From the moment we arrived, the staff came out to greet us in such a friendly and welcoming manner. During check-in they added us to a WeChat group and provided lots of useful information to help make our stay enjoyable, including nearby restaurants and local attractions. We could speak enough Chinese to get by, but even if you only speak English it would still be manageable as one of the staff members speaks some English. If needed, using a translation app was never a problem because all of the staff were patient, friendly, and always willing to help. One thing that really stood out was that they disinfected the hot spring right in front of us before use, which was a really nice touch and made us feel reassured that everything was clean. The entire room was spotless, including the sauna room, shower and bathroom. They also provided free TV services for our child, which was great for relaxing in the evening. I went to get some beers from the front desk and they insisted we didn’t need to pay. Later on, there was free BBQ with complimentary food and drinks, which we were not expecting at all. The staff were amazing throughout the stay. They even helped look after our child while we were eating, and brought breakfast directly to our door when requested. Breakfast itself was excellent with a good variety of food. The only small thing was there wasn’t any juice available, but honestly it was such a minor issue that I completely forgot about it afterwards. The 阿姨 was incredibly warm and friendly, just a genuinely lovely person, along with the owners and the rest of the staff. Everyone made us feel truly looked after. This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s also in a fantastic location — only around a 15-minute walk downhill to a quieter section of the Great Wall, and about a 20-minute taxi ride to Badaling Great Wall. When we left, they gave us dates as a way to say thank you for staying at their hotel and to welcome us back again in the future. I would highly recommend staying here and would happily return again.

Great value for money in terms of what one gets vs what we've paid for -- trendy design hotel, nice, spacious room, there's even a fridge (usually for this price it's not provided), nice lobby, adequate size breakfast area with nice ambience, good service all round. Good design and layout in room with comfortable beds, adequate powerpoints and charging points. I like that the basin area has a huge top so I could put all my toiletries (I've got a lot) Thoughtful little stuff that I like : torchlight-like light by the beside and mugs with rubber base to insulate the heat. The toiletries in the bathroom smell really good too! Breakfast has good variety -- different types of porridge, some steam dumplings, sweet potatoes and corn, etc, rice, different dishes, there's a noodle station where you could customise your noodles to a certain extent, eggs, there's also bread and some sandwiches (ready-made and can DIY too), fruits, milk, juices, coffee, soya bean milk. I feel that the options available is not bad for a hotel of such a level. Actually my booking didn't include breakfast but was advised by the staff (when I check-in) to join the hotel's membership for RMB$99 so that I can get free breakfast. Hotel lobby also serves water and orange juice - another nice touch. Hotel staff's service was very good all round. Offered to help send my luggage up when they saw I had lots of luggage and was alone (some hotels at this level wouldn't volunteer to do so). Was able to answer most of my questions re nearby malls, where to get stuff like fruits, milk, nearby attraction. House-keeping staff was good too. A big thank you to the 2 reception staff that was on night shift on 6 Apr who had helped me out re a delivery mistake made by ******* platform. They even had to look at the CCTV of the hotel to find out what really happened and it took a long while. They were very nice and patient throughout the whole drama. They also helped me speak to the customer service of ******* to try to resolve the problem. When the problem still could not be resolved that night and I was without what I required urgently like the charging cable for my phone, they staff lent me the hotel's. They also gave me a small fruit pack and a pack of milk and bread (complimentary) as I needed it the following morning to bring outdoors for the day. In addition, they had briefed their colleagues on the next shift re my case so that they're aware and could help me should I require more help. Excellent service! Re location, it's a little far off though but it's really near to Beijing Garden Expo Park (北京园博园) and the accompanying Garden Museum (园博园博物馆) . It's a really nice park that's really huge -- that is made up of little models of different style of parks (from Jiangnan to Lingnan to Beijing) It has pavilions, water features and other Chinese architecture and landscaping that usually adorn such traditional parks. Great for photoshoot. Best of all, there're very few people there! There's a small little mall about 700-800m away from the hotel, that has mainly food there with many different types of value for money eateries, coffee, a supermarket and some other shops for daily necessities that local residents need. For a real mall, head to one call 长安天街, that's about 5km away - you can get there quite easily within 10-15mins by Didi (the online platform where you could get a cab I really enjoyed staying here cost it's almost like a resort - a little remote but so quiet and spacious and there's no crowd at all -- very relaxing! I would really want to come back here especially when i want to be in a place where I can feel really relaxed without breaking the bank.

