Al leer los comentarios negativos, me preocupaba inicialmente que no pudiera ofrecer a mis padres un viaje sin problemas, por lo que no hay necesidad de preocupación excesiva. El hotel y su personal superaron todas las expectativas y mis padres se apoyaron en su estancia. En el hotel, el personal de MASON PATTYA fue muy amable, muy útil y profesional, y tuvo un alto nivel de formación, responsabilidad y estaba disponible 24/7 para satisfacer mis necesidades durante mi estancia. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. La familia y yo nos hemos encantado de ofrecer un servicio excelente a tres miembros del personal del hotel: Joe, Far y Bell. Además, la limpieza de la villa no fue un problema durante mi visita, fue bien mantenida y ofreció un ambiente cómodo . Hotel de playa en Jomtien Beach El ambiente es genial Este lugar se llama playa privada que lo tiene todo. porque es bastante tranquilo y con poca gente. En cuanto al hotel, está bellamente decorado y abierto, adecuado para relaj**** en el estilo New Normal. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y cuentan con instalaciones completas. Me gusta que el hotel tenga 2 piscinas. Por la noche, puede sumergirse en el agua y ver la puesta de sol. PD El desayuno tiene mucho para elegir y sabe muy bien.

值得一住！入住時男朋友生日，去到房間一開門有驚喜，床上用樹葉砌咗個happy birthday字樣，仲送咗一個蛋糕，生果盤。 由於我哋住到海邊，而lobby同我去邊有一段距離，所以check-in後，酒店用高爾夫球車送我哋到房間。 洗手間最搞笑嘅係，淋浴係室外的，露天的，我哋冇用到，因為見到地下好多蟻，樹葉，都係喺浴缸沖涼，需要改善嘅係，花灑嘅水一係好熱，一係好凍，調較唔到暖水。 早餐餐廳喺河邊隔離，風景優美，食物選擇種類繁多，不過會有啲蚊。餐廳旁邊就係泳池，不過見到冇咩人游水，因為泳池前面就係海灘，好多人寧願去海灘🏖️打卡影相📸️。 覺得值得揀房間入邊有泳池嘅那款房間，可以游水打卡。

Great location for families with young children! Straight from the tollway and away from the city center traffic. Lovely private beach with swimming pools. There’s also a restaurant and bar right next to the pool which allows even more family time. The hotel size is ideal for us as we travel with a toddler and a baby. Everything is fast and convenient. No need to walk miles and miles from one area to another. Food is great, especially Thai food. We were impressed by the proper pizza oven as well. Prices are reasonable. However, our suggestion regarding food is that the hotel should upgrade the sausages . It was pretty disappointing to not have certain quality of food provided during breakfast from a 5-star hotel. Another thing was the pillows. They all were way too big and high. We ended up not using them unfortunately. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back!

