Отель очень и очень хороший! Номера просторные, с шикарными видами, все ухоженные, всё целое, чистота идеальная, полотенца, халаты и постельное белье высочайшего качества и чистейшие. Отдельная тема: завтраки. Имея в своем арсенале примерно сотню других отелей, завтрак в Рэдисон скорее всего самый лучший. Нет ни одного невкусного блюда. Игристое, смузи, детокс-вода, безглютеновая еда, фрукты, десерты, кофе и чай всех интерпретаций, салаты, рыба, горячее, блины, яйца всех видов, и вишенка на торте: икра лососевых и щуки. Отдельно хочу отметить весь персонал: очень доброжелательные, отзывчивые, добрые. Ощущается прекрасная атмосфера коллектива и она передается гостям. В этом отеле повторно и обязательно вернемся вновь!!!

En la dirección opuesta del Kremlin, puedes ir al supermercado de red (no hay más tiendas de regalos, el precio es más barato que comprar un muñeco en la plaza roja), y atravesar la calle es el café de Pushkin (la casa se construyó más tarde, En San Petersburgo) y el hotel de la casa de Tulan, junto a él. I visited Moscow for the first time and chose this hotel based on my travel agent's suggestion considering the budget I gave them. I stayed for four nights. The location of the hotel is really good. You will have access to both Old Arbat Street and New Arbat Street. Old Arbat is a walking street full of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops whre you can certainly get Matrushkas for friends and families! New Arbat is also full of shops and restaurants. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Arbat Metro Station (Subway) which is great because you can use Metroi in Moscow to go almost everywhere. I told the receptionist that I want a quiet room and I don't care for the view so she gave me a room overlooking an alley toward Old Arbat Street which also gave a nice view of the city especially at night. The room was really clean and the lighting was cosy. The heating system was good. I did not have my breakfast at the hotel and did not use the hotel gym. I cannot really make any complaint about this hotel.

Buena comida, muchos tipos de desayuno, bueno sabor. La habitación está limpia, pero mi espelle de la caja de la habitación está en la cama, un poco incómodo. La ubicación también es buena, en el bar, muy tranquila, hay calles de bar cerca, hay tiendas de farmacias y algo así. Voy a tomar un auto 10 minutos de la plaza roja. Es un enorme Hotel, con 20 plantas y más de 700 habitaciones; aparcamiento gratuito, gimnasio, sauna, asistencia para los turistas, rampas de acceso en sillas de ruedas, el personal habla entre otros idiomas, español. Su ubicación es muy interesante, ya que se puede llegar en algunos minutos y tomando taxi, a la Catedral de Cristo Salvador, la Plaza Roja, la Catedral de San Basilio.Además, está frente al río Moscú. Las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas (las que conocimos), con aire acondicionado, cafetera, albornoces, zapatillas, plancha y reciben limpieza todos los días.El baño es amplio y tiene todos los productos de higiene.El desayuno bufé fue variado y abundante y se pueden aprovechar para un descanso, alguna de las dos cafeterías. Es uno de los grandes hoteles en los que me he alojado en mis recorridas por el mundo y tiene buena relación precio-calidad.

Решили отметить мой юбилей в Москве, выбор пал на отель ”Мастер Бутик”. И выбор был удачным! Во первых расположение отеля выигрывает во всех отношениях. Центр мегаполиса, но невероятно тихий центр. За углом кипит жизнь, Арбат, Смоленский бульвар... А в номере, окна которого выходят во двор, невероятная тишина. Сам отель - несмотря на 100% заполняемость (это были праздничные дни июня), за 5 дней не встретили не одного постояльца. Звукоизоляция номеров - идеальна. Номера с оригинальным оформлением: дизайн, стиль, удобная, огромная кровать, большой телевизор, чайник (чай, кофе, сахар), очень большой санузел (моющие принадлежности), фен (для кого принципиально - без насадки для укладки). Постель меняют через 2 дня, полотенце - каждый день, уборка на отлично. Особую атмосферу отеля создают девочки на ресепшен. Нас радушно встречала Ирина, милая, улыбчивая, красивая девушка. К нашему удовольствию и уезжали мы в ее дежурство. Благодарность всем сотрудникам , работающим в отеле. Единственное, что я бы не советовала, это завтраки. Кухни и столовой в отеле нет, выбор минимальный, поэтому, если любите на завтрак горячий омлет или что -то вроде, этого там нет. В меню два вида каши, блинчики с грибами или яблоками, сырники и запеканка. Два блюда на 1 человека. Чай или кофе. Женщине- достаточно, для мужчины это не подходит. Тем более рядом огромный выбор точек общественного питания. Недалеко ресторан ”Арбатский Базар”, с прекрасной кухней, где все блюда по 300 руб. (можно забронировать столик или заказать доставку). Резюмируем: прекрасный отель с отличным расположением. Рекомендуем.
