Very modern and new hotel, spacious and clean room with a good view, best amenities and facilities. A wide spread of breakfast buffet. Hotel staff and friendly and helpful. Very good staying experience ever.

The hotel is new and super clean. Staff are nice and the services are generally up to the standard. However, during the breakfast time, we have experienced a little problem at beginning but was handled appropriately afterwards by Mr. Li, the dining hall manager. He acted promptly on the problem and we were convinced by his sincerity! The breakfast was top notch in terms of selections and quality: from the variety of cheeses to the quality of the egg station, nothing disappointed us! Keep in mind that we have traveled the world and have stayed in some of the best hotels. This hotel surely became one of our favourites! In addition, Mr. Zhang, the reception manager is super helpful as well. He is truly a professional - being curtious and able to identify customer's needs in the mean time. Mr. Zhang delivered a 5-star service during our stay! In all, we had a blast 2-day stay in this great venue! Highly recommended!

A relaxing soak in the outdoor infinity pool on the 5/F offered the best sunset view of the scenic area and adjacent canals after a full day exploring the historical Wuzhen West in a hot summer day.

原本衹計劃兩晚堤上，因為離開當天有雨，又續住了一晚。 兩晚通安+三晚堤上足夠逛遍烏鎮並參與各種豐富多彩的活動了，也能充分享受慢下來的生活。60多的老媽也在前幾天基本逛完烏鎮後得到了幾天天充分休息，入住堤上幾天每天衹出門隨便逛一小時就足夠了，所以可以説每個表演活動店鋪都看過了，每個小路也都走遍了，堤上酒店也逛遍了。 設施：舒適標準房/大床房在淡季入住時，週末價格也不低，前台安排升級了高級套房，續住那天房價雖然便宜了幾百，也繼續安排高級套房原房續住。空間大，所以該有的都有。衹是缺少窗户，除了衞生間換氣扇，沒有其餘通風方式，對於裝修不足一年的新房來説，裝修氣味還是難散。大床房的床墊智能調節系統，可以滿足兩人對床墊軟硬不同的要求。保險箱隱蔽的太好，差點兒沒找到。三面衣櫃，空間足夠。健身房新，設備多樣。泳池1.2米，對成人太淺。歐舒丹+戴森酒店專屬名訂製款，完美。 衞生：挺好的，不同保潔人員，完全看責任心。 環境：極好。晚上安靜，沒有住在通安時會四五點就被鳥叫聲喚醒的自然感。 服務：周到細緻，行李箱小夥子在臨走幫忙叫車，還把行李幫忙提上車。平時消耗品補充足夠。早餐極其豐富，住的第三天發現開始重複種類，所以大概率兩天一循環。康樂服務前台的男孩女孩都很主動熱心，隨時去都有人留守，給指明方向辦理登記。 雙人西柵景區門票（住宿期間截至離店當天12:00前均可多次出入西柵景區）:自費加續住，沒使用。 迎賓水果:三晚，有些微差別。最愛西梅。 客房迷你吧首輪:一直對首輪這種説法沒概念。同一個房間連續入住三天，究竟是按照3個單日入住訂單分別算三次，還是衹將第一天入住那天算一次。不過不喝碳酸和啤酒🍺，所以2人衹喝了兩種軟飲，總共4瓶。 套餐兑換的益大絲號的蠶藝小動物還可以亮燈，很可愛。蠶藝💐也可愛。白蓮塔其實都可以免費燈塔，贈送祈福牌福祿壽不帶🔔。蠶🌸宴，風一吹，很多花蒂掉落到食物裏，衹能抓緊吃。傍晚湖邊飛蟲也多，沒法享受。