Resta en una casa de dos pisos. En el primer piso, la cocina es un living, en el segundo dos dormitorios. En general, las habitaciones requieren reparación, pero no nos embarazamos. Muy amados el territorio - dos piscinas, ambos limpios. Plantaciones verdes justas. Buen restaurante. Son deliciosos. El personal es amigable. Lo que no le pides - se hará. Internet desearía un poco más rápido, pero compré una tarjeta Sim y el wi-fi se volvió innecesario. No muy lejos de la tienda de mart familiar, a pocos minutos de 7/11, en un acceso a pie de varios restaurantes/cafés. La playa es limpia, los quesos y las sombras que viven en el hotel son gratis. Отель очень понравился, он новый. Внутри все новое. Уборка качественная ежедневная. Белые полотенца меняют каждый день. Шампунь и гель ставят каждый день. Воду каждый день ставят 2 бутылки и кофе сухое. Фен есть. Чайник в номере есть. Кондиционер отлично работает не шумный. На балконе 2 стула и стол, приятно сидеть пить чай и вечером хорошо. Персонал очень приветливый. Бассейн работает до поздна, полотенца выдают бесплатно внизу. Завтраки как везде, голодными не остались: яйцо, овощи, рис (в разном исполнении) спагетти или что то из капусты, к чаю гренки или вафельное печенье и джемы, фрукты только арбуз и ананас (безумно вкусные). Чтоб поесть обед или ужин недалеко есть ”обжорные ряды”. напротив отеля Амбассадор переход через дорогу и там пройтись немного и увидите. Мы ели у Фонн, приятная женщина вкусно готовит. Ели у нее акулу, сома, окуня, осьминогов и тд. Выбирали отели между амбассадором, потом встретили многих туристов оттуда, все плохо отзывались по уборке проблемы и слишком большой отель и старый. Все таки стоило на 6000 больше заплатить, свое турагенство у меня с Москвы путевка обошлась в 134000 на 2 взр. Рядом с отелем магазины севен элевен, можно найти все. Массаж для ног рядом с отелем дешевле чем в других местах 200 батт. Экскурсии брали недалеко от нашего отеля у Анны. У нее дешевле чем у туроператора, у нас был анекс. Немного про военный пляж ездите туда, наш пляж тоже хороший но там белый песок красиво, еда тоже недорогая. Можно добраться самим но местные таксисты хитрят и когда вызываешь от пляжа, то цены в разы выше 500 батт. До военного пляжа нельзя пройтись пешком, там проезжаешь настоящую военную базу, поэтому нужно вызывать такси к самому пляжу. Вот из за этого цена выходит такая же как по экскурсии (входной билет входит в стоимость экскурсии) 800 батт на двоих у нас вышло. На реку Квай очень хотелось но по дням не успели. Брали экскурсию Дольче вита, понравился кормили на убой и выпивки тоже было море, плавали в открытом море и на острове. Под конец все опьянели но обошлось без драк. Я хочу вернуться еще в Таиланд, но уже наверно поеду в Пхукет.

Resta con una novia en febrero de 2020. El hotel es muy nuevo, limpio, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero todas necesarias son: un condón, un refrigerador, un jardín de té, una TV (no observado), un ventilador. Un condón sobre camas, una mesa y una silla de café - en la otra parte de la habitación. La piscina fue muy agradable, la piscina fue muy agradable, la piscina fue muy buena. La casa de la ciudad es un lugar muy importante para los niños, pero no es un lugar muy importante para los niños. El Wi-Fi gratuito en el hotel funcionó perfectamente. La señal del operador no entró en mi teléfono - no se utilizó. La zona del hotel es pequeña, pero todo está arreglado simpático))) Flores y palmeras alrededor))) - todo bien! En general, 3 hoteles idénticos junto a - ”Garunda”, ”Mangrove Hotel” y ”Olive Tree”. El desayuno es bueno, no se mantendrá hambre)) Verduras frescas, carne picada con verduras, salsa, huevos, nueces, arroz, sopa, pasteles, galletas, café, etc. Para los niños, varios tipos de flores y leche. Начну с плюсов, это уединенный отдых, нет толпы туристов, пляж чистый и практически всегда пустой, никто не занимает шезлонги с самого утра)) Вообще у нас было ощущение, что мы отдыхаем в отеле одни, и только на завтраке было понятно , что в отеле гостей много! Еще нам очень понравился бассейн, первый раз в жизни больше хотелось купаться в бассейне чем в горячем море)) Бассейн находится в прекрасном тинистом саду с цветущими деревьями, украшен фигурами слонов и драконов и др. Есть детская зона с джакузи и видом на море. Вообщем очень колоритный! Номер у нас был в корпусе люкс, на втором этаже с видом на сад и соседний отель! Сам номер очень просторный, чистый , мебель старенькая, но добротная, холодильник работал исправно. Постель за 10 дней поменяли один раз, уборка проводилась не каждый день, мусор мы выставляли за дверь, тогда его быстро забирали) Завтраки вполне достойные, всего хватало. Теперь минусы. С наступлением темноты в отеле жизнь останавливается , от слова совсем! Даже гасят фонари, вокруг темнота и тишина ! Мы любители слойного отдыха, но даже нам было скучно) А вот еще самый главный минус , это отдаленность от магазинов, кафе и инфраструктуры! В самом отеле за ужин вы заплатите не малую сумму, если найдете того кто вам его приготовит, и оно того не стоит, поверьте! Не вкусно! Вообще в отеле какие то проблемы с приготовлением еды, после заката )) Даже бар закрывается! Пешком по жаре до ближайшего магазина и кафе идти километра 3. Тук туки проезжаю мимо редко, поэтому мы ездили на такси! Один раз мы ужинали в соседнем отеле, там было вкусно и красиво + посмотрели вечернее шоу!Вообщем отдыхом остались довольны , ведь главное, что мы были с семьей в этой прекрасной стране куда хочется вернуться , но следующий раз выберу отель который будет поближе к инфраструктуре!

