Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The rooms were excellent—very comfortable, clean, spacious, and well maintained—but what really made this hotel special was the incredible level of hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel prepared a special welcome dinner for us, and they also organized a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. They went far beyond what we normally expect from a hotel. Transportation was arranged for us to different tourist attractions, as well as to train and bus stations, making it extremely easy to explore the area. The staff also helped us plan our excursions to the different mountains nearby, giving us recommendations and making sure we were properly prepared. For our excursions, they even prepared lunch boxes with food and provided shoe covers, rain protection, umbrellas, and everything else we might need depending on the weather. These small details made a huge difference and allowed us to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. What impressed us the most was how attentive, kind, and proactive the entire staff was. They didn't just provide accommodation—they genuinely cared about making our whole trip as comfortable, easy, and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed something, they were ready to help, often anticipating what we might need before we even asked. The combination of excellent rooms, outstanding service, transportation, excursion assistance, thoughtful meals, and personal attention made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone planning to explore the mountains and attractions in the area. El hotel tiene un ambiente muy bueno, justo al pie del monte Emei. Si no va al Monte Emei, puede caminar por el Campus Emei de la Universidad Southwest Jiaotong, el Templo Baoguo y el Templo Fuhu, que están bordeados de árboles verdes y tienen un ambiente tranquilo.

It was exciting for them to see the robots bringing our takeout directly to our room—it added a fun twist to our dining experience! Helpful Staff The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and offered valuable recommendations for local attractions. Their insights helped us make the most of our time in Leshan, ensuring we didn’t miss any must-see spots. Amenities Another plus was the free parking available in the basement, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. Considerations However, it’s worth mentioning that there was some road construction just outside the hotel during our stay. While it didn’t significantly impact our experience, it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer quieter surroundings. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we would recommend this hotel for families visiting Leshan. The combination of clean accommodations, unique features like the robot service, and helpful staff made for a memorable trip!

Our family had the most wonderful stay at Nanyuan Ancient Homestay. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had stepped into a living piece of history — but with all the modern comforts you could wish for. The traditional architecture is absolutely beautiful, with charming wooden details, tranquil courtyards, and a quiet elegance that's hard to find anywhere else. Every corner of the homestay tells a story, yet the rooms were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped — and spacious enough for our whole family to feel comfortable. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready with a smile, local tips, and even a delicious home-cooked breakfast featuring regional specialties. While not a family member, they treated us like one — attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. Waking up to the scent of tea and the sound of birds in the ancient alleyways was pure magic. If you're looking for an authentic, peaceful escape with genuine hospitality and a deep sense of place — especially if you're traveling with loved ones — Nanyuan Ancient Homestay is a true gem. We left feeling rested, inspired, and already dreaming of returning. Highly recommended for families who want more than just a place to sleep — but a memory to cherish together.

Dos habitaciones, dos noches de estancia: ¡en resumen, valió la pena! Quedé sumamente satisfecho con el Hotel Orange Tree. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cuenta con instalaciones completas, un desayuno abundante y un servicio excelente. Antes de mi llegada, la gerente de atención al cliente, Xiao Ma, se puso en contacto conmigo con antelación para informarme sobre todo, ofreciéndome directamente una habitación privada con aguas termales y organizando un servicio de transporte desde y hacia la estación. ¡Magnífico! ¡Muy recomendable!

Está muy cerca de la estación de Emeishan y de la calle de restaurantes. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias, el agua termal es bastante limpia y no hay mucha gente. Es ideal para quienes quieran descansar después de bajar de la montaña y tomar el tren a la mañana siguiente. El desayuno es bastante bueno.

El hotel goza de una ubicación excelente, justo al lado del templo Baoguo, rodeado de exuberante vegetación, con aire puro y un ambiente tranquilo por la noche. La decoración es elegante; el lavabo está hecho con el armazón de una máquina de coser antigua, un estilo clásico pero a la vez original, y las habitaciones de estilo wabi-sabi son únicas. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento. Como llegamos temprano, antes de que el conductor empezara a trabajar, nos reembolsaron el taxi. ¡Sin duda recomendaría este hotel a mis amigos que visiten la montaña Emei!

This is not a 4 or 5 start resort. It’s a 5 star room down the river. The restaurant was closed when we were there, so called gym does not exist at all, swimming pool is small like a pond and the bigger one is for kids. There is no garden or anything that covers the road and the bridge you can hear easily while staying down the swimming pool. The big bonus is the bathroom- big and modern exactly like on the picture and the spring water hot tub that works well and can create a great time during the night as you can hear the river. Light system is amazing. You can find any light that you need to set up a mood. People are very nice and friendly. The front desk does not have ‘ business card’ and location of the hotel was written down on a paper. Really little things that shows this place has a potential but not in the current set up. You can’t lock the room door when you are not inside- only the garden gate. Who would design such a thing? I know it’s a safe destination but still. There is no safe either. People create this place special but it does not meet a high standard resort score.

Wu Yujia, una empleada de recepción, nos cambió a una habitación king con balcón en el edificio principal. Incluso nos agregó a WeChat para informarnos sobre el programa de actividades del hotel y otra información. La habitación era bastante espaciosa. El desayuno incluía especialidades de Leshan como pudín de tofu y pan plano.

The location for this hotel was amazing! It was right on the river and it also was right next to the food street, which was so fun and bustling full of energy. It only took an 8 min car ride to get to the Leshan Buddha statue by car. This is hotel’s infrastructure is old but the actual rooms look newly updated. It has a nice projector, although we could never figure out how to increase the sound (so you might need to check with them), and it has comfortable beds and a tub. The tub in our first room didn’t drain so we had to switch rooms. Then the tub in the second one drained even when the plug was in so we needed to make a quick bath. But for staying one night, these inconveniences didn’t bother us. The best thing about this hotel was being close to the food street and just walking out our hotel door conveniently to try all the Leshan delicacies. We also enjoyed walking along the river and seeing the ayis dance and the mini stands selling things. You could walk to the buddha view in just 10 min too.
