The TownHouse Mykonos

Mi marido y yo nos alojamos aquí a finales de mayo durante una semana. Es un gran pequeño hotel boutique en una ubicación central y a pasos de restaurantes, tiendas y la playa local. El puerto para los tours de un día también está a unos pasos del hotel. Teníamos la habitación 8, la habitación tipo loft. Realmente no había una vista, puedes ver las casas adyacentes. La habitación estaba al lado de las escaleras del restaurante. Fuimos en un momento no tan ocupado por lo que no era ruidoso. La habitación era acogedora y perfecta para dos personas. Los artículos de tocador eran productos Clarins de gama alta, lo cual fue una ventaja. No es necesario empacar champú, acondicionador, gel de baño y loción. La presión del agua en la ducha era sorprendentemente fuerte. La cama y las almohadas eran muy cómodas. El aire acondicionado también funcionó muy bien. Nuestra reserva incluía desayuno cada mañana. El restaurante tiene todo lo que pueda desear para el desayuno, incluido café, café con leche, capuchino, etc. Pida el yogur griego con fruta, ¡es increíble! Hay un restaurante en el patio de la azotea del hotel con las vistas más hermosas. Intenta conseguir una mesa para ver la puesta de sol. También hay una terraza en el segundo piso que puedes usar. Si recoges comida para llevar puedes comerla aquí. También hay un gimnasio cerca pero no lo usamos. Lo único que falta en el hotel es una piscina, pero íbamos a la playa la mayoría de los días, así que no fue un problema. El ruido tampoco fue un problema, pero no estoy seguro de si eso cambia durante los meses ocupados. No puedo decir nada malo del hotel. El personal fue muy servicial y amable. Un agradecimiento especial al personal de recepción Ilias, Costas y Pantelis por las recomendaciones y la obtención del transporte y a Stella, nuestra maravillosa mesera, que conocía mi pedido el tercer día y nos atendió todas las mañanas. Espero volver y definitivamente me quedaré en The Townhouse nuevamente.

¡No podemos recomendar este hotel lo suficiente! Fue absolutamente increíble, ¡no nos podemos quejar! Lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera tan especial fue el increíble servicio que recibimos del personal. En particular, Ilias, Kostas, Esmeralda, Athena y Pan. Nos ayudaron con cada pequeña cosa, ya sea recomendaciones de restaurantes y clubes de playa o traslados, hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera tan libre de estrés. ¡Nos sentimos como reyes! El hotel en sí está en la mejor ubicación de Mykonos. A solo unos minutos a pie de todo, incluidos montones de tiendas, restaurantes y Little Venice. Era tan céntrico y hacía que caminar fuera tan fácil. Las habitaciones estaban bellamente diseñadas, eran de buen tamaño y el servicio de limpieza siempre se aseguraba de que estuvieran impecables. El Skybar también fue increíble y tenía las mejores vistas del atardecer sobre Mykonos con increíbles cócteles y comida para disfrutar mientras disfrutaba de las vistas. Nunca nos alojaríamos en ningún otro lugar de Mykonos después de nuestra estancia aquí. Gracias nuevamente a todo el personal por hacer que nuestro primer viaje a Grecia fuera tan especial y definitivamente regresaremos :)

Very welcoming from the time of our arrival to the minute we checked out. All staff were professional, exceptional and attentive to all our needs. I would not hesitate in recommending The Townhouse Mykonos. It was a wonderful travel experience.

This was the best hotel stay I have ever experienced! The hotel is beautiful and our room was fantastic, very chic and extremely comfortable. All of the staff were exceptional and provided unbelievable customer service. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast, which again was fabulous, was served on the hotel terrace and has a lovely view of the square and the sea. The hotel must have the best location in the town. The cocktails here were amazing and the bar had a great vibe created by the staff and the DJ. Do not miss the Sunset Bar. What a venue to sit with friends and watch the sun go down. This was my first visit to Greece or any of the islands and I have to say the standard has been set incredibly high indeed by this hotel Thank you to all at The Town House.

It was a pleasure trip, and we stayed four nights at this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they make us feel at home! Always ready to help us and suggest places, this is the “jewel” of Mykonos. Yes, there are steps, but we didn't have to worry about our luggage items. Esmeralda, Pan, Andreas, Valeria, and Irene are a staff you'll love. They gave us good restaurant suggestions and organized an excursion for us. They didn't hesitate to contact the ferry or book excursions to check the time. Outstanding! Really central.

Just got back from an absolutely amazing week at the Townhouse - cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is a lovely boutique hotel a very short walk from the harbour and town centre, but still undisturbed by noise at night. We were lucky enough to stay in the Townhouse Villa and the rooms were beautiful and always in pristine condition. The Skybar is fabulous - the cocktails, entertainment and views of the sunset and surrounding area were fantastic every night. The staff were all very friendly and attentive - thanks especially to Anthony who always managed to find us seats in the Skybar if we had forgotten to book in advance…special mention has to also go to Smaragda (the beautiful general manager) and Pantelis at reception, who both went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They are the people to ask for top tips for places to eat, best beaches, places to visit and made all the reservations for us accordingly. I highly recommend a day trip sailing to Delos and Rhenia - may seem a bit pricey but is worth every penny. Overall a really lovely trip and most of the credit for that has to go to the staff at this hotel - they are all wonderful. Thank you!

Please BEWARE when booking this hotel. Customer service is horrific and they have taken £8,090 without authorization. I booked multiple rooms for friends to celebrate my 50th birthday 26-30th July and it clearly said that payment was 'pay at property'. Each person would pay their part at check in but on 28th June payments totaling £8,090 were taken from the card uses to secure the reservation. When querying this ********** who we booked with they have confirmed the money shouldn't have been taken but that I need to get the hotel to refund the money back. Having called the hotel on numerous occasions and spoken to Esmerelda I have been told that they believe they can take the money despite the T&C's. A total disgrace. Spent hours trying to sort this and have no money now to go on holiday on my actual birthday. Who would want to go to this hotel for their birthday after this experience?

The TownHouse is a charming property conveniently located inside the gates of Mykonos Town. Walking distance to winding whitewashed alleyways and Little Venice bars and restaurants. The staff is extremely accommodating and do everything to make sure you stay is a pleating one. Special shout-out to Anthony at the front desk who was amazing at helping us organize transfers to venues outside Mykonos Town and also made great recommendations and offered to make reservations as well. He ensured they our transfers ran smoothly and everything was communicated effectively. Thank you Anthony! :-) I am sorry I don’t remember the rest of staff names but they were all wonderful carrying our bags all the way to the gate of Mykonos Town to board our transfer to the airport. Everyone was genuinely concerned with our experience. If you want a conveniently located property in the heart of Mykonos Town that has more amenities than renting an Airbnb in the same area, then don’t hesitate to book this beautiful property. Can’t wait to visit them again when stopping through Mykonos!