This grand hotel is fairly new but suffered 3 years of closure due to CoVid. The historic photos show it in it's pervious glory. As a result of the closure it needs a good deep clean and a refresh however, no doubt, funds are limited so, it seems, they are restarting the business and, I am sure, will invest during the upcoming off season to bring it back up to it's previous glory. The small town itself is not very touristy and the main draw is the incredible Preecha Seafood Restaurant almost next door which gets busy each night and brings the tourists, who stay at the Condotels and Resorts at Ban Amphur Beach, the next beach area South of the Nantra, to eat and then return to their accommodation. When we arrived it was difficult to find the entrance. The hotel is on the seafront but set back from the road. Access is down a narrow alley which has an easily missed red sign at the opening stating, in Thai, that it is the access route to the Nantra. Improving the signage and some white paint could transform the approach. We were in Room 404. The door entry card worked on a bit 9f a hit and miss system. Sometimes it opened straight away other times nothing or a red light flash and a 30second or so delay before it worked. It had a great sea view, I don't know what the view from the rooms opposite was like. There was Aircon, a small fridge, that was rather noisy at night, bottled water but no tea/coffee facilities, mini bar nor phone. There was a safe but it was not secured down. The wash area, toilet and shower room worked well but needed some love. The glass pane between the shower area and bedroom is cracked at the bottom corner. There were limited power points. One above the fridge, one used by TV, one used by fridge, The room needs a tidy up, there are burn marks on floor between the bed and window despite the large No Smoking sign warning of a 2000bht fine for breaching the rule. There are chunks missing from the laminate surfaces and scuffs to the walls. Cleaning seems to be basic as we had a cluster of spiders on the ceiling in the wet area, something Wifey is particularly reactive to. We had a swarm of tiny spiders on the counter above the fridge, across the wall to the door and upwards towards the ceiling plus another load coming down from a hole in the corner of the ceiling in the washroom on to the counter top. We managed to get rid of them but no doubt they will return. Fortunately there were big shelves by the windows onto which we could stash our kit to keep them away from the ants. The ”private” beach is dirty and below the tideline has lots of rubbish during low tide. Whether a quick clean up would solve that or the rubbish would simply be replaced by the next tide I don't know. Placing a net across the mouth of the inlet might help but may affect the whole ecosystem of the inlet. I hope these considerations have been made but sadly I think the general Thai apathy has taken charge. There are no catering facil

My friends and I booked this hotel for 2 nights for a short getaway from Bangkok. The hotel looks nice from the website photos but the reality is very poor. The hotel is in bad condition as it is shabby and not well looked after. The rooms are old, dirty and uncomfortable. For example, ants in the bath, stains on the coffee-making spoons (not cleaned properly) and there was scummy water left in the kettle which made me not want to make a coffee. The pools are run down don’t look very clean. The ‘crystal dip’ pool was dirty and there were many insects roaming the surrounding decks. There were holes in the wooden decking and I saw a person fall through the decking. I have included photos to prove this. Furthermore, there is an exposed pump/filter (see photo) at the beach-side pool which looked very scruffy and not clean. We felt unhappy to use the pool as it didn’t look very clean. The breakfast was fine as there was a variety. Staff are generally friendly and polite but not very proactive. They told us they would send a golf cart to pick up luggage from the car and bring it to the room. We waited 10-15 mins they never turned up so we did it ourselves. After we checked in once we saw the state of room and hotel facilities we shared our disappointment with the reception. They offered to upgrade us to beach side rooms but we would have to pay extra. I was surprised by this as we were not willing to pay more when we were not happy in the first place. We paid 2,500 baht for a garden view room and I don’t think it is worth the money. For this price in Thailand, you can expect a room/hotel of reasonable quality. I would expect this standard if I paid half of what I paid. It is a quiet resort outside of the city with nice views of the sea. It is fine to stay here but don’t expect quality.

