Me encanta este lugar!!! Alimentos, shisha, taxis en todas partes a distancia. El personal del hotel es muy agradable. También hay piscina y spa disponibles. El único problema fue que el desayuno buffet es terrible. Necesitan hacerlo mucho mejor! Probablemente el peor desayuno que he visto en los hoteles que he visitado

Muy bueno. Y los trabajadores del hotel muy amables. En Recepción nos hicieron un upgrade y nos dieron una habitación muy grande, realmente era como un apartamento ya que tenía una habitación más a la entrada con un sofá y el minibar. Todo muy limpio, cama extra grande y buen colchón. El baño amplio y con buenas toallas. Llegamos al hotel por la noche, a la 01:00 de la mañana. Fuimos desde el aeropuerto con un coche recién alquilado. Al aparcar vimos que una ventanilla no funcionaba y no se podía bajar. Una persona que había en recepción ( llevaba la túnica tradicional omaní, dishdasha) se ofreció amablemente a ayudarnos con el problema de la ventanilla e intentó ”repararla”; como no pudo llamó por teléfono desde su móvil al Rent Car del Aeropuerto para comunicar el incidente. Fuimos y nos cambiaron el coche. Desconozco es nombre del trabajador del hotel pero fue muy amable y de le quiero dar las gracias desde aquí. El desayuno no fue nada especial, lo atribuimos a que era Ramadán y no tenía el desayuno habitual. De cualquier modo el hotel es excelente y sin duda volvería.

I am very regular guest in your hotel. Amazing facilities and all the staff is also very king and helpful. I will like to special thanks to Janhavi and Amjad from reception for their great service. Pool is very nice and gym is also nice. Will see the staff soon again

Limpio, acogedor, nuevo, fresco. La piscina está abierta. Bonita sala de fitness. Las habitaciones son cómodas. Desayunos muy sencillos, esto es más bien un inconveniente. Para llegar cómodamente desde y hacia el hotel, definitivamente necesitará un coche o un taxi. No hay nada a poca distancia. Zapatillas y albornoces no están incluidos. Deficiencias menores en la limpieza.

My room was very big, it was clean and very convenient. The front desk was very nice and helpful. especially Ploy. I used the spa and I got the best therapy ever. Especially Joy and Sherly who are very experienced therapist and I recommend their deep muscle massage.

When faced with a 14 hour layover in Muscat from Turkey to Melbourne, Australia via Kuala Lumpur you start looking at airport lounges and other alternatives. I had checked into options before we left Melbourne and found this hotel. When the business lounge options didn't work out as planned this was our choice and it worked well. The Aerotel Muscat Hotel is inside the airport and caters for people who are not leaving the airport and who only have carry on luggage. We approached the reception and found that booking online was cheaper but their advice onto what options they had were invaluable. We chose to rent a room for 12 hours and take half board. We chose breakfast (6-10) and dinner (from 7pm to 11 pm). By 9am in Ramadan the hot buffet had nothing out but they made us an omelet and scrambled eggs on request with sausage pieces, baked beans and hash browns and there was so much we couldn't finish it. Sliced bread and toaster was available and self-serve juice, tea and coffee with slices of carrot and banana cake for desert. Dinner was from options of a set menu again cooked individually. It was a lot cheaper and a lot tastier than other airport offerings. Our room was a garden view room though I gather others may look over airplanes flying in and out. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well during the day. There were only two pillows supplied but I could have asked the front 24 hr reception for more. There was a cupboard with hanging space and you don't need much more luggage storage. We also had a desk with comfortable chair if you needed to work and a couch as well as coffee and tea making and two free bottles of water but no mini-fridge. The large wall mounted TV looked good but, despite three attempts by technical staff, we couldn’t get it to work properly. It wasn't a priority for me who just wanted to sleep but for my husband it was more important. It had nice lamps and ceiling lights and good power and charging points. The central cooling (heating) worked well. I liked the design of the bathroom which was a very modern circular design with the toilet on one side and the shower on the other with the sink basin in between. It had hot water, good water pressure, shampoo and shower gel supplied as well as shower cap and dental kit. There was more in cupboard with the safe including a comb and body lotion which I took a while to notice. There were only one set of towels so we requested extra which we got quite quickly. There were no full length mirrors.
