Cómo puede ser posible que no revisen las habitaciones, estaba llena de animales, de avispas el personal muy grosero y dijo que nos esperáramos a que nos saliera otra para poder hacer algo hasta que nos molestamos y dijimos que los íbamos a demandar como íbamos a dormir con avispas el peor Hotel que ha llegado

The bathroom floor was nasty from the moment we checked in. There was an inch of hair in the tub drain. We had a light out in the kitchen, reported it. It was never fixed.

I booked and paid for a one bedroom studio suite with queen size bed and pull out couch but the room did not have a pull out couch or separate sitting and sleeping area. When i asked the front desk she said only the king rooms have separate sleeping and sitting area with pull out couch.

Elevator was broken so we had to climb stairs, which is fine but the stairwell smells terrible. The rooms were nice but had minor maintenance issues, like the batbtub handle pulling away from the wall, toilet not filling.