My friends and I booked this hotel for 2 nights for a short getaway from Bangkok. The hotel looks nice from the website photos but the reality is very poor. The hotel is in bad condition as it is shabby and not well looked after. The rooms are old, dirty and uncomfortable. For example, ants in the bath, stains on the coffee-making spoons (not cleaned properly) and there was scummy water left in the kettle which made me not want to make a coffee. The pools are run down don’t look very clean. The ‘crystal dip’ pool was dirty and there were many insects roaming the surrounding decks. There were holes in the wooden decking and I saw a person fall through the decking. I have included photos to prove this. Furthermore, there is an exposed pump/filter (see photo) at the beach-side pool which looked very scruffy and not clean. We felt unhappy to use the pool as it didn’t look very clean. The breakfast was fine as there was a variety. Staff are generally friendly and polite but not very proactive. They told us they would send a golf cart to pick up luggage from the car and bring it to the room. We waited 10-15 mins they never turned up so we did it ourselves. After we checked in once we saw the state of room and hotel facilities we shared our disappointment with the reception. They offered to upgrade us to beach side rooms but we would have to pay extra. I was surprised by this as we were not willing to pay more when we were not happy in the first place. We paid 2,500 baht for a garden view room and I don’t think it is worth the money. For this price in Thailand, you can expect a room/hotel of reasonable quality. I would expect this standard if I paid half of what I paid. It is a quiet resort outside of the city with nice views of the sea. It is fine to stay here but don’t expect quality.

La piscina es buena pero no hay advertencia de seguridad aunque es muy profunda en un extremo y no hay nadie alrededor para supervisar. No hay invitados, no es comprensible. Pagamos 50000 THB por 4 días, 4 veces más que lo que pagamos por un suite en Evergreen Hotel (5*) en Bangkok con desayuno. Incluso el barrio está desapareciendo. Así que si usted está buscando unas vacaciones felizes, eviten este lugar!

This grand hotel is fairly new but suffered 3 years of closure due to CoVid. The historic photos show it in it's pervious glory. As a result of the closure it needs a good deep clean and a refresh however, no doubt, funds are limited so, it seems, they are restarting the business and, I am sure, will invest during the upcoming off season to bring it back up to it's previous glory. The small town itself is not very touristy and the main draw is the incredible Preecha Seafood Restaurant almost next door which gets busy each night and brings the tourists, who stay at the Condotels and Resorts at Ban Amphur Beach, the next beach area South of the Nantra, to eat and then return to their accommodation. When we arrived it was difficult to find the entrance. The hotel is on the seafront but set back from the road. Access is down a narrow alley which has an easily missed red sign at the opening stating, in Thai, that it is the access route to the Nantra. Improving the signage and some white paint could transform the approach. We were in Room 404. The door entry card worked on a bit 9f a hit and miss system. Sometimes it opened straight away other times nothing or a red light flash and a 30second or so delay before it worked. It had a great sea view, I don't know what the view from the rooms opposite was like. There was Aircon, a small fridge, that was rather noisy at night, bottled water but no tea/coffee facilities, mini bar nor phone. There was a safe but it was not secured down. The wash area, toilet and shower room worked well but needed some love. The glass pane between the shower area and bedroom is cracked at the bottom corner. There were limited power points. One above the fridge, one used by TV, one used by fridge, The room needs a tidy up, there are burn marks on floor between the bed and window despite the large No Smoking sign warning of a 2000bht fine for breaching the rule. There are chunks missing from the laminate surfaces and scuffs to the walls. Cleaning seems to be basic as we had a cluster of spiders on the ceiling in the wet area, something Wifey is particularly reactive to. We had a swarm of tiny spiders on the counter above the fridge, across the wall to the door and upwards towards the ceiling plus another load coming down from a hole in the corner of the ceiling in the washroom on to the counter top. We managed to get rid of them but no doubt they will return. Fortunately there were big shelves by the windows onto which we could stash our kit to keep them away from the ants. The ”private” beach is dirty and below the tideline has lots of rubbish during low tide. Whether a quick clean up would solve that or the rubbish would simply be replaced by the next tide I don't know. Placing a net across the mouth of the inlet might help but may affect the whole ecosystem of the inlet. I hope these considerations have been made but sadly I think the general Thai apathy has taken charge. There are no catering facil

