While it’s nice to have a safe check in via a code for all entries including front door, elevator, and room. The lack of in-person staff was strange and not to our liking.We found it extremely difficult to get prompt valet service either dropping off or picking up our car! It took multiple tries to get through to a live person with the numbers they had posted around the entry and lobby. Getting both cut off and getting an answering machine! We waited a long time to get our car picked up to be taken to their off site parking garage.They wanted us to leave our keys in a box for the eventual car pick up. Someone from the valet did finally come to our room to get the keys to put our car in the proper garage. Which we appreciated. Getting the car the next morning took longer than expected as well.
Our room was nice and both the room and bath were very clean. The bed and pillows were okay though not as luxurious as we had expected.
The whole experience is very hands off and remote. Not for us as a couple.