Nos informó sobre la disponibilidad de aparcamiento con antelación, nos dio consejos útiles sobre rutas turísticas e incluso nos ayudó con el equipaje. **Ubicación excelente:** El hotel se encuentra en el corazón de la pintoresca zona de Gubei Water Town, junto a la plaza de la isla Riyue, cerca del espectáculo acuático musical y la plaza de espectáculos de drones, y cerca de la calle gastronómica, lo que lo hace muy conveniente para ver espectáculos y disfrutar de una deliciosa comida. **Instalaciones completas:** El hotel cuenta con piscina cubierta, piscina de aguas termales y cafeteras de cápsulas en las habitaciones. La piscina es grande y limpia, y las aguas termales son muy cómodas, lo que la convierte en una excelente opción para un viaje. **Desayuno abundante:** El desayuno buffet del hotel ofrecía una amplia variedad de opciones y sabores, satisfaciendo nuestras necesidades. ¡La comida estaba deliciosa, un acierto! 👍

The location is stunning and the room is well-sized for a family, modern and well decorated/ furnished in a luxury style. The gentleman looking after us was friendly, kind and helpful in booking a car, as well quick to respond to questions. The evening meal was delicious and he took us to an interesting restaurant for lunch. Hygiene was a big issue for us. The house was filthy inside and outside and needs to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by a professional company. The BBQ area was so dirty it was unusable and we cleaned the outside table 3 times ourselves before using. Floors inside were filthy and only a dirty, old mop used to move the dirt around - no clean, hot water or cleaning materials were used. I threw one of the floor mats outside - these must be replaced and cleaned between guests! This meant I had to use towels on the floor to prevent slipping, which got really dirty. Staff should not wear outdoor shoes inside the property! Cupboards have greasy fingerprints all over them. There were bugs in the shower and in the curtains. I saw hair around the indoor bathtub, but didn’t use it. A thorough clean with soapy, hot water BEFORE guests arrive is required, as it’s below the common standards in China that we’ve observed while traveling (including in some budget hotels). Breakfast was delivered to the property, but it was tiny and plain. We had just come from a budget hotel that had cleaner rooms and a more substantial breakfast provided. The ‘hot springs’ are from a water tank at the back. Showers are okay but would benefit from a water pump to improve the pressure. Beds are fine, if a little on the soft side for us, but that’s a personal preference. Overall, this could be a beautiful, luxury stay, and the gentleman was so helpful and kind. However, it is important that the hygiene and breakfast is improved, especially as the pricing is on the high-end, and so guests will expect more in terms of quality. We won’t return, unfortunately.

The place is beautiful and owner couple were super helpful! Location was perfect to go anywhere in the Watertown and not too far from the entrance to the Great Wall. Also super near to the square where the drone show is at. Breakfast was great, often being served with local treats for us to try. We stayed with 2 teens, 1 child and 2 adults. My children were upset that we didn’t stay any linger there. If we would to be back, it’s definitely where we’ll be staying! Highly recommended!

