First thing definitely good location but room very small no windows, night sleep felt itchy, towels smell horrible and toilet a bit flood when having a shower, ventilation fan noisy.early check-out the next day. Too bad having this experience in this hotel.

It was good before, hence coming back. However, in my opinion, the service is not up to standard now. The cleaning of room is only upon request and I was not made known. The room allocated was with no window and too small even for a solo traveller (i need to walk side way and no space for my cabin size luggage). Loud sound from early morning (630AM local time). Probably will not be back again. But the location is definitely a plus point.

Very disappointed and disgusting holiday...at the hotel on 11/11/23 at around 1500 hrs and was told by hotel staffs that i had cancel my booking and indeed very surprise when i do not cancel my booking which i had paid in full could and explaination on this be englighten to me asap.

Hotel location was gd..but the room is alil' bit to small,there was no cabinet to hang ur clothes & u cnt sleep comfortably coz u can hear people talking loudly out of ur rooms...i guess the walls sound proff are bad...

The toilet get easily flooded even if you shower for 20 seconds only. The drain is in a bad spot and the water does not flow to the drain direction. Location is good

We enjoyed the 3 days stay at Sovrano Hotel. A superb location! A walking distance to Grand Mall, BCS and of course local eateries! We loved the ala carte breakfast for the 2 weekdays mornings! Thank Sovrano Hotel n your friendly staff!

Clean but tiny rooms

當我進去的時候有很重的味道😅衞生要改善👎這一方面太不理想😅對面就是百貨公司。去哪裡單很方便。

Front office staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is basic which is acceptable for the price, but my issues are the shower water jet is too weak and small and takes a while to take shower, sometime have hot water sometime no hot water, also no housekeeping done during my 2 nights stay, I have to clear my own rubbish and ask to replace towels.

it is not for the money, the tower is also dirty n not make up the room in the morning.

Friendly staffs and the hotel is clean, opposite grand batam mall which is very convenient
