Hoteles con vistas a la montaña en Ulán Bator

Aurora Hotel is a relatively new hotel in Ulaanbaatar, located along Peace Avenue in the western part of UB City. It is about 15mins walk to an Emart and it is also pretty easy to book a taxi/cab using UBcab mobile app to get around as visitors. I highly recommend Aurora Hotel for short visits to Ulaanbaatar, despite it's non-central location. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a decent variety and quality. Khulan Restaurant on the 2nd floor also serves good Mongolian cuisine. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were served breakfast in our room during the Tsagaan Sar festival and it was a generous portion. Unfortunately during our visit, the gym and sauna were closed and we weren't able to use them.

La habitación era muy buena, pero no tenía ni limpiadores ni humedales, lo que hizo que el aire fuera muy seco. Tanto mi niño como yo experimentamos constantemente estatica en nuestros cabellos durante toda nuestra estancia. También sufrimos congestión nasal seca, incluyendo trastornos sanguíneos en el mucoso. Otro factor que podría haber contribuido a la sequía fue el carpetamiento. Los tapices no parecían limpios, ya que la nieve y la muelle de invierno habían dejado huellas visibles.

This hotel was not as grand as we remembered of Kempinski Hotels, and in fact felt a little dated. Especially the twin-bed room which had an odd layout. But it was comfortable and had all the amenities you could need. Staff were very helpful and professional. We ate one night in the hotel and food was good. The hotel is about 2km from the square. You can walk it (about 30 mins) but it is also to get a UBcab anywhere using the app.

Muy bueno hotel! Hay todo para una estancia cómoda. Muy bueno ubicación y servicio. Fuimos ofrecidos con un taxi a la estación de tren y también con desayuno, a pesar de que nos demos cuenta muy temprano. Podemos recomendar este hotel a todos los que planean visitar Ulaanbaatar.

Good and clean hotel. While it's rated as 5-star, I would give it a high international 4-star rating. Staff are helpful and their English is very good. Location overlooks the main square of UB - this is a plus and minus. If there are a lot of activities/celebrations going on while you're in UB and you're facing the square, you'll hear ALL OF IT. If you're looking to go the main business area just north of the Shangri-la Mall, then it's about a casual 15-minute walk.

Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Servicepersonal. Auch das Transferpersonal war zuverlässig und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung – ich würde wiederkommen!

La habitación era relativamente espaciosa, pero había marcas de cigarrillos en el sofá. El ambiente general era clásico y antiguo, pero el personal, disponible las 24 horas, fue realmente genial. El aire acondicionado no se podía bajar de 25,5 °C, así que hacía un poco de calor, pero lo aguanté con el ventilador y el de techo. Al principio me molesté cuando dijeron que era un problema debido a la temperatura anormal, pero lo entendí.

I stayed at Eagle Town a second time on my way home from Mongolia, and even though I arrived late, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the guy at the front desk whose name I didn't catch. He got me a ride to the airport the day after, and -- although this was a misunderstanding -- had prepared the room specially to house four people (I was traveling alone, but Trip.com had made it look like there were four of us). The rooms are nice, with very comfortable beds, perfect after having been in the countryside for a week. The location is rather close to Chinggis Khan Airport, or at least as close as you're likely to get for now, and there are plenty of grocery stores and convenience stores in the area. I didn't have any use for the kitchen, but it seemed to be supplied with at least some basics for people who want to cook themselves.
