness, professionalism and respect. They anticipate our needs before we even express to them what our needs are, and they always have a big smile on their faces when we enter. It feels good after a long day to be greeted by them! The Chef prepares fresh and delicious food, and we look forward to seeing what will be on the menu that evening as the menu changes daily. Lastly, the staff who service our room do an impeccable job! The hotel always shines, and they are also very accommodating to our needs. We will miss everyone greatly when we finally ”move” out into our new home. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay, and it is in a great location between Naples and downtown Pozzuoli.

Efficient, well located, well priced, and charming, this little hotel in the center of everything, and near the waterfront promenade, is a solid value. The rooms are clean, neat, modern. Staff is charming. Breakfast is served in a lovely dining room with terrace overlooking Medina Street. I loved this unpretentious hotel which is housed in a 16th century building and was the former dormitory for the castrati boys who sang in the church adjacent. This surprising history certainly adds interest to one’s stay here.