En general, la experiencia fue positiva, con varios aspectos destacables. El hotel estaba excepcionalmente limpio y las habitaciones olían a limpio. El personal, en general, fue muy atento y receptivo a nuestras necesidades, atendiendo nuestras peticiones con prontitud cuando las comunicamos con claridad. El fotógrafo que contratamos fue especialmente amable y paciente. La ubicación era conveniente, con la Gran Muralla de Badaling a poca distancia. Conseguir un taxi al aeropuerto (aproximadamente 1 hora y 20 minutos) también fue fácil. Sin embargo, hubo algunos aspectos a mejorar. La poca disponibilidad de comida y aperitivos en la zona hace que sea mejor llevar tus propias provisiones. Aunque hay un restaurante a unos 400 metros, la calidad de la comida no era muy buena. También nos pareció que la ayuda del hotel para reservar excursiones era bastante cara, cobrando tres veces el precio habitual. Por último, aunque el personal fue en general atento, un empleado de recepción parecía cansado y bastante maleducado el último día, suspirando audiblemente cuando preguntamos por la piscina. Este fue un problema menor, pero podría mejorarse. Las almohadas también eran excepcionalmente altas, lo que puede resultar incómodo para personas con problemas de cuello o espalda. A pesar de estos pequeños inconvenientes, recomiendo este hotel. La limpieza, la ubicación conveniente, la amabilidad del personal (¡casi siempre!) y la proximidad a la Gran Muralla de Badaling compensan los inconvenientes. Volvería encantado, con mis propios aperitivos y teniendo en cuenta los posibles costes de los servicios de reserva. Le daría al servicio en general una calificación de 8-10 sobre 10. ¡Recuerde comunicar sus necesidades con prontitud para obtener los mejores resultados!

Durante nuestras vacaciones del Día Nacional, ¡quedé increíblemente impresionado por la Comuna al pie de la Gran Muralla! Reservamos cuatro habitaciones y, al registrarnos, Olivier nos sorprendió con una mejora gratuita a una superior. ¡Nos cautivó al instante! La arquitectura de la Comuna es increíblemente única; cada edificio está impregnado de un toque artístico y se integra a la perfección con el paisaje natural circundante. Alojarse aquí fue como estar dentro de una obra de arte. El hotel también ofrece una amplia variedad de actividades, repletas de actividades todos los días, incluyendo manualidades, aventuras al aire libre y divertidos juegos interactivos para adultos y niños. ¡Incluso hay un sorteo por la noche, fue realmente divertido! El servicio fue increíblemente atento y el personal fue increíblemente amable y atento a todas las solicitudes. ¡Fue una estancia fantástica! Los alrededores también son muy convenientes y están muy cerca de la Gran Muralla. La ubicación es excelente, con servicios completos en los alrededores, y está muy cerca de la Gran Muralla y la autopista. Nuestra mayordoma, Skyller, fue increíblemente atenta. No solo entendió nuestras necesidades con anticipación y nos ayudó a resolver el problema de nuestra habitación, ofreciéndonos una habitación con balcón, sino que también nos ayudó a reservar la cena y a organizar una cena tardía. El desayuno se servía de 7 a 11 de la mañana, ¡un horario inusualmente amplio! Un gerente de producto incluso nos recomendó productos para miembros. ¡El Tangle Palace fue excelente! Los espacios interiores y exteriores incluían áreas para niños y un jacuzzi privado. Disfrutamos mucho de la comodidad en muchos lugares durante los dos días que nos alojamos. Sugerencia 2: El nivel general de servicio del personal del hotel fue muy similar al de Marriott. El personal de recepción del Tangle Palace parecía un poco abrumado. Esta es un área que podría mejorarse. ¡Sin duda volveremos!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 El Hotel Floral es un lugar verdaderamente excepcional para hospedarse. Su ubicación junto a la Gran Muralla ofrece una vista impresionante e inolvidable que hace que cada momento sea especial. El hotel está impecablemente mantenido, es cómodo y acogedor. Lo que realmente destaca es el equipo que trabaja allí: cálido, atento y genuinamente amable. Su hospitalidad te hace sentir como en casa desde el momento en que llegas. Una experiencia maravillosa en todos los sentidos, totalmente recomendable.

El edificio Longhu está cerca de la entrada del mirador, a unos 5 minutos a pie. Se puede acceder a través del restaurante como atajo y desayunar allí. Las habitaciones están limpias y la cama es amplia y tiene capacidad para dos personas. Hay un baño en la planta superior y hay lavadora disponible. Si tienes alguna pregunta, puedes contactar al encargado por WeChat y te responderá rápidamente. Puedes pedir comida a través de sus menús. Por la noche, alrededor de las 20:00, puedes ver el espectáculo de drones desde la habitación. En general, el alojamiento es de regular a bueno.
