UUsuario invitadoMe gustaría escribir una reseña justa de mi estancia en el B&B de Emeishan.
El servicio fue espectacular.
1) El hotel ofrece servicio gratuito de recogida y regreso desde la estación de Emeishan (no confundir con la estación de Emei), a unos 7-8 minutos en coche. Les informé por WeChat de qué trenes tomaría y que mi primer tren llegaría para dejar mi maleta grande en su casa, antes de regresar a Leshan durante medio día y regresar a Emeishan por la noche. No solo aceptaron enviar a alguien a la estación de tren para recogerlo, sino que también aceptaron recoger solo mi equipaje sin necesidad de que lo acompañara. Así pude añadir una hora más a mi viaje a Leshan. Luego vinieron a la estación de tren una segunda vez por la noche para recogerme de vuelta al hotel.
2) El hotel responde rapidísimo por WeChat, como si lo estuvieran monitoreando constantemente. 3) El hotel pudo gestionar la compra de entradas para un espectáculo, ”Solo Emeishan”, a un precio inferior al que se encuentra en la página web oficial.
4) El hotel incluso dejó la maleta en mi habitación antes de mi llegada.
5) Cuando les dije que no me prepararan el desayuno, ya que salía a las 7:00 a. m. del día siguiente para ir a Emeishan (el desayuno es a las 7:30 a. m. en el hotel), se ofrecieron a guardar algunas cosas en una caja de plástico para que las llevara.
¡Un servicio de 5 estrellas en cuanto a la organización!
Me dieron una habitación muy grande y nunca usé la bañera con las hierbas de baño, pero agradezco la mejora. Me encantó que me dieran una botella de agua gigante y dos más pequeñas, demostrando su interés por la gente que quiere subir a Emeishan.
Por favor, no esperen demasiado de lo que llaman ”Té de la Tarde” incluido en el paquete. Es simplemente una pequeña bandeja de fruta seca/fresca, así que no constituye una comida.
Pero no sería justo con los lectores si no diera una opinión equilibrada.
a) Los herrajes están un poco desgastados. Las tablas de madera de la ducha están negruzcas y hay marcas de agua en la piedra del baño.
b) Los enchufes no están bien ubicados. Están en la parte inferior de una pared, en un lugar aleatorio, y no hay nada cerca de la mesita de noche.
c) Las luces de la habitación no están bien ubicadas.
d) Había una botella vacía debajo del armario cuando entré por primera vez en la habitación, que no vi ni siquiera el segundo día.
e) Como no conozco Emeishan, tampoco sabía que la zona de 黄湾 no es precisamente la principal zona de actividad en Emeishan. Dicho esto, el hotel está a 5-7 minutos a pie de la entrada/salida de 黄湾 a Emeishan. Creo que la entrada/salida del Templo Baoguo sería más popular. Hay varios restaurantes cerca del restaurante, pero la gran mayoría parecen cerrados o vacíos, por lo que no se siente muy animado, ni de día ni de noche.
En resumen, recomiendo este hotel, ya que es un hotel familiar. Toda la familia depende de su apoyo. Apoye a los pequeños comercios locales y denles una oportunidad.

The hotel is very big and you can organise a complementary tour of hotel grounds even. Our favourite feature is the room’s hot spring and the 24/7 butler service! Special shoutout to the great service provided by our butler, he gave us daily updates of the weather and route recommendations too.

Nunca pensé que encontraría un hotel tan fantástico al pie del monte Emei.
¡También es muy adecuado para unas vacaciones familiares!
Desde las instalaciones de hardware hasta los servicios, ¡todo es realmente genial! Es el tipo de hotel que recomienda la conciencia. El ambiente del hotel es muy cómodo. Todo el hotel está rodeado de bosques verdes. También hay recién casados celebrando una boda en el césped.
La habitación del hotel también es muy grande. Somos dos adultos y dos niños.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

LLanJiangWe initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff.
When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough.
If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting.
A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance.
If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay.
A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

UUsuario invitadoIt is a bit run down but it suits your needs. I was on the 4th floor and didn't find it that nice in the sense that a mosquito still flew in and bit me during the night (you could hear it in the room). And because there's no solid wall separating you from the living room (there's just a shelf), there wasn't any way to effectively shut the mosquito out. The night porridge also came with a piece of hair in it so from that point on, I stopped asking for the nighttime porridge.
The staff are not that nice and are actually quite rude. For example, the lady who made my milk tea and most of the front-desk staff with the exception of one. I have to shout out the shuttle driver; he was so incredibly friendly and really made me feel welcome, while everyone else made me feel like a hassle. My Chinese isn't that great but I try my best, and the lady who made the free milk tea acted like a burden when I asked her to repeat things and didn't even bother explaining what it was. They are not that friendly over WeChat either compared to other hotels I've stayed at.
Again, I have to shout out the shuttle driver. I never got his name but he was so cheerful and nice. He also helped unclog the toilet several times; not sure if there was some kind of plumbing issue but it clogged almost every single time and so I unfortunately called him a lot. But he was so patient and helpful every single time and he is the highlight of my stay. Everyone else should adopt his attitude rather than being cold over the WeChat customer service support chat, or basically shouting at you because you are having trouble understanding the free milk tea options.

RRenny9898This is the hotel you should go to if you want good onsen facilities and great views from your room.
The hotel staff were all friendly and meticulous. There were even lifeguards on duty at the heated swimming pools for both indoor and outdoor.
Though it wasn't a private onsen room, the onsen facilities were easy to navigate to, and the room came with beautiful views.
Their onsen facilities were clean, and came with a wide variety. The hotel had temperature indicated for each onsen, and all indoor onsen pools had different herbal onsens. The outdoor onsen pools were pretty interesting and fun too. One was for kids that came with a water play feature, the other one was a swirly pool for adults (the swirls were pretty strong, so make sure your child is supervised by an adult at all times).
The changing rooms were also spacious and clean.
There's also a vendor in the indoor heated pool and onsen area selling snacks and drinks. You have the option of sitting and lounging around with the tables and lounging chairs available.
Our hotel room was very spacious and clean for our family of four. There are restaurants and convenience stores right beside the hotel, so meals and purchases were very convenient.
The hotel restaurant and breakfast was alright, though not fantastic compared to better food choices in Chengdu.
The hotel location is fantastic as it was just a 10-15 mins drive away to the entrance of Emeishan.
Overall, though it was only a one night stay, we had a great experience and time here.

UUsuario invitadoGreat service from all the staff here, who took good care of our needs during our stay. The free transfer from train station to the hotel is convenient. Special mention to Mr Li, the manager of the hotel, who was easy to deal with, and he tried his best to resolve issues during our stay.
The hotel is renovated within last few years, looks good, is clean, but the functionality of the rooms is not as well designed as it could have been. Having said that, it was overall a pleasant stay.
Location of the hotel is within a short walking distance to the Tourist Centre to enter Emeishan, and is situated right next to the river. Restaurant options nearby are limited however, and many not opened, perhaps due to current low season for tourists. Hotel breakfast is descent with reasonable range of food to choose from.
