Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The rooms were excellent—very comfortable, clean, spacious, and well maintained—but what really made this hotel special was the incredible level of hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel prepared a special welcome dinner for us, and they also organized a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. They went far beyond what we normally expect from a hotel. Transportation was arranged for us to different tourist attractions, as well as to train and bus stations, making it extremely easy to explore the area. The staff also helped us plan our excursions to the different mountains nearby, giving us recommendations and making sure we were properly prepared. For our excursions, they even prepared lunch boxes with food and provided shoe covers, rain protection, umbrellas, and everything else we might need depending on the weather. These small details made a huge difference and allowed us to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. What impressed us the most was how attentive, kind, and proactive the entire staff was. They didn't just provide accommodation—they genuinely cared about making our whole trip as comfortable, easy, and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed something, they were ready to help, often anticipating what we might need before we even asked. The combination of excellent rooms, outstanding service, transportation, excursion assistance, thoughtful meals, and personal attention made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone planning to explore the mountains and attractions in the area. We had a 3d2n stay at the 绿竹 guestroom and experience was very enjoyable. The room was comfy, clean, and the service was impeccable. Food (both breakfast and dinner) were extremely tasty. The hotel is located away from the hustle of the touristy area and provided a sense of serenity, an escape from the crowds, shrowded among mist and forest. Transport to-fro the 五显冈 bus station was provided and they were very responsive to messages on WeChat. Highly recommended 整体体验非常棒！ 服务周到、 食物好吃、客房舒服干净。 世外桃源。

The good: - the location is fantastic with lots of hiking nearby and easy to get to the buses for Mt. Emei - the staff are very friendly The bad: - the hotel is definitely looking tired and dated: chipped woodwork in the rooms, flaking paint on the balcony. - only one of the many bars is open. Everytime we wanted to order something we were shown a huge menu, only to then be told most things were not available - this included wines, beers and food. - the hotel was incredibly quiet with the restaurant and bar being completely empty most of the time we were there. Whilst not the hotel’s fault, it dead mean a complete lack of atmosphere. - various items were listed as included when booking with Trip.com - none of them were available or in fact included. - when advise was needed from reception: the information given was often not accurate. The staff were wonderfully friendly, they just did not seem to have accurate information or to check it. Overall: this was the most expensive hotel booked during my three week tour of China and the most disappointing. I would unfortunately not recommend, especially in low season.

Such a clean and beautiful hotel! Every corner is thoughtfully decorated with flowers to add on to the charm of the place. The staff was warn and was very helpful to give me tips for eating and travelling. The reception helped me to arrange for my luggage to be delivered to the hotel first so that I have more time to visit the Golden Summit as soon as I reached the train station. The breakfast was nutritious and had a good selection, even freshly cooked noodles. Highly recommended!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cuenta con instalaciones completas, un desayuno abundante y un servicio excelente. Antes de mi llegada, la gerente de atención al cliente, Xiao Ma, se puso en contacto conmigo con antelación para informarme sobre todo, ofreciéndome directamente una habitación privada con aguas termales y organizando un servicio de transporte desde y hacia la estación. ¡Magnífico! ¡Muy recomendable!

El hotel goza de una ubicación excelente, justo al lado del templo Baoguo, rodeado de exuberante vegetación, con aire puro y un ambiente tranquilo por la noche. La decoración es elegante; el lavabo está hecho con el armazón de una máquina de coser antigua, un estilo clásico pero a la vez original, y las habitaciones de estilo wabi-sabi son únicas. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento. Como llegamos temprano, antes de que el conductor empezara a trabajar, nos reembolsaron el taxi. ¡Sin duda recomendaría este hotel a mis amigos que visiten la montaña Emei!

Great service from all the staff here, who took good care of our needs during our stay. The free transfer from train station to the hotel is convenient. Special mention to Mr Li, the manager of the hotel, who was easy to deal with, and he tried his best to resolve issues during our stay. The hotel is renovated within last few years, looks good, is clean, but the functionality of the rooms is not as well designed as it could have been. Having said that, it was overall a pleasant stay. Location of the hotel is within a short walking distance to the Tourist Centre to enter Emeishan, and is situated right next to the river. Restaurant options nearby are limited however, and many not opened, perhaps due to current low season for tourists. Hotel breakfast is descent with reasonable range of food to choose from.
