My husband and I stayed at the Munch Marriott while on vacation for a few days. The staff was helpful and professional. The lobby is going through a much needed update (during May 2023) - I would love to see it after the update - I think it will look amazing!. Our room, while clean and sizable, definitely needed an update. I am hoping that after the lobby update they continue the process to the rooms. The hotel is convenient to the U-Bahn. My husband and I were able to easily navigate from the hotel to ALL of the stops we wanted to make in the city.. The hotel staff was even able to get us our tickets on the U-Bahn, which saved us a stop before boarding. I look forward to staying here again after the updates to the hotel!

A las 9:00, después de nuestro largo vuelo desde Australia, fue excelente para poder acceder a nuestra habitación inmediatamente. Localizado en una zona muy grande de Munich, se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie del transporte público a la ciudad.

What a fabulous hotel! Motorworld has every imaginable car for a car enthusiast and as a guest of the hotel you get access all night long! It was such a unique experience. Book a comfort room for a view of the cars all night. The rooms were clean, large and modern. The showers were great and the breakfast is yummy if you get it. Note: The showers have frosted glass that face into the room and you can see body silhouettes from the room. When one of our rooms had some a/c problems they promptly moved us and were so nice about it! Shout out to Joanna who was so wonderful, as was all of the staff. Beware: there is nothing right around there so you can't just pop across the street to a store or restaurant. The museum has 2-3 restaurants and a coffeehouse. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who loves cars or likes a unique hotel. My son made a TikTok of the hotel that's gone viral so you should book fast lol

Habitación limpia, baño y WC con una puerta de desplazamiento, para dos personas más problemática. Como en casi todos los hoteles, el ducha es inestable! Inventario nuevo. Buena conexión de metro (500m) posibilidades de compras cerca (Olympia shopping center) desayuno tumba 'n' Go, pero hay un café externo en la misma casa. Mucho mejor! La zona es conveniente y no invita a la refrigeración. Para la ubicación es demasiado caro

El proceso de entrada fue una catástrofe. Los dos colaboradores de la recepción fueron tranquilos y amables, pero demasiado lentos. No puede ser que tengas que esperar media hora antes de poder entrar. Esto es totalmente inaceptable.

When we had to book a hotel in Munich, most of the other hotels were very expensive or they were booked out. The niu loco still offered rooms under 100€ per night (breakfast included!) under fair conditions. The niu is not far away from the motorway. Its neighborhood/surroundings are not beautiful. Luckily, the heavy traffic outside could not be heard in the building at all. You can park your car underground for 10€ per night. The next Tube station is within easy reach: you can walk there in 5 to 10 minutes. Line 6 takes you to Schwabing and Marienplatz directly (3€50 for one ride). My room was quiet, clean, and cozy. The bed was comfortable. There was no mini bar, but a TV with a big screen. In a box there were some games and a toy for children. The bathroom was extremely clean. I was fascinated by the disco lamp, which produced “psychedelic” light effects on the ceiling and walls. The lounge opens up into the breakfast room. Their breakfast offered a wide choice of rolls, different types of delicious German bread, various jams, sausages, fruit, yoghurts and mueslis. At the coffee machines there was self service. The coffee tasted good. Contrary to what you can read in some of the other guests’ reviews, I found the staff open-minded and cooperative. In a nutshell, I would readily return to the niu loco, because it has got many more advantages than disadvantages. My colleague wants to return there with his family.

Zuerst war ich schockiert und hatte schon gar keine Lust mehr, dort hinzureisen. Ich hatte vorab eine Frage und rief im Hotel direkt an. Am Telefon war ein sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter, der nicht wirklich hilfreich war und sich meinem Problem auch nicht annahm. Naja, dennoch hingefahren. Vor Ort hatte ich absolutes Glück, der unfreundliche Mitarbeiter vom Telefon scheint während meines Aufenthaltes frei gehabt zu haben oder war an der Front nicht sichtbar. Welch eine Freude! Alle Mitarbeiter:innen, auf die wir getroffen sind, waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war für den Preis top. Natürlich sollte man hier keinen Caviar und Champagner erwarten, auch Lachs und solche Dinge fehlten. Dafür gab es lecker Eier, Bacon, Brot und Brötchen und was man von salzig bis süß eben so braucht. Auch verschiedene Säfte gab es. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und für den Preis völlig ok. Es lässt sich nun darüber streiten, ob man diese offenen Bäder bzw. Glaswände zum Bett hin braucht oder nicht. Hier war es wenigsten eine Milchglasscheibe. Wenn man mit einem Kumpel das Zimmer teilt wäre etwas Privatsphäre fürs Bad besser. Als Pärchen mag es ja ok sein. Aber gut, wir sind damit zurecht gekommen. Die Lage vom Hotel ist OK. Man hat direkt eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Tür und ist in wenigen Minuten an der Münchner Freiheit, hier gibt es viele Umstiegsmöglichkeiten zu Bussen und Bahnen. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. La habitación era grande, limpia y el personal era muy amable y útil. La zona inmediata no es exactamente bonita. Piensa funcional. Pero es muy seguro y hay un gran supermercado a la puerta. El hotel está situado en el centro de Munich, y el transporte público es excelente. El hotel tiene un tranvía/termino junto al hotel y un autobús (que te llevará a una estación de metro en unos minutos). También es fácil conseguirlo por transporte público desde el aeropuerto (si planea).

Muy bonito hotel que se toma principalmente por los negocios. Pero este era el único hotel que ofreció a un precio asequible media pensión a través de booking.com. Algunos malentendidos al llegar, no sabían que esto había cambiado, normalmente es sólo desayuno ....pero bien,todo está bien y cada noche un menú de 3 pasos, bueno desayuno e incluso una vez un buffet noche ...muy amable personal . Tranvía a 15 minutos, lo que te hace sentir en el centro de Munich.

¡Es un servicio fantástico desde el proceso de reserva, donde, debido a una petición extra, el director se cuidó muy bien y se fue a la milla extra! El hotel dispone de una amplia gama de habitaciones, una gran televisión, una bienvenida personalizada con un regalo elegante, una agradable ducha de lluvia y un gran bar y desayuno. ¡Todo esto a un precio muy asequible, sin duda recomiendo este hotel a todos!

The hotel is a fair way out of the city centre, however there is a tram located close by. There are a couple of shops and cafes within a 10-15 minute walk, other than this, there is not much close by. The hotel looks nice online, however the rooms are extremely dissapointing. The bed is massive, and yet the duvet and pillows look as if they belong on a single. The room itself was quite scruffy, with marks all over the walls, mould in the shower and an general odd odour. The toilet is seperate from the shower room, which is useful, however the door for both the shower room and toilet is shared. The toilet flusher kept getting jammed, resulting in constant running of water, this was fixed by trying to pull the flusher back level with the wall. The walls to the shower room, and the shared door are both made of glass, meaning that in the middle of the night the other person in the room is woken by the light coming from these rooms. The curtains do not fit the windown frame and are not blackout. Alot of light comes through both the curtain and round the sides. Online it states the room is soundproofed, this is not the case. The room was noisy and we could hear people outside and in the corridors. The bathroom includes a built in hair dryer, whcih looked like it was made in 1970. There were not enough plugs in the room and the mini fridge was not cold enough. There is a safe, which comes in handy for passports etc. The room also has a basic coffee machine, but we were only given two pods, after they were used, there was no more coffee in the room. We chose not to have breakfast as it was overpriced, especially when a short tram ride takes you to the centre of Munich, where lots of cafes offer much cheaper breakfast. The one positive about this hotel is the WIFI, its pretty good. We would not return.