Начну с плюсов, это уединенный отдых, нет толпы туристов, пляж чистый и практически всегда пустой, никто не занимает шезлонги с самого утра)) Вообще у нас было ощущение, что мы отдыхаем в отеле одни, и только на завтраке было понятно , что в отеле гостей много! Еще нам очень понравился бассейн, первый раз в жизни больше хотелось купаться в бассейне чем в горячем море)) Бассейн находится в прекрасном тинистом саду с цветущими деревьями, украшен фигурами слонов и драконов и др. Есть детская зона с джакузи и видом на море. Вообщем очень колоритный! Номер у нас был в корпусе люкс, на втором этаже с видом на сад и соседний отель! Сам номер очень просторный, чистый , мебель старенькая, но добротная, холодильник работал исправно. Постель за 10 дней поменяли один раз, уборка проводилась не каждый день, мусор мы выставляли за дверь, тогда его быстро забирали) Завтраки вполне достойные, всего хватало. Теперь минусы. С наступлением темноты в отеле жизнь останавливается , от слова совсем! Даже гасят фонари, вокруг темнота и тишина ! Мы любители слойного отдыха, но даже нам было скучно) А вот еще самый главный минус , это отдаленность от магазинов, кафе и инфраструктуры! В самом отеле за ужин вы заплатите не малую сумму, если найдете того кто вам его приготовит, и оно того не стоит, поверьте! Не вкусно! Вообще в отеле какие то проблемы с приготовлением еды, после заката )) Даже бар закрывается! Пешком по жаре до ближайшего магазина и кафе идти километра 3. Тук туки проезжаю мимо редко, поэтому мы ездили на такси! Один раз мы ужинали в соседнем отеле, там было вкусно и красиво + посмотрели вечернее шоу!Вообщем отдыхом остались довольны , ведь главное, что мы были с семьей в этой прекрасной стране куда хочется вернуться , но следующий раз выберу отель который будет поближе к инфраструктуре!

Great location for families with young children! Straight from the tollway and away from the city center traffic. Lovely private beach with swimming pools. There’s also a restaurant and bar right next to the pool which allows even more family time. The hotel size is ideal for us as we travel with a toddler and a baby. Everything is fast and convenient. No need to walk miles and miles from one area to another. Food is great, especially Thai food. We were impressed by the proper pizza oven as well. Prices are reasonable. However, our suggestion regarding food is that the hotel should upgrade the sausages . It was pretty disappointing to not have certain quality of food provided during breakfast from a 5-star hotel. Another thing was the pillows. They all were way too big and high. We ended up not using them unfortunately. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back!

