MM301097****La habitación era bastante grande y limpia.
La recepcionista fue muy amable. Nos dio fruta de bienvenida y nos mostró las habitaciones, que elegimos entre dos que nos gustaron. Fue muy servicial al responder cualquier pregunta que tuviéramos. También nos dio un tanque de oxígeno, que necesitábamos al día siguiente cuando fuimos a Jinding.
El desayuno también estuvo muy bueno. La recepcionista fue muy amable y nos permitió llevar algo de comer si no teníamos tiempo. ^_^
Las aguas termales también fueron muy agradables. Reservamos dos noches y nos bañamos dos veces. Fueron perfectas para relajarse después de bajar de Jinding, ya que estábamos agotados.
El hotel está muy cerca del Templo Baoguo y del Centro de Visitantes de Emeishan. Se puede almorzar y cenar en el Templo Baoguo. El almuerzo cuesta 15 yuanes por persona y está delicioso.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

- the location is fantastic with lots of hiking nearby and easy to get to the buses for Mt. Emei
- the staff are very friendly
The bad:
- the hotel is definitely looking tired and dated: chipped woodwork in the rooms, flaking paint on the balcony.
- only one of the many bars is open. Everytime we wanted to order something we were shown a huge menu, only to then be told most things were not available - this included wines, beers and food.
- the hotel was incredibly quiet with the restaurant and bar being completely empty most of the time we were there. Whilst not the hotel’s fault, it dead mean a complete lack of atmosphere.
- various items were listed as included when booking with Trip.com - none of them were available or in fact included.
- when advise was needed from reception: the information given was often not accurate. The staff were wonderfully friendly, they just did not seem to have accurate information or to check it.
Overall: this was the most expensive hotel booked during my three week tour of China and the most disappointing. I would unfortunately not recommend, especially in low season.

Pero el Edificio 8 es un buen lugar para ir en coche; ¡está demasiado lejos! Incluso fuimos en coche al Edificio 5 para desayunar.
¡Esto debería haber sido una recomendación de 5 estrellas! El día que nos registramos, la recepcionista del Edificio 5, una mujer bastante corpulenta con traje oscuro, tenía una expresión sombría. 🥲 Ignoró mis preguntas... ¡Este tipo de actitud es inaceptable para una gerente! ¡O tiene contactos o tienen contactos con el jefe!

LLanJiangWe initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff.
When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough.
If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting.
A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance.
If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay.
A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

UUsuario invitadoThe perfect accommodation for relaxing in the mountains and visiting Mt Emei as a foreigner. Our villa had a beautiful view, lots of space and was very clean and modern. Our highlight was the hot tub on our balcony fed by fresh spring water.
The hotel is very helpful and offers all the services you need. Their driver picked us up and dropped us off at the Emeishan high speed rail station for free (the hotel is a 20 minute drive away in the mountains). For an additional small fee, they also transported us to and from the Mt Emei shuttle bus service (20 minute drive away).
The meals were very good. We were provided good breakfast (noodles and platter of fruits, vegetables eggs etc) and bought dinner both nights.
If you are a foreigner staying here, recommend that you bring extra cash as we had some difficulty paying with our foreign card on Alipay. Also be prepared with your translation app if you don't speak Chinese.

SSeng KhuanLa limpieza y la ubicación son buenas, y este hotel puede ser un excelente lugar para permanecer si puede mejorar en las siguientes áreas:
1. Outlets de energía: Consideremos que ofrecemos tipos alternativos de outlets como el tipo C (dos pinos redondos) para mejor cuidar a los huéspedes internacionales. Emeishan fue mi último parada después de visitar Chongqing, Yichang, Enshi, Chengdu y Gaoping y todos esos lugares proporcionaron salidas de tipo C. Por eso, no pude cargar mi teléfono aquí. Aunque el personal de la oficina principal me ayudó a pagar (algo renuente), creo que el personal del hotel debería ofrecer ayuda proactiva en estos casos. El buen servicio es esencial en la industria de la hospitalidad y es lo que da a un hotel una ventaja competitiva.
2. Baños de baño: La única opción es el bar de agarre dentro del cubículo de ducha, que es ineficaz, ya que las ropas se mojan durante el duche.

UUsuario invitadoGreat service from all the staff here, who took good care of our needs during our stay. The free transfer from train station to the hotel is convenient. Special mention to Mr Li, the manager of the hotel, who was easy to deal with, and he tried his best to resolve issues during our stay.
The hotel is renovated within last few years, looks good, is clean, but the functionality of the rooms is not as well designed as it could have been. Having said that, it was overall a pleasant stay.
Location of the hotel is within a short walking distance to the Tourist Centre to enter Emeishan, and is situated right next to the river. Restaurant options nearby are limited however, and many not opened, perhaps due to current low season for tourists. Hotel breakfast is descent with reasonable range of food to choose from.
