The Couper Castello

Good location and nice room, just that the entrance was hard to recognize and enter. We needed to contact the receptionist for getting in. There was no lift while we had big luggage to carry along.

總體很不錯，前台的女士非常友好和熱情，我喜歡房間的洗手間，很新很乾凈，房間也很漂亮。地理位置很好，去景點很方便，主要是離火車站很近走路衹需要5分鐘。這應該是民宿不是酒店，由私人管理。在一棟大樓裏面，裏面不止這間民宿還有其他民宿和理髮店，有時候會擔心安全問題，我不太喜歡房間提供的水，由玻璃瓶裝着我會擔心瓶子是重複使用。總的來説很不錯下次還會再來！

房內電視機的功能選項很多。酒店位置也非常好，去Dumo, 名店街就走十幾分鍾。酒店的房子雖老，但衹是遊覽完後睡一覺確實可以。如要性價比更高的酒店就應住在米蘭中央火車站這邊，價錢不超過一千元，但所有的東西，服務等也一樣

Was a little worried about safety when we were sleeping because the building is not just used for the hotel. It was a nice room and the receptionist was very nice. Easy to get to from the train. I would stay again.

The entrance to the apar**ent building and up the steps is old and creepy. The room was beautifully decorated though. Comfy and clean. Went to use the coffeemaker but declined when it looked like it needed a cleaning. The owner was friendly though and the girls working for her. Would go back again. Near the metro.

The hotel's location was directly across from the Castle, which was perfect for us since we wanted to spend time there. The room was clean, and the staff was accommodating with restaurant suggestions and other items.

Si presentano come un hotel di lusso invece non sono che degli affittacamere infatti nemmeno un servizio discreto di reception è presente e soprattutto occorso un pericolo stando di notte fuori senza nessuno che mi aprisse il cancello e disturbando i condomini del palazzo. Francamente per il prezzo che chiedono comprato al servizio che offrono sono rimasto deluso. L’ascensore non è adatto a un hotel anzi andrebbe rispettato un po’ di più perché è di quelli antichi grandi e belli.

Hôtel bien situé, tout peu se faire à pied à partir de là. Par contre difficile à trouver l'entrée, une fois arrivé dans la cour de l'immeuble (aurait pu être précisé avant notre arrivée, car demande de reconfirmation la veille par WhatsApp). La réception est au 1er demi-(haut) étage, donc il faut porter les valises jusque là. Accueil prévenant par Papa .....(?), mais après on n 'a plus vu personne. Pas d'eau chaude le 1er matin et personne à la réception à 8h. Chambres confortables et jolies, mais manque d'espace pour ranger ses habits (un seul portique avec cintres). Cafetière, bouilloire et biscuits dans la chambre. Pas de service de petit déjeuner, que nous avons pris au Bar Castello à proximité (viennoiseries, jus de fruits pressé ...). Bref un peu déçus du service vu le prix payé (280€/nuit).

Hotel centralissimo di fronte al meraviglioso Castello Sforzesco in palazzo d’epoca . Comodo per raggiungere a piedi la Galleria , il Duomo, la Borsa ma anche Brera e la Via Moscova per degustare la cena in ottimo locali di tendenza. Camere nuove e arredate con gusto . Molto carine le ragazze della reception ti accolgono con un bel sorriso e sono molto disponibile per rendere il soggiorno perfetto .
