I really loved staying here. The place was incredibly clean, comfortable, and cozy, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Everything I needed was already there, which made the stay so easy and relaxing. You can really feel the warmth and care that went into making this place. I’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

1泊で利用しました。 航空機の関係で到着時間が深夜になってしまいましたが、オーナー様のチャットサポートが手厚く非常に助かりました。特に、空港からタクシーに乗る際にこの画面を運転手に見せてくださいとメッセージをいただき、その通りに運転手に見せるとスムーズにホテルに辿り着くことができました。部屋のロック解除の際にトラブルがあった時もオーナー様が現地まで来ていただき手伝ってくれました。ありがとうございました！ 部屋は非常に広く、清潔で、快適に過ごすことができました。ロフトの梯子はなかなか高いので注意が必要です！ コンビニもあるモールがすぐ近くにあり、立地含めて総合的に満足度が非常に高い宿泊でした！おすすめです！！

La ubicación es excelentecer a las principales atracciones, tiendas y restaurantes haciendo que sea muy conveniente para los viajeros de negocios y de ocio. Las habitaciones son nuevas, modernas y limpias, una gran estancia con un buen valor y un ambiente agradable.

I loved this hotel because the staff were so universally friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was just lovely. I had two great meals there. Good value for money too. My one big complaint is the room was way too hot. It was 33°C. The air conditioning didn't work. The only advice I could be given was open the window. The 3 inches it opened. Nothing worked and it did make sleep difficult. Such a shame as it puts me off rebooking for October when I go again. There is an excellent ”Walking Street” opposite the hotel with restaurants and bars, so I'll be sad to change to a different hotel. Fix the room temperature, please!

We stayed here with our family and relatives, and it was a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The room was clean and cozy. There wasn’t Wi-Fi, but it honestly helped us disconnect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings even more. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the beef khuushuur. The mushroom boortsog served at breakfast was absolutely amazing. We were able to truly relax and enjoy the quiet, beautiful nature. My 3-year-old sibling and my 5-year-old sibling loved it so much that when we returned to the city, they kept saying they wanted to go back. Our whole family will definitely be visiting again.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La Ulaanbaatar, and overall, I had a very positive experience. What stood out most to me was the excellent location and the consistently great service throughout my stay. If you’re considering this hotel, I’d recommend it—especially if location + service are your top priorities.

We had a pleasant stay overall, the most positive thing is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. However, I have to note a few negatives: I was quite shocked that a 5-star hotel did not have a working AC, it was very hot in the room and very noisy and smelly outside to open the window. The rooms are a bit dated. While breakfast was varied enough, the quality wasn't up to standard compared to other Kempinski hotels I stayed in.

Buen y limpio hotel. Aunque se clasifica como 5-star, le daría una alta calificación internacional 4-star. El personal es útil y su inglés es muy bueno. La ubicación olvida la cuadrática principal de UB - esto es un plus y minus. Si hay muchas actividades/felicidades que se están realizando mientras estás en UB y estás enfrente de la plaza, oirás TODO DE IT. Si estás buscando ir a la zona principal de negocios justo al norte del Mall Shangri-la, entonces es un paseo casual 15-minute.

A really excellent hotel! The reception staff are so friendly and professional, and they speak very good English. They helped give me directions to nearby ATMs and also called a taxi service for me to go to the airport on my last day. The room was always very clean and the bed was comfortable. They have a laundry service that is quite cheap, and it was very convenient - you just have to put your dirty clothes in a bag and give it to reception, and they will return it to your room (usually on the same day). The breakfast was also delicious - a combination of a cooked breakfast, fruits, yoghurts, salad, cereals and cakes, along with tea, coffee and juice. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely come back!

Esta casa, que está reservada para su ubicación geográfica (a cerca de donde voy), es de todo tipo, aunque no en un punto muy malo, pero no puede ser capaz de hacer nada. La noche puede oír el sonido de KTV, el desayuno es muy malo, no es delicioso, la comida fría es principalmente, el servicio es muy general, el servicio de sonrisas no puede hacerse, el restaurante del segundo piso no está bien.