Отель очень понравился, он новый. Внутри все новое. Уборка качественная ежедневная. Белые полотенца меняют каждый день. Шампунь и гель ставят каждый день. Воду каждый день ставят 2 бутылки и кофе сухое. Фен есть. Чайник в номере есть. Кондиционер отлично работает не шумный. На балконе 2 стула и стол, приятно сидеть пить чай и вечером хорошо. Персонал очень приветливый. Бассейн работает до поздна, полотенца выдают бесплатно внизу. Завтраки как везде, голодными не остались: яйцо, овощи, рис (в разном исполнении) спагетти или что то из капусты, к чаю гренки или вафельное печенье и джемы, фрукты только арбуз и ананас (безумно вкусные). Чтоб поесть обед или ужин недалеко есть ”обжорные ряды”. напротив отеля Амбассадор переход через дорогу и там пройтись немного и увидите. Мы ели у Фонн, приятная женщина вкусно готовит. Ели у нее акулу, сома, окуня, осьминогов и тд. Выбирали отели между амбассадором, потом встретили многих туристов оттуда, все плохо отзывались по уборке проблемы и слишком большой отель и старый. Все таки стоило на 6000 больше заплатить, свое турагенство у меня с Москвы путевка обошлась в 134000 на 2 взр. Рядом с отелем магазины севен элевен, можно найти все. Массаж для ног рядом с отелем дешевле чем в других местах 200 батт. Экскурсии брали недалеко от нашего отеля у Анны. У нее дешевле чем у туроператора, у нас был анекс. Немного про военный пляж ездите туда, наш пляж тоже хороший но там белый песок красиво, еда тоже недорогая. Можно добраться самим но местные таксисты хитрят и когда вызываешь от пляжа, то цены в разы выше 500 батт. До военного пляжа нельзя пройтись пешком, там проезжаешь настоящую военную базу, поэтому нужно вызывать такси к самому пляжу. Вот из за этого цена выходит такая же как по экскурсии (входной билет входит в стоимость экскурсии) 800 батт на двоих у нас вышло. На реку Квай очень хотелось но по дням не успели. Брали экскурсию Дольче вита, понравился кормили на убой и выпивки тоже было море, плавали в открытом море и на острове. Под конец все опьянели но обошлось без драк. Я хочу вернуться еще в Таиланд, но уже наверно поеду в Пхукет.

Muy bonita playa del patio, la piscina también es excelente, el equipo de fitness también es bueno, la comida es realmente excelente, las bistecs son frescas y los frijoles también son buenos. Aunque es preferible, el conjunto es perfecto para el ambiente elegante, si hay un servicio de lavandería más grande.

Resta con una novia en febrero de 2020. El hotel es muy nuevo, limpio, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero todas necesarias son: un condón, un refrigerador, un jardín de té, una TV (no observado), un ventilador. Un condón sobre camas, una mesa y una silla de café - en la otra parte de la habitación. La piscina fue muy agradable, la piscina fue muy agradable, la piscina fue muy buena. La casa de la ciudad es un lugar muy importante para los niños, pero no es un lugar muy importante para los niños. El Wi-Fi gratuito en el hotel funcionó perfectamente. La señal del operador no entró en mi teléfono - no se utilizó. La zona del hotel es pequeña, pero todo está arreglado simpático))) Flores y palmeras alrededor))) - todo bien! En general, 3 hoteles idénticos junto a - ”Garunda”, ”Mangrove Hotel” y ”Olive Tree”. El desayuno es bueno, no se mantendrá hambre)) Verduras frescas, carne picada con verduras, salsa, huevos, nueces, arroz, sopa, pasteles, galletas, café, etc. Para los niños, varios tipos de flores y leche. De frutas había arbusto y pinapé. ¡Id al mar.. 10 minutos, la foto muestra un edificio multistorey - este es el Hotel Nirvana - aquí y el mar) tipo de vio un tuck-tuck en el hotel, pero nos caminamos. 值得一住！入住時男朋友生日，去到房間一開門有驚喜，床上用樹葉砌咗個happy birthday字樣，仲送咗一個蛋糕，生果盤。 由於我哋住到海邊，而lobby同我去邊有一段距離，所以check-in後，酒店用高爾夫球車送我哋到房間。 洗手間最搞笑嘅係，淋浴係室外的，露天的，我哋冇用到，因為見到地下好多蟻，樹葉，都係喺浴缸沖涼，需要改善嘅係，花灑嘅水一係好熱，一係好凍，調較唔到暖水。 早餐餐廳喺河邊隔離，風景優美，食物選擇種類繁多，不過會有啲蚊。餐廳旁邊就係泳池，不過見到冇咩人游水，因為泳池前面就係海灘，好多人寧願去海灘🏖️打卡影相📸️。 覺得值得揀房間入邊有泳池嘅那款房間，可以游水打卡。
