Hoteles con vistas a la montaña en Dongguan

Nuestra experiencia fue diferente gracias a la atención del personal, Kira Yang. Es muy atenta y servicial. Hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy feliz e inolvidable. Como no hablamos ni leemos chino, es difícil comunicarnos. Pero Kira habla bien inglés. Lo más impresionante es que nos atendió con mucho cariño. Se esforzó al máximo y planificó con antelación para ofrecernos un servicio excelente. Realmente nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Tranquilo, ideal para relajarse cerca del lago. Caminamos y montamos en bicicleta por el lago a diario. Y en el hotel hay una pareja de cisnes negros que podemos alimentar y disfrutar. Lo único que podríamos mejorar es que nuestra habitación tiene muebles de exterior, sofá y silla. Todos tienen algo de moho y polvo. Si los mantienen limpios, será perfecto. En resumen, sin duda volveremos.

This is an outstanding place to stay while in China. Everything about the facility was 5 stars. I will use Vienna Hotels again for future travels. All staff were friendly and very helpful.

Entre los hoteles de cinco estrellas de Dongguan, tras una larga lucha ideológica, decidí dejar de lado el hotel de cinco estrellas de una cadena internacional y optar por el Dongcheng International, también de cinco estrellas. Tras alojarme allí, ¡resultó ser una decisión acertada! Las habitaciones son amplias, están bien cuidadas, el servicio es bueno y los ingredientes del bufé son de calidad. Volveré a alojarme aquí la próxima vez que vaya a Dongguan.

La experiencia de alojamiento en general es excelente. Hay una gran piscina en el patio trasero, varias pequeñas piscinas de aguas termales en el patio y en la habitación, y el paisaje también es muy bueno. También hay un ama de llaves dedicada en la habitación. Puede Comunícate con ella en cualquier momento si necesitas algo, lo cual es muy conveniente. El buffet del hotel es muy delicioso, pero debes hacer cola un rato durante las horas pico. La experiencia en general fue muy buena. Los niños se lo pasaron genial. Volveré la próxima vez~

Mi segunda visita a este hotel es siempre mi primera opción de quedarme cuando necesito visitar Dongguan. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.

A Wonderful Stay Yet Again at Aloft Hotel Shenzhen This was my 5th stay at Aloft Hotel Shenzhen, and once again, it did not disappoint. The service was consistently excellent – the hoteliers were warm and welcoming as always, and I especially appreciated the friendliness and attentiveness of the manager, who made me feel right at home. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay – delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. It’s clear that the team puts effort into maintaining high standards both in hospitality and in culinary offerings. Spending 7 nights here was a pleasure, and I look forward to returning again soon.

I was on a family Leisure trip for 2 nights and 3 days. we checked in very late and we upgraded to lake view room after check-in we went to the restaurant which was 7 mins walk from the Hotel Lobby. we beaning vegetarian was disappointed and returned back to room. On 2nd day i meet the manger Mr Simon Zheng at the reception he went out of the way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. we did not carry Golf dress with us, he spoke with golf manager and ensured that we could go on both the days for the Golf driving range experience and also play golf. For Breakfast he arranged Vegetarian food for us. Overall had a great stay and look forward for another such outing. Room was very spacious and big. A special THANKS TO SIMON AND KERRY.

As per usual, the location is amazing and the rebranding and new staff are great. Still loving both pools and the beds are like clouds. The restaurant continues with its buffet style breakfasts in the best possible way, and I'd argue that other hotels can certainly learn from this Dongguan branch's example. Thanks again!

I had a disappointing experience with this hotel as on two nights, I experienced loud noise from people in the room next to mine very late. On the second night when this happened after midnight, I recorded this noise and complained to the frontdesk, who said they spoke to the guests. However around 5.30am, I was awoken by shouting and loud talking from a man in that same room (but he sounded like a different person from the man who had been naking noise at midnight), including cursing, and for the next 1.5 hours he kept doing that, which I strongly believe was deliberate. I sent the frontdesk messages at 5.41am and 6.45am, yet the hotel only responded around 8am. They offered to extend my checkout to 1am, then offered me 40 yuan rebate, but I refused as I was asked to give them 200 yuan in order for them to refund me 240 yuan (2 nights stay). Besides the fact I felt worried and threatened and thought about going to confront the man in the room next to mine, I think that these were not normal guests but people who were known to the hotel staff.

Es la enésima vez que visito este hotel. Antes se llamaba Tangla YaXiu, pero ahora ha cambiado de nombre. Sin embargo, la ubicación es realmente excelente y el servicio no ha disminuido su calidad. Es un hotel joya de categoría casi cinco estrellas. Tiene una ubicación fantástica, es un hotel resort imponente con un entorno inmejorable, construido a orillas del lago. ¡Y además, hay muchísimos pavos reales! Muy recomendable.
